Absolutely love this place. I started coming here out of convenience when I attended FIU, the university across the street, and I have stayed a loyal customer since graduating. I recommended it to my sister and mother as well who are now recurring customers. Staff is always so kind and patient, if you call for an appointment they always call back if they missed your call. I recommend the eyebrow tinting if you havent gotten it done before!

I’ve been going to Magel for over a year and can’t go anywhere else now. She knows what she’s doing, she never takes off too much hair and allows them to grow in when they need to. I have been visiting The Miami Threading Spa for several years now and have had many different services done with various personnel and have never had an experience that wasn’t wonderful. I understand the need to make appts, especially when there is one person working the shop. It’s difficult managing phones, customers, walk-ins, etc when there is one person working, so I don’t understand the negative review regarding lack of professionalism? That has never been my experience and no, this is not a child friendly shop. Not a daycare. There are scissors, waxes, all sorts of equipment that can hurt a child. Use of common sense and courtesy will make your experience here very pleasant. Owner is very easy to work with.

I have nothing but great things to say about Miami Threading Spa! I have been doing my eyebrows for at least 2 years and eyebrows always come out amazing. Magel, takes her time to make sure she shapes your eyebrows according to your face. Magel, is very honest with her customers. For example; if you’re a walk-in and she’s full/busy she won’t waste your time for you to stay. She will see if you’re available any other day so your experience is a pleasant one. I didnt want to do this but the owner did not leave me any choice. I read the lower star comments to see if I was the only one experiencing this. Needless to say I found that many other people are on the same boat: great eyebrow threading BUT terrible terrible customer service. I don’t understand why this lady is a one gal show, she does everything and hence has little patience and time for customers. I feel she thinks she is running a business out of her house where only a small group of people know about it. NO this is a business established in the community, I honestly don’t understand why she doesn’t get more people and improve her customer service experience. Any-who, I gave her 3 opportunities but finally decided enough is enough, loved her work but my sanity and mood is far more important than that. I will take my business and money elsewhere. Sorry gal I really wished you would read the feedback and make some changes, perhaps you would have a great business with lots of profits.

I booked this appointment at the last minute today & Magel agreed to squeeze me in and create this henna design for me. She was very kind and professional. Whenever I visit miami again I will be getting my henna designs done by her. I highly recommend this establishment :)

Had my eyebrows threaded 2 weeks ago for the first time there and i am pleased on how they came out. I liked how she was honest and told me that she left some hairs to allow my eyebrows to grow and get even. I’ll be going back and hopefully after a few threading sessions i can get my eyebrows even again.

I used to love coming here for years now, but I can tell the older lady that work here is stressed and overtired. Now that I have a young son, she told me my son cannot be there because she has to run a business well excuse me, there are many businesses out there that are friendly and accommodating when it comes to children. Then she had the nerve to say she cannot take me anymore. Excuse me, but I believe that is discrimination and I will be reporting this place. Thank you for years of service, now you have officially lost a valued customer due to your rudeness, and disrespect.

The services were great! I did my facial massage for one hour, it was so relaxing. The lady that did my massage she was from Egypt, she was so gently through your my experience with her services. She also did my eyebrows threading it turned out great! She made my eyebrows perfect the way I always like when I done myself.

I loved it ! I can’t believe I didn’t find this place earlier! This was my first time coming here and I loved the outcome. Magel is very talented. She completely improved the look of my eyebrows with just one visit. The threading was very gentle, I barely felt anything, it was very quick but super detailed. Definitely coming back.

I could not have had a better threading experience. Ive never been to a place that doesnt thread my eyebrows too thin or completely destroy the shape and this is certainly not the case with Miami Threading Spa. The true professionals that work there are extremely informative and very polite and professional. They gave me the best shape Ive ever seen on my eyebrows and miraculously didnt even thin them out. I am beyond impressed. The experience wasnt even painful, which was new for me. I am definitely making this my eyebrow place and I would recommend it to anyone that doesnt currently have a consistent eyebrow professional. I will definitely also be trying their other services like a facial or a massage as its so close to campus.

