Wish it was cleaner, it smelled like a dirty motel, if it was clean that would have made a big difference and the fact that when the lady stepped out of the room sometimes she would leave the door cracked shows a lack of respect for customer privacy, I was embarrassed. I payed alot to get rubbed in baby oil and salt I could have done that at home honestly not what I expected when I initially read the service online. I feel bad because she was nice and all but I cant go back to a place that dirty. You need to do better mama, get your business back to how its supposed to be, best of luck !

After eyeing their Instagram page for so long, I finally decided to make an appointment. They offered a variety of services but I went for a facial to treat myself. Called the number and the lady who picked up answered all of my questions and set a day and time. From the second I walked in I was greeted and was told they would see me in a few minutes since the room was being set up. Liz came out and I followed her to the designated room. Man, when I tell you that I was relaxed, I mean I fell asleep. It was like magic because I woke up with soft and supple skin. Usually my skin is sensitive to everything, but my skin felt good. Needless to say, this was a great experience.

This place has become my 2nd home literally ! The staff is always extremely attentive and welcoming . I went in for a full body wax right before My girls trip and Liz with out a doubt did her thing and left me smooth like butter !!! I came here because my boyfriend is a hairy mess. I had to practically drag him here for some manscaping. He got a full body trim and we waxed some areas. When he came out of that room I didn’t recognize him for a minute lol. Nonetheless, the service was great, as well as the price! Will continue to come here.

I usually dont write reviews, buuuuut here I am. I made an appointment for a bikini facial because I was practically desperate to get rid of these ingrown hairs from a prior wax appointment (at a different location). Needless to say, Liz was so attentive to my needs and took care of the issue at hand in a very professional manner. I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway shape or form. Especially now that I know that Liz does waxing as well, I will not be going anywhere else.

I had an appointment with Liz and she even confined it via text. The next day when I showed up for my appointment, the place was locked and she did not answer my calls or texts. I feel it worked out for the best because the building is a dump and I was hoping it wasn’t the correct place my gps directed me to. Totally unprofessional not to communicate that no one would be there for my appointment. Do not waste your time!

For some reason the bad reviews showed up after I purchased a product. First they were nice about the product and talked highly of it, I asked them that I needed it shipped to me as I reside in San Francisco. But before asking for my address they asked my credit card first and waited for it to get approved. They failed to provide a tracking number and told me I would receive this product in 3-4 business days. A week goes by and now I’m worried as this cream costed $100. I called but they kept ignoring my call by answering and hanging up right away. It was disrespectful as I could hear someone picking up and hanging up right away. I didn’t give and gave them over 30 calls I guess they got annoyed and finally answered “Liz skin care” I said I’ve been calling forever why does someone keep hanging up?? No response then I continued as when will I receive my product, the lady that answered said very rudely now that she wasn’t in the shop and was home so she can’t give me the tracking number but she’ll give it to me the following day. They have not answered my call since and that’s been over a week now yet no product has appeared. This skin care is a scam and I encourage everyone to report this business to Better Business Bureau. They are extremely hungry to get your money but fail to delivery then act insanely unprofessional.

Amazing facial happy experience! Let me break it down, many places apply ten thousand creams give you all these different massage modalities BUT GUESS WHAT? “You go back home with all the same black heads and white heads you had too begin with. I can do all that at home. I am very happy with my facial at Liz Skincare. The facial was immaculate. 1.Facial was not rushed. 2.I was pampered.3.The extractions painless no redness ALL THE GUNK OUT.

I know we have all had bad experiences in which we have purchased a service as advertised and then realized that we were mislead by the end result. I do blame myself for not reading the bad reviews about this business before purchasing my neck bleaching service. The owner, Liz, sold me a package for $1,284 for 8 neck bleaching sessions and two free touch-ups. She was very adamant that in order for the treatment to be effective I had to go consistently once a week.During my seventh session, I told her my skin tone had not improved of which she had nothing to say. When the date of my 8th session came, I called her to confirm my last session and she picked up to say she was canceling my appointment due to a family issue. I told her I was sorry to hear that but that I was concerned with the effectiveness of the treatment, that I had prepaid, if I a didnt see her soon.She said she would call me 4 days later, which I never received a call or text. I had texted and called for two weeks to find out when was my next appointment in order to continue with the consistency of the treatment and I never received an answer. How difficult is it to send a text to say she was not open for business? She did answer when I texted that I wanted a refund on my prepaid services. That caught her attention.She immediately became aggressive and said she would not give me a refund and started to become personal when the conversation was delivered in well mannered and professional way to her. I told her this was a business transaction and that I was consistent with my end of the agreement and she was not. I asked her to transfer the credit of $160.50 towards another service and she said yes to that. It has been another 2 weeks since then and she still does not reply with an appointment date.She is a thief. I have read previous reviews of other customers that have said that she has owed them money back or a service that they have pre-paid and she ignores them and doesnt perform the services.I am a supervisor in the sales industry, so I am very familiar on how to create customer satisfaction, especially when I know the company has dropped the ball. In no way, shape or form does she care of her customers concerns or opinion. She is only interested in collecting money and walking away with it.The first photo was from the first session on June 6th and the second photo is from my 7th session on July 24th. This is obviously not an establishment that will provide you with an effective bleaching treatment.Bottom line: Stay away from this business and read all their bad reviews before thinking of visiting this business. Those reviews are the ones that say exactly what is going on here. If you do, DO NOT PRE-PAY ANYTHING. There is no refund policy.Not only was I not given a refund, or another service for the amount owed to me but I was also mistreated by the owner of the company, Liz. Please save your hard earned money and use it on the in another spa that provides you with a treatment that actually works and with respectful customer service.

