I would rather pay more and have a different rental. You should too, for your own safety:1. We made reservations for Intermediate type car, we got an Economy (LOWER GRADE) instead.2. The car was an old, beat-up Mitsubishi Mirage 2017. Probably the worst car Ive ever rode. It felt UNSAFE driving this thing, gets very shaky above 60 mph.The tire-pressure warning system was DAMAGED so the warning light was on during the entire ride.The keys didnt work so you had to manually lock the car.3. Shortly after discovering these issues we asked for a different car but they said they have no cars left (of course...). The guy (David) did offer us a full refund if we dont take the car, but we were on a tight schedule and had no time to pick a different rental agency since it was already 6pm, which brings me to the last point.4. It took them TWO HOURS to hand the keys. We walked in at 4pm to an empty desk, the guy showed up only at 5pm, and the keys were handed at 6pm becuase he handled other people who queued up during his absence.The reason for the absence was that the car was parked in a different location so he had to take a bus (yes a bus, not an Uber) all across Miami to pick it up from there.Here are a few recommendations for the business:1. Deliver the type of car you promise.2. Get rid of that old Mitsubishi Mirage.3. Have a backup car in case you deliver a car with faulty warning systems or you cant deliver it on time because its somewhere else.4. Offer a considerable compensation when this type of things occur.

What wonderful customer service my group received today. This entire week has been so stressful with Hurricane Delta canceling our trip to Tulum, Mexico. So at the last min we decided to come to Miami for a couple days and then rent a car to drive to the keys. We booked with National and showed up to get our car and they didn’t have any cars, and my group of 4 along with many other upset customers were all told they had no cars. We had literally called every rental car company in the city of Miami and this was the only one that was not only helpful but went above and beyond. Please let Tareq know how much we appreciate him and tell his boss how amazing he is!

They have the worst car like their attitude. They were blaming us for cleanliness when we returned the car, saying that our dogs hair was everywhere when our Mimi Poodle DOESNT even shed. Lol. There was no trash or food or any hair, as they tried to charge us an additional $30. Also, they did not accept our Groupon (which clearly states that it could be used on weekdays and weekends) when their server was down to make a reservation, and were rude when asked about it. They also claim to be giving a good price but it’s more than what the website says, and it’s THIER OWN quote for god’s sake.My advice: Don’t ruin your trip with reserving with them, Miami is so worth it.

Edward, and staff was great to deal with from the beginning. Very accommodating when it came to locating rental at the last moment. Customer service was able and truly I look forward to renting from them again.

Seriously it was the worst experience in renting a car. First, the prices they show in their webpage are fake. Also, if you try to book it using Groupon they wont make it valid. The agents were trying to give us different pricing all the time and when we returned the car they were trying to invent excuses to charge us more. Also, they had the worst attitude too, Marcela was fighting with two other costumers when we arrived because she was trying to charge them extra without reason and they complain. Second, the car, it was basically a destroyed car. Since the first minute tires needed air and the service was due. It was making weird noises as if it was about to break down. Third, they didnt offer us the sunpass which you will surely need. In general if you want to enjoy your trip, avoid this company!

Awful. Dont do it. Terrible service, incredibly inconsiderate. Do not even open on the day they rented me a car and they didnt let me know until right before the rental when their website should have said that the location was closed on that day and even if not, they could have let me know earlier in the day but didnt let me know until the last minute. Had to find another car elsewhere very quickly at twice the price Because it became a last-minute rental. Make this your last choice. Never again.

Everything was right about my 6-week car rental experience. I called based on the recommendation of a smart guy in the local hospitality business. The weekly rental price was fair, with no hidden costs and unlimited mileage, which I needed The car was delivered to my hotel! Throughout my rental, the dtahh wascfriendly and accommodating, ski I was able to focus on business. They are located in Miami, but very near Miami Beach. Did I mention they deliver? Every time from now on I need a car in Miami Dade County, these guys will get the first call.
