Fantastic Vehicle, Fantastic Service, and a Fantastic Experience. I have not traveled in well over 3 years because I hate having to board and book flights as well as gathering transportation for my arrival. Auto Boutique made the experience a breeze. I communicated with Auto Boutique and booked my entire reservation via text. Upon my arrival an employee was waiting for me at baggage claim, we then proceed to the parking garage where I signed some paperwork and then I was off to Naples in a Blue Corvette Stingray Convertible. I highly recommend Auto Boutique they treated me with class and respect, I even received a mid vacation checkup to see how my rental was going. Next time I am in Naples I will be using Auto Boutique again! 5 Stars

Service was fantastic. The owner personally arrived with the car to ensure it meet my satisfaction. He was also very flexible to make sure that my drop of was convenience and called often to make sure that I was pleased with the rental. The cars were as advertised. I was a bit nervous to make such a purchase, sight unseen, but you can trust that you will get what you pay for. Also there were not hidden charges. I would highly recommend Auto Boutique and plan to rent from them again on my next trip.

I was vacationing in Miami and wanted a exotic car for the weekend. I called auto boutique and they had a large line up of exotic and regular cars. I asked for a pickup at the airport and they came and picked me up. My car rental experience with this company was excellent. I would highly recommend every one to rent a car from them.

Hello,I liked this place. Its not like the big ones. Its a small place. So call for airport shuttle. But, they make up for it by offering a great price and fun cars. So if you look for a fun, not so run of the mill cars and a good price, this is the place to go.

5 STARS! I have used this luxury car rental company five times now. They are easy to deal with pick you up at the airport. The cars are clean and new. The funny thing is its not that much more expensive then renting a decent car from a regular car rental agency. For a little more than a full size vehicle you can get a BMW M3 convertible. So far I have rented a Porsche 911, Porsche Boxster S, Mercedes Convertibles, BMW 6 Series and M3 convertibles. Theres nothing like cruising around Miami in style! One time I was running late and called them. I dropped the car off at the airport and they picked it up! I cant say enough good things about these guys.

I would like to say that i had a great time with the Porsche i rented for my 20 year anniversary. Staff was extremely helpful and honestly made my experience one to remember! Thank you guys!

DO NOT BOOK A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are a bunch of crooks. They charged $1000USD to my credit card as a bond for hiring the car. Once the car was returned they never refunded this money however. We contacted them via email and phone and were assured that the money would be returned on at least 3 separate occassions but it never was!

Inexpensive small car, but waited quite a while for the van to pick us up. A/C didnt work in first car and the 2nd had a busted tail light and balding tires. Id rent from them again, but -- know before you go!

Terrible service.Theyve only 1 person at the counter any time. If u rent from here plan on waiting 1 hr before u can pick up your car. Same deal while returning - u may even miss your flight. Do not rent from this company. I received the reservation confirmation email two weeks in advance. When I called to arrange pick up they claim they have no record of the confirmation. The guy on the phone was very unhelpful and not very apologetic for THEIR mistake. They left me high and dry. Do not use this service.

Great Company, I requested the Maserati GranTurismo which was delivered on time, the Car was great, had a great time with Car, the service was excellent, Yoander and Victor did everything to make my rental experience an unforgettable one, my car has to be delivered by 5 am to the Setai Hotel Miami, Victor was there on time and I dropped the car in Orlando at the Airport, again Victor was there on time, Thank you guys, will rent again and recommend to family and friends, Great Job.

Poor customer service. They talk and act like they are running a bodega selling fruits and vegetables. Theres young dude working here who got brain synapse asking you whats your name? while hold your credit card and license in his hand. Lol If you do rent, Dont expect, Miami, expect Carribean . After I returned the car I asked another young dude how do I get back to South Beach, He replied get Über or I can call you a cab which cost $40, I dont lnow any other way. Clearly this dude is lazy. How about suggesting taking the bus from the airport to South Beach? Do your homework buddy

Terrible !!!!!!!! One single person handles the entire company. Besides, that person is rude. Its just something out of this world. They are not at the Airport. They take you to a remote location that is very hard to reach when you return your car.

This company advertises as NU under Expedia, it also advertises as being at the Miami airport, they are not. You have to take a shuttle from the car rental center, add 30 minutes to your trip. They also did not have a shuttle to take us after returning car. We had to take a taxi from their center which cost more than the car. The staff made up restrictions which were not on expedia. The staff also is abusive and tries to make up charges. DO NOT rent from here, there are an infinite number of better options. It was so bad, that this is the first review I have ever made

They are scammers! DO NOT RENT HERE! They charged usd 1500 as collateral for the vehicle and I claimed it several times after having returned the vehicle in the same condition they gave it to me. A month has passed and they did not reinstate me yet

Very bad service .. the car had the tires in poor condition, the engine check was on and they charged us a lot of expenses that had not been clarified on the website. Basically we pay 3 times more than specified in the contract .. My advice is to be away from these people
