I rented a midsize SUV in Denver based on the information provided by HT in your website. When I picked up the car, Alamo told me that the midsize SUV has space for 2 large y 2 small luggage but the HT website says 4 luggage, without size detail. I had to pay $400 more for a large SUV due to Alamo didnt allow me to rent the midsize SUV and they showed me their website where clearly detail two small and two big suitcases. All the airlines, rental car and tourism companies detail between small and big suitcases but Happy Tours not. I asked for a refund five times via email without a response.

Worst customer service.. a representative named Andres was extremely rude. He didnt even ask for my confirmation number for a rental car and kept saying that all the information was on the email they sent me, and if I wanted to cancel to go to the website.. he didnt even know where I was calling from and wouldnt let me talk.. He was very disrespectful when I requested to talk to somebody else and refused to transfer the call.. He accent sounded Portuguese. I ended up cancelling the reservation than having to deal with them again. I do not recommend it at all.

I live in Australia. My wife and I rented a full sized car with unlimited mileage for a period of 3 months at DFW airport in Texas through Happy Tours USA. The rental contract was as advertised with complete insurance protection. We drove the car through 17 states which took 13,000 miles. We will definitely book through Happy Tours USA on our next trip.

What the hell is going on ? I booked one reservation at Dollar from 24/7 to 31/07 and HT send me the voucher with a wrong address at Kissimmee and due to that I stand with family without any car? Then rush and have to rent one for one day for US$ 128!!!!The voucher had an hour 20h, for pickup, and the office there closed at 16h!!!!The other voucher with Hertz had the same problem and I spent 3h driving around and had to go to the airport again not to stay on foot!?!?!?This situation is really over reasonable standards and I can not get in touch with Happytours!?!?!?This is not acceptable to me.Please call me asap.BISMARCK

I have rented a car more than 6 times on HAPPY TOURS and it has always been excellent, with great insuranceAt ALAMO I wanted to pay in cash and they did not accept it, only in the credit card, this had a high cost for credit card in Brazil which has a tax of more than 6%.

They gave me three different excuses for not giving me the vehicle I had booked at Hertz through Happy Tours.First they told me that I had not called the bank to tell them that I was going to be out of the country and that is why they could not give me the vehicle. I showed her the evidence that she did notify the bank and she kept quiet. Then he told me that my account did not have the funds to pay the rent. I opened my account and showed it to him when he saw that there were more than enough funds, God said, you have all that in your account. And finally, he told me that since my card was not a credit card, it was a debit card, visa logo, they couldnt give me the car. They are a GARBAGE company.

Very bad service! Book a car online and when I arrived at Hertz they did not honor the rate arguing that this rate was only for international travelers even though when I made the reservation I specified that it was from the United States. I spoke to them on the phone and after an hour they answered me and they did not solve me! The rate was 3 times higher than the one booked online! I do not recommend it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I rented through the Happy Tours website twice, once through Hertz and once through Alamo and both times I had no problem. The prices are very good and the packages complete, with insurance against third parties and Sun Pass, included. Everything is fast and practical. I recommend!

Excellent, the price, the coverage and the car that was agreed. In others they charge you more and then they put things in you that were not there and that you need.

When I rented using Happy tours to Miami and Orlando, it always worked out. Prices are always lower than other sites, even from the rental companies (and look that I researched A LOT), always comes included in the rent insurance and an additional driver. Remember that Happy tours is not a video store, but an intermediary site. Then you will pick a rental store at the time of booking, and you will pick up the car and pay directly to the rental store you choose. There is this disadvantage for some people, since you will pay in dollars at the time of the return of the car, and you can not installment.
