This is an excellent dentists office. One stop shop. They really do a lot in office so there’s no need to make extra appointments all over the place if you have a busy schedule. The staff were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They really helped me to understand the best options regarding a dental implant and took a lot of the anxiety out of the experience. 10/10 recommend.

I would have put 5 stars if the cleaning dentist professional would have informed first that the product to clean my teeth after the work done was not free. I ended paying 35 bucks when I should have left without any out of pocket charges... hope this will be different the next time !

I visited Ultra Dentist in Down Town; as always it was a pleasure atmosphere while you shortly wait, the receptionist was very attentive and professional. I like this doctor because she is a beautiful soul who genuine cares compassionately for her patients. She is tough sometimes but this has help me getting fixed all my dental issues. ..lol.. This visit, I was with the hygienist who did a deep cleaning and I was so scare at the beginning but Janet with her sweetness calmed me down and did an excellent job. Yanet my hygienist there was sooo amazing! She was gentle, friendly and super nice. I have been coming to ultra smile for two years now and never had a bad visit. The office is always clean and well equipment with the latest machinery for dentistry. You won’t regret coming here. You are always greeted with smiles and warm positive energy.Revisited Ultrasound today and had a pleasure of meeting Rachel. She was great! Rachel was super gentle and very informative. Anytime I call or go into Ultra Smile I am always treated very very well. I have had great cleanings, painless x-rays, and they even helped me find a orthodontist to remove my wisdom teeth. I live ultra smile and will be their patient hopefully forever. :)

I came in for my usual cleaning at Ultra Smile & I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel who conducted my cleaning. Everything was great, she was very professional, she continuously checked to make sure I was ok & not experiencing any discomfort. No complaints at all!

I would not recommend Ultra Smile Dentistry. I was seen for a small cosmetic fix of a chipped tooth, and two fillings. During my visit, I was presented with multiple incorrect copies of the estimated charges, not taking into account my dental insurance. They attempted to have me sign these estimates multiple times, and insisted they were correct. Only once I initiated a phone call to my insurance company did they all of a sudden present to correct charges for me. In addition, rather than simply fixing the issues I made the appointment for, there was an immense sales pitch for services and products I did not want or need such as a night mouth guard and teeth whitening totaling thousands of dollars. Upon refusing these additional products multiple times, the dentist finally proceeded with the small cosmetic fix and two fillings I initially requested. The cosmetic fix ended up grinding my neighboring tooth down more than necessary, and fell off within 3 weeks of the service being performed. Even though Ive never before received a numbing agent for dental fillings, the dentist insisted I needed the injections making my mouth numb for hours just for a simple filling. One of the two fillings then also fell out during my sleep about 2 months later. The quality of the dental work performed here is inexcusably horrible. I wish I could get my money, and my ground down tooth, back.

Amazing place! Every member of the staff has been extremely helpful, positive, friendly, and professional! The facility is always clean which is also great too.They have made me feel comfortable from my first appointment. It was an overall good experience. The technician that did the X-Rays was very professional, funny and made me feel comfortable. The cleaning was excellent. But they did not explain to me in *detail* what my diagnosis and treatment was and gave me a paper with a lot of codifications and names that I didnt understand. When I asked for the doctor to clarify, she came and explain it very briefly and I was still confused when I left. Overall, it was a decent visit and the staff is nice. UPDATE: I searched for a second opinion. My new doctor said I only needed three fillings and that the rest were not necessary. The doctor in Ultra Smile Dentistry wanted to fix all my fillings. I felt they did that to charge me (the whole thing would’ve cost me around $3,000). I noticed many dentists do this in the U.S. Good cleaning, but I’m not coming back to Ultra Smile Dentistry. Thanks.

I’ve been living in Miami for 4 years now, and throughout this time I’ve been jumping from one dental office to another because I couldn’t find one I actually felt confident going to. Finally, a dear friend recommended me Ultra Smiles Dentistry and reassured me I wouldn’t be disappointed. She was absolutely right, I am extremely happy with every part of the process. The staff in the front office is extremely friendly and helpful, the waiting area makes you want to stay awhile and the team of dentists, hygienists and assistants are super knowledgeable and caring. The office is clean and you get to watch TV while getting work done. They have become my permanent go-to dental office and I highly recommend them to anyone who values these things.

