Amazing rental agency. They usually end their day around 9:00 pm due to Covid and Ricardo stayed behind until 11 pm picking us up and having us out in a timely manner. Cant stress how professional and easy it was to get in and out. Very accommodating. They even have a drop off service when the trip was over.

This place is totally a scam! Made the reservation online weeks before arriving at Miami. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I had to pay for a lot of extra stuff (insurance, pass, etc.), which almost doubled the original total price! I said those extra stuff are listed as “Optional” online and also in the email from them, so I don’t want any. As for insurance, I have always used my credit card’s insurance when renting a car, and never had a problem. The guy said it’s mandatory and it’s a company policy. I was like you can have whatever policy but why your email said these charges are optional. He had no answer to my question, but kept saying irrelevant stuff. I decided to leave, even though the options are very limited because of this last minute change. Saw a few other guys on the way out. They were complaining too, but for various reasons. Will never ever go back.They also go by some other names like Apollo something, so be aware.

Always trying to be smart, offering things that you dont need, like free pass on tolls. Better to rent in a trusthul company. Save a bit of money to lose a lot. Dont recomend at all!

It is sad to know that a Latino brother cheated another, in a foreign country where we should be more united and supportive, and like Mr. Francisco Ruben Terranova (who left a comment below) was also scammed by Mr. Alexis Ojeda and his employees with the theme of Tolls or tolls, protected by the company @Despegar on March 22, 2019.The employee who gave me the vehicle forced me to buy the sunpass service for 196.20 USD as a requirement to deliver the vehicle, even if I explained that of the 10 days that I rented the vehicle there would only be 2 Miami and the rest in North Florida where the Sunpass is not necessary and I proposed to him to charge me only the consumptions that I did or that I traveled on the roads that do not charge tolls, the employee of Victory Rent a Car refused and told me that it was mandatory and taking advantage that it was early morning and that we had no other alternatives, we had to accept it to leave the delivery site (it is a dark and unpleasant warehouse) as soon as possible. The same day when I already had a sim with data, I made a complaint to @Despegar informing them of my discontent 1. Mandatory collection of this service that was not informed either at the time of booking, or in the purchase voucher and 2. By the value of the Sunpass service sold by Victrory Rent a Car that exceeds by 300% the value of the purchase by own account (Value Sticker 5 USD and initial charge 10 USD). @Despegar contacted Mr. Alexis Ojeda and as a big thing at the time of delivery Alexis acknowledged that his employee had scammed me, that it was not mandatory to acquire any of the 2 Sunpass options that he offered me and that the 3rd option existed to go through secondary roads where they do not charge tolls or tolls. Additionally, he also acknowledged that the employee who gave me the vehicle charged me more than what was stipulated by @Despegar and that the only thing he could return was 54 USD, arguing that he could no longer change the Toll option acquired and I lost around 140 USD .Forced to buy and use the service, I did an experiment to find out how much I could spend in Tolls and spent the 2 days I was in Miami for 16 tolls, which can cost a maximum exaggerating 30 USD and lets say I buy the sticker for a total of 35 USD, clearly evidencing the scam carried out by the Victory Rent a Car staff and the company @Despegar with the Toll service. Of the penalties that Mr. Alexis Ojeda speaks in response to Francisco Ruben Terranovas review for not taking any of the 2 toll options offered, they are partially true, if Mr. Franciscos vehicle had the Sunpass sticker, everything will be charge that sticker and the famous penalty of 25 USD per toll that they are going to charge will be left to the rental company.Finally, and as a conclusion, I made this summary with the corporate purpose of helping people, so that they are not fooled by this company or by any other that rents vehicles in Florida.
