The person who was serving the table super rude dont have any manners.. very unprofessional, I am in the event business, and I was in shock to see this lady responding super bad to the guest. 👎

It was good but they should focus more on covid-19 safety precautions.

In 2021, me, Alicia Keys, America Ferrera, Liza Koshy, Lilly Singh, Tierra Whack, Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, and Sasha Lane will attend a huge party at Fiesta Palace.

Please do not do business with these people, they are really unprofessional, and do not respect what the contract says. In my case due to Covid-19 I had to cancel my event and they refused to refund my money even though the contract does not specify any refund policy due to cancellation. Very rude owners run this place without regards for your concerns as a customer.

This place is horrible, it has the worst service and the most disrespectful owners. Dont waste your money; its not worth it. :(

Nice place, but beware all people that are thinking about getting the open bar option. This place puts out bottles of known brands live Chivas and Johnny Walker... But NO WAY is it real. They are fake, I guess they refill them with generic that tastes horrible. Stay away from the open bar option!

As most halls in S.Miami, they range in luxury and beautiful decor. This ballroom is off Flagler Street on the 2nd floor of a restaurant. Its ideal for a simple on-a- budget event. A lot of disco lights. The food was just okay. The pork was too salty. Plantains were good. The chicken marsala had one mushroom. Welp! Thats the budget.

The food was horible !!! The bread was really cold, the salad was also cold/frozen but you couldnt eat it because it had water on the botton and the main dish oh my god the rice was hard as a rock and the meat it was not cock completly. Its looks like they cooked it one or two days before the event and than microwave the food. Never again

This place needs major updating inside. The open bar is extremely limited to only very cheap liquor and the bartender has no idea how to make a single drink or shot.

The room was incredibly clean and big.

Dinner was on disposable plates and in a row that looked like a workers dining room. In others I have seen ceramic tableware glass cups and table service. There was no dessert. I think with respect to the end of the year party the meal did not serve a 31 with chicken fricasé and old clothes and a yellow rice only with boiled potatoes, it looked like a workers dining room we were at 10 at night to make a line to eat an hour The very bad drink I ordered a free vat and it looked like ice soda in short I dont go back anymore very dirty bathrooms and I think that where you put the food to serve it it should have light.

Humberto parties entertain us and we had a good time but the food is little and poorly served in one dish, Humbertos cake was put in an ugly kitchen cart without a tablecloth, the music was too loud, some people covered themselves the ears . Dirty bathrooms and trash cans overflowing with toilet paper.
