I only just started working out here but it’s AWESOME! It is very similar to the gym I left behind when I moved and I’m really happy I found OC Fit. The instructors are great, motivating, knowledgeable and kind. If you want a hard workout this is your place!

I cannot rave about OC Fit enough! By far, one of the most energizing, engaging, motivating and challenging workout places Ive been to. I go to a couple locations and am familiar with all the trainers who truly care about helping you improve yourself. Theyll push you as far as youre willing to go, and can modify when needed (like when I was pregnant). They helped me shed all the post-baby weight with their nutrition challenges and awesome classes and motivated me to sign up for unlimited so I can come more often. I never want to leave Orange County because I never want to leave this place. If you want to make a change in your health this is the PERFECT place to start!

Great workouts and awesome staff! I really like how each day focuses on a specific target area. It helps that they switch up the workouts so that it doesn’t get repetitive or boring. I also appreciate the modifications they make for people with different experience levels and those with specific injuries/pains.

I have been attending OC Fit for a few months and love it - Thanks to the awesome trainers!! They are all studs!! Though I like them all my personal favorite is Stevie you will get your butt kicked...in a good way ;) She is encouraging and inspirational - she has had her own journey of success which makes her awesome at what she does - She is a pro and will encourage you through the work-out, including modifying an exercise for your benefit. The gal knows her stuff!

Trainers allow you to go at your own pace but encourage you, they take the time to walk you through an exercise or make corrections if needed, and GREAT air conditioning.

OC fit has changed my life. I have done many bootcamp places as well as the gym on my own. this helps me with accountability and having amazing coaches who push me! I started almost over a year ago and even though I still want to loose more weight and fat, I feel closer to my goal! I have also done my first spartan race and this was my only training. I only had to do 2 sets of burpees. This place has made me so much stronger! I’m happy to fit into my old clothes again!

I was initially worried about my ability to complete their workout sessions but I discovered on my first class that the staff is super helpful and are there for you every step of the way.The OC FIT workout is a very effective program because the sessions combine weight training, cardio and core all in one amazing/challenging 45 minute workout. You will be drenched in sweat and sore by the time the class is over!At OC FIT they offer various formats, movements and equipment so you will never get bored or used to the workout – So in other words expect the element of surprise! Their trainers are passionate and in my case very patient with me. They know when to push and when to tone it down since the classes consist of diverse age groups, fitness levels and dual genders. Whether you are already fit and slim or overweight, their goal is to help you lose weight, learn about proper workout technique, nutrition and hydration. I am so glad I found them and the blonde female trainer is FANTASTIC! Wish I knew her name but I gave her my business card because she makes certain I do the workouts properly and helps me when needed. She is a trainer at the Westminster location and was there today 9/28 during the 9:35AM class and she deserves big kudos for her professionalism, positive attitude and she is a terrific asset for your gym. You are in expert hands at OC Fit Westminster!

I did the 6 week trial though Groupon. Its quite a workout! They change the routine everyday. Its a great way for beginners to get in shape, the trainers will help you out and show you how to do each exercise.