Had a phenomenal cleaning with the Hygienist Thayara, she used devices like the oralsol in which allows the mouth to widen without any pain or effort. She is very informative during her cleaning and even provides an explanation in a thorough yet generic manner for those whom aren’t knowledgeable on dental terminology. Upon sitting in her chair she made me feel comfortable and I wasn’t embarrassed on the condition in which my mouth was in . Highly recommend her as a hygienist 10/10.

The staff is really friendly and I really like the clean, modern office. They always play great music and I’ve never had to wait to be seen. The reception area is small but comfortable and they have TV’s in each room where you can select what to play if that’s your thing. Besides all that, they have done a great job cleaning my teeth and have modern tools I hadn’t seen at previous dentists that seem more effective and get you out the door faster. My girlfriend also really likes the place. I highly recommend Ultra Smile, can’t really ask for more in a dentist’s office.

Great location in Downtown for all the Brickell residents (quick walk)! Visited Ultra Smile for my first cleaning with Albert. Usually in the past I’ve had discomfort in the cleanings but Albert made my experience pain and seamless free. He as well recommended a water flosser and provided a discount code for me. I will be coming back to Ultra Smile for all my cleanings thanks to him.

I love Ultra Smile! Everyone is so nice and truly treat you like family. The minute I walked in Elle and Alex treated me like family. Then Tie was the best hygienist I’ve ever had.

Dr. Lauren Tuckman and her team were hugely helpful in guiding me through the dental appointment process. The task flow from the signing of required documentation, to X-Rays, a complete dental consultation, and subsequent cleaning was both efficient and effective.

I was pleased with my experience. The office is very clean and friendly. I had some inconveniences with the scheduling and the visit, but I will assume this is due to end of year staff time off. The cleaning was excellent. I learned a lot and I will be going back.

If you need a new dentist this is the one! Everyone is so nice and professional & the office is new and clean. I had 9 cavities (yes I know) filled here last month and they did a wonderful job. I was in and out as quickly as possible with as minimal pain as possible. They are transparent about their prices and their dental plan for each patient and their prices are fair. Plus you get to watch Netflix as they do work on your mouth! Highly recommend!

On 6/3/2020, I received my annual teeth cleaning with Thayara. It was my first time getting my teeth cleaned at Ultra Smile and I satisfied because Thayara was patient and kind with me. She showed genuine interest in the process of getting my gums back healthy. When I left it actually felt and looked like I had a cleaning done. She’s super sweet!

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but i need to warn people. This doctor told me I had 5 cavities (and the dental hygienist said one was verging on a root canal??). Two follow-up second opinions with other doctors said I have no cavities whatsoever. This doctor is far too willing to drill unnecessarily. Very scary.

Ultra Smile Dentistry is excellent! It is located just two blocks from Biscayne Blvd in the heart of downtown, making it easily accessible for those who work on the downtown area like myself. The office is clean and bright (and offers free coffee for those early morning appointments). I was seen on-time, which if often a hard thing to say about appointments in Miami, so I was also very grateful for that! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I was there for my annual appointment with Dr. Tuckman and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough - she was kind, informative, and professional. I’m not afraid of the dentist but I certainly would not have ever said I was excited for my annual check-up, until now. I was even able to add-on the Invisalign consultation I’d been considering for YEARS at the end of my appointment. Throughout my consultation, everyone, especially Dr. Tuckman, was clear, informative, and patient; she answered all of my questions about the process and made sure I fully understood my options so I could get exactly what I want out of the process. I can’t recommend this office and Dr. Tuckman highly enough - if you need to make a dentist appointment and are in the local area you should absolutely come to Ultra Smile Dentistry.

Excellent service. Very professional office that cares about their patients and their time. If your appointment is at 10am, you’re being seen by 10am. Better yet, the quality of their service is the cherry on top. I’ve never had such a good cleaning. Most other dental practices try to turn and burn patients.