Just went in and had my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever and I can tell that I will continue to go back! The young lady that threaded/tinted them was very soft handed and professional. She was so helpful to a first timer and made me feel very comfortable. My eyebrows look much better. I can’t wait to return the next few times to fix what so long of waxing has damaged. A+ place!

My mom was disrespected against for having me there. The owner is stressed and overtired and had taken it out on my mom. She used to love coming to get her eyebrows done, and consistently got the services done with the younger girl, but today she decided to go back to the older lady who messed up her eyebrows and left my mother in tears. The owner claimed that she made an exception for a change of diaper but that is not so, these people are rude, they are liars, and most of all they disrespectful to customers. If you are a mother or if you have children I would not advise going to this place for they are not child friendly. The owner claimed that I was bothering my mom and moving the chair, when in actuality I wasn’t allowed to stand sit, nor even breath and then she proceeded to tell my mom that I should be watched by someone else if she wanted to get services done. My mom has taken me to the hair salon, the nail salon, and many places that respected young children. My mom kept silent and paid her dues while the owner still made hurtful statements, so my mom left and said she will report this place and never come again.

Lemme tell you. This place gives me LIFE. Every time I go, I am always treated with such great energy. The music is wonderful, the place has such a fantastic aura, theres plenty of parking, and this woman leaves me looking RIGHT. I love this spa, wouldnt recommend anything else.

I have been going to her for a few months now, and from the beginning she has been trying to fix the eyebrow shape that another place had truly messed up, she really cares about making your eyebrows shaped to your satisfaction and doesn’t just clean around it. I also started using an oil for your eyebrow hairs to grow and it has made such a HUGE difference, and it’s only $3! Anyway, she’s awesome 10/10 recommend :)

One of the absolute best places to get a natural, safe henna tattoo. I was skeptical about getting black henna the first time but they assured me it was natural & I wasnt disappointed. The designs always turn out beautifully! The brown henna is also available. If you were hesitant about getting henna here, do it! You wont be disappointed & the prices are reasonable . Ive been looking for a threading place nearby FIU. I wandered into this location earlier today and Im so glad I did. She did an amazing job threading my eyebrows and lip. Its was pretty much pain free, and super cheap too! $10 for the brows and $6 for the lip. Definitely going to be my new go to spot.

Client is never correct. When asks to fix an eyebrow she fights back thinking she has a right to say and think she can be correct. Im tired of it. CLIENT IS ALWAYS CORRECT. Never going back.

I have been going to this place for years with no problems but this last time I went like 2 months ago, the lady completely messed up my eyebrows. I’m assuming she knew it too because she convinced me to get eyebrow tinting without even showing me the work after she had threaded them. So I paid like $32 with tip only to find that after the tinting wore off my eyebrows were patchy and diddnt even have a shape anymore. I am highly disappointed as it is taking sooo long for them to grow back and it looks a mess. I naturally usually have thick eyebrows so I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back. I felt played. Especially since she sold me on the tinting without even showing me how bad my brows had looked when she was finished threading. Be careful.

Terrible experience with this lady. She think she knows everything but never even considers what you say / ask her to do. Thats just the way I am she says. Well no the client has to have a voice to what is done with her eyebrows. She clearly doesnt care &I just wants money. Never going back.

She was SO rude. She accused me of forging stamps to get a free eyebrow threading, even though shes the only one who touches my eyebrows and gives me stamps. And was yelling at me in front of the customers that were already there. I told her it was really rude to do that considering ive been a loyal customer since they opened. I am never coming back and making sure everybody knows about this.

I have been going here for 2 years, and so far the best place for eyebrows and microblading in All of south Florida. I love the results 😀😀😀 I also tried dermapen and mesotherapy with cavitation. After three treatments, I’m seeing amazing results. I’m so happy I tried these treatments because months of working out couldn’t do what this treatment did for me.
