Since 2015 I rented from LAX, MCO, and this was the first time with MIA, and I can tell you the service from Silvercar is impeccable. My car was waiting for me outside the terminal, it looked sharp and very clean and sanitized. The service was amazing and the car was magnificent! Great beautiful cars and great service! Couldnt ask for a more perfect experience, Silvercar sure knows how to make us feel presidential.

The whole rental process was seamless - from booking the rental on the app to picking up and dropping off the car. The silver Audi A4 was clean and fun to drive.

Silvercar by Audi virtually made me forget any other rental agency exists. I have rented 3 times now from their Miami location, and once from Orlando.They are the ONLY rental agency which does not charge extra fees for young drivers under 25 like myself. Unlimited miles, no waiting in lines, and absolutely beautiful cars. They dont even charge extra for driving through tolls, they just charge exactly the cost of the toll as their vehicles are already equipped with Sunpass. If you are looking for the EASIEST car rental agency, this is the way to go.Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

SilverCar is the biggest hidden gem in the rental market! Ive rented twice from here and Im a local renter. The staff is outstanding! I have not found a con yet! Massive inventory including some tasteful S lines. They are open 365 from 5am-11pm. Always clean and full tanks. Cant wait till the Q7 gets added next year !!

They sent me a text to remind me that i needed to complere a profile on the app, and it was a real person on the other end of the phone. My flight was delayed and they also adjusted my time within minutes. The drop off was clearly explained and professional. I only wish there was a manual or video to explain some of the features of the car but i will figure it out as i go. Cool expirence so far.

This is literally THE BEST car rental experience Ive ever had. After I dropped my Audi off I went to Avis and it was a mission to get my car.I had the pleasure of dealing with my main man Ronald at the Doral location. A true gentleman. He gave me the whole tour, made me feel welcomed and was super nice and pleasant to deal with. He gave me 5 star service, best concierge service ever for a rental.As far as the car, its loaded with features that other companies charge for, and theyre included w/ rental free so I would absolutely recommend Silvercar.Thanks Ron!

Incredible service, great vehicles and value for money

Had a great experience. Easy pick up at the rental car center. We returned the car at Silvercar office and they dropped us off right at our terminal.The A4 was great. The car wifi feature was super useful, It eliminated the need to purchase a roaming data pack for our phone.

I rented a few weeks ago a car with them. I have to say, it was an amazing experience. I had to pick up the car, drive all the way to Ocala and back on the same day, so I ended getting the car at 5 am and leaving it back before 11. The guy there were super helpful and even they gave me a bottle of water after the end of my trip. At the of the week, I was charge the same as the website said it would be plus tolls. There were no hidden fees.The car was great, They only rent the same model here in Miami (an Audi A4 Quattro 2015 with the GPS package) and I have to say that the car was like as clean and in good of a condition as if I were taking it out of the dealership. The only complain I have regarding the car is that the GPS is not up to date in both the maps and that it doesnt have a touchscreen. Also, the controls for the GPS and the stereo are quite awkwardly placed in the center console, but this is Audis designer fault. So, I highly suggest to take your cellphone if you can for the GPS, but still it is cool to have the one in the car as a backup plan.Ill be riding it again tomorrow for the whole day. I have the feeling that it will be as good as the first time.

My wife and I just spent a week in an AirBnB on Key Biscayne, and used Silvercar to rent an A4 for our visit. Weve rented other cars for decades, but this was by FAR the easiest and best experience weve had. Not to mention that, of course, the car is much nicer.Pickup and drop off (other than a little traffic, for the latter today) were a breeze. Lots of communication from the pickup driver via text, and thr concept of not having to go to some counter and be upsold everything is awesome.Pay attention to their website, as for first time renters there is often a coupon listed. I got 20% off which made our A4 only $60 more for 8 days, than renting some economy car and having to deal with the agency.My new favorite thing!

Im extremely dissaponted with silvercar. I have booked my car one week in advance and I made my plans in Miami. However upon arrival at the airport attendant asked me for a physical credit card, physical credit car ? When we are already by the car with bags, luggage, stroller and baby. It turns out that company policy requires physical credit card present to rent a car through app. Due to circumstances I did not have my credit card on me, instead I had baby and stroller although I had other means of traditional payment options, but silvercar accepts only credit cards. So from first minutes silvercar ruined our vacation with its rediculous policy. We had to go back to the airport and rent a car from a regular car rental company that is willing to take debit cards without any hesitation, but at a higher rate since we did not book it in advance.P.S. here is why I think silvercar is wrong. First, when you book in advance you can not check things at last minute, charge me in advance and see if I my drivers license is present and give me my car. Second, this is rental through app, so what physcial card are you talking about ??? Do you show your physical card to your Uber driver, do you show anything when renting trough other mobile app rental companies like car2go or reachmemow of course NOT, you just use your phone and thats all. Silvercar you are trying to be modern trough app rental car, but youre not and you are actually even worse than traditional rental company, they take debit cards you dont know how to do that.

Silver Car has Great service, and of course a nice CLEAN silver Audi A4 . Bottom line I very highly reccomend to all, I was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Was told that a pickup from Amtrak was not a problem. Driver was unable to find my location, accused me of getting off at the wrong stop and proceeded to get nasty with me as I was not at the stop he was expecting. I have cancelled my reservation and will continue to rent elsewhere

Love this service. Heard about it on Real Time with Bill Maher. Tried them when I was in Miami for Spring Break. Love that they pick you up from the airport. The car we got was like brand new and it was very cool to use the app to open it. The free features like Wi-Fi and Sirius were great. Recommend this service as the way to go if youre renting a car.
