Never really was a fan of going to the Dentist but I have had my changed completely after going to Dr. Nhora Ortega DDS! I came here for my deep cleaning and regular cleanings and just recently to remove my top two molars. Not only are the they gentle on your gums and teeth during the process but follow up periodically to make sure you are doing well and aware of your next appointment. Dr. Parada was very professional in removing both my top molars by making sure I was physically and mentally prepared by discussing every step of the way and what to expect. He did such a great job that it was over before I knew it! Such a flawless job left me healing almost perfectly in less than two days! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If you give an appointment for a certain time, you should keep it. I understand that maybe you run a little behind but 1 hr and 10 min later? and the best part is that other people show up and walk right in without waiting not 1 min. I don’t get it. An hour and half later and still no one attended me and that’s with an appointment. I just left.

Dr Nhora Ortega has been my Dentist for many years and I strongly recommned her. The knowledge and customer service is always exceptional. Recently visited the clinic and they are very well trained with CDC guidelines/protocol. The entire staff makes everyone feel welcomed.

This place has been completely unprofessional. They will make you wait long times and double book you... I came here a second time for a cleaning and teeth whitening. After making me wait 40 minutes to get sat on the chair they then tell me they can’t do the whole procedure (cleaning and teeth whitening) because they have a surgery going on. So they asked me to come back the next morning.Thank you for being so considerate with my time. And for asking me to waste another half day from work. I will never come back to this office and I will tell all my friends and family to avoid this place like the plague.

Before my visit, I had been told by several dentists that the removal of my impacted wisdom tooth was too complicated and their solution was to pass me to another dentist without solving the issue. Finally, a friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Esteban Parada for his professionalism and expertise with wisdom teeth surgeries. As a first time patient, the staff made it a priority to make me feel comfortable before I underwent the procedure. Throughout the short recovery process, Dr. Parada made himself available to answer any questions and concerns i had. A week later, Im feeling great and so thankful to Dr. Parada and staff. I will definitely be returning to this dental office in the future!

Been a patient at this office for about 3-4 years and I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. About 2 weeks ago I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Esteban Parada, my first ever surgery/procedure. I was nervous not only for the procedure but because of COVID-19, but the office is practicing all the necessary protocols (Social Distancing/Mandatory face coverings) and I felt as safe as I do at home. Not only was my procedure completed, it was done to perfection. I had minimal pain and absolutely no swelling, and any doubts/worries I had Dr. Esteban Parada was there to help. Wanted to say thank you to Dr. Parada and all his staff for their exceptional work.

I had a very bad experience, bad procedures, terrible customer service. and at the end when I wanted to talk to Dr. Nohora, she didnt show her face. I do not recommend this place. Very unprofessional

Great dentist but the front desk and customer service is absolutely horrible. Not to mention seem bothered if you have questions or need something. They always have an an excuse as to why they cannot and that they will call you back but never do. I needed my xrays to another dentist to see, but there system is down, so now I will have to waste time redoing the xrays at the other office since I dont want to reschedule yet another appointment.

Dr. Ortega and her staff satisfy and go beyond the needs of what it means to be an outstanding dental office. The new office not only provides a new vibe but a new sense of renewal and joy for all her patients.

They dont know the difference between black filling and cavities and they were using x-ray/machine to check your mouth and still dont know the difference and wanted to charge me alot of money for the cavities, and guess what, I went to another place, the other dentist, she was just checking my teeth with her eyes without using any x-ray/ machine and she already knew it was black filling, and charge me 50% less of the price than what this dentist has gave me, to remove the black filling and put white filling