Once I found out body bleaching was available as add-on service I was amazed. Happy with all three services. I live in south beach and it was worth the drive. Let me start off by saying,At all times I felt SAFE as soon as I walked in I noticed staff following great safety measures: The staff wore mask and gloves at all times, my temperature was taken as soon as I walked in and I was provided hand sanitizer. Place was immaculate very clean and zen. I am proud to see businesses following proper safety. I did notice they are not taking walk-ins so I suggest you call in-advance.

I was going to go here and try to set up an appointment when they opened but after reading all the bad reviews posted and how the Owner responds I definitely wont be spending my money here. Looks like a scam I feel bad for the people that lost money to this shop. And the good reviews dont seem real they all look like they’ve been written by the same people or person. TERRIBLE, a scam. First of all, the place is ghetto and dirty. I paid $600 in advance for 4 bleach sessions... after realizing it is not worth it, I asked to get a refund on the last 2 sessions. They said sure that is not a problem. Weeks have gone by trying to get my refund and they have ignored my calls/ texts. Stay away from this place and go elsewhere.

I just finished a full body hair cut performed my Liz herself. As always first class and professional. Liz made me feel comfortable and at ease with her professionalism and great attitude. I highly recommend her services.

It never occurred to me to sign up for a bikini facial treatment. Till I noticed horrible in-grown hairs and dark pigmentation. Much to my surprise it was much like a regular facial but tailored for the private area, Glad I gave it a try. Bye bye Ingrown hairs and bumps.

I was incredibly disappointed with my service at Liz Skincare. I paid 600 dollars for 4 skin bleaching treatments, and I still have dark blemishes all over the treated area. It looks almost exactly like it did when I came in the first place.My esthetician did not do a good job of attacking these dark areas to remove the skin after promising we’d only need 4 sessions.I went to Caruna and they took care of it instantly. Don’t waste your money on mediocre service here.

I went for a facial, the first lady didnt introduce herself, nor did she talked about what to expect. In the middle of the facial, someone Im assuming Liz, switched places with her without saying a word. I dont know what she did to my face, felt like scrapping. Then they switched back. During check out, they were more focused chatting about other things than asking for my feedback. Liz responded so indifferently after I asked her a question. I was excited about this place because of their website, but unfortunately, customer service, in my case, was not a priority .

This is my go-to spa for waxing and facials. The guy at the front desk is sweet and patient. The owner Liz does the waxing and facials herself. Shes very professional and very nice. Shes a provider of 3 children and beyond dedicated to her work. I highly recommend.

Helpful, caring, are the words that I would use to describe the service and treatments at Liz Skincare Wellness Center. I feel better in large part due to the way all of the staff communicate with each other regarding client care. I really feel confident. Had the best detox body wrap session with sauna.  Looking forward to start my bleaching treatments seems like the only place in Miami offering skin whitening treatments.When I arrived the building was a bit difficult to get into and park. I had to make a U-Turn to get into the parking lot. Once inside the staff was very nice. My therapist was very professional and did a fine job.What a fantastic gem! I will be recommending all friends to visit your facility.

I made an appointment for me mom and she canceled it an hour before. I showed up to my appointment and it was closed with no one answering the phone after I had to arrange babysitting and drive for an hour in rush hour traffic! Don’t waste your time on them.

I found Liz Skincare on google. Small and cozy wellness center. Had a wonderful experience with the body bleaching treatments, weight loss treatments and body wraps. The staff is easy to talk to and you immediately feel comfortable. My results have been right on target. I lost 5 1/2 lbs the first two weeks and I feel great. I will continue with the program. Im very satisfied. I do work out 4 times a week and follow a low carb diet. Supervision and support is important to achieve good results. I highly recommend the body wraps and weight loss program! Very professional, clean office. The staff is incredible kind- always a pleasure.

I was referred to Liz Skincare Grooming Center by a friend who had been helped tremendously by waxing treatment he received there. After two visits, there for my body grooming I was very impressed with my skin. I love the look and feel. I feel so much cleaner. You have the option to trim shave or wax.I had my shoulder back wax. Everything else shaved. Really cool service.Been looking for something like this for a really long time. I love the fact that I can get a deep facial cleaning and customized full body grooming. Many places only offer full body waxing ...
