This is nice place to come and hangout and have few drinks. Ambiance and staff are so nice and friendly. But food is absolutely doesn’t worth the price and doesn’t even taste good. Risotto was so bad we couldn’t even finish it, pasta was cold, artichokes were so not eatable they were bitter and smelly. Whole experience with food was bad, didn’t expect that. Our waiter was making sure every 5 min, are we going to leave or not? I felt like they want us to go. And lemon cake was just regular cake nothing special

Wow, bellísimo, this place is incredible!!!The story behind this chain of Italian restaurants are incredible.Thw food here was to die for, I mean the gelato at the end was perfect!This is my favorite Italian spot in Miami. It is tucked away too, not really out in a busy area. It doesn’t need to be though.Once you walk in, you can see the decor is very unique to itself, and you’re treated with great Italian hospitality!!!!Please go here if you can!!!

We had a great time for lunch at Cipriani. It was mu birthday lunch! Probably one of the best gnoqui gorgonzola I’ve tried in Miami. Their homemade vanilla ice cream is a must try, it is good for 2-4 people as it is a big portion. The servers were very friendly.

Cucumber salad was disappointing compared to what I remember and crave. But the pasta was great. Decor was pretty but worn. Prices for lunch are downright amazing.

If you come here please make sure to get the VANILLA ICE CREAM. That may not sound ideal considering this restaurant has so many amazing items on the menu. However, once you try it you’ll understand why I mentioned the ice cream first.I particularly enjoyed the veal as well as the carpaccio alla capriani. Very good selections. The service in this restaurant is A-1 and they are extremely attentive to all the patrons. I will be coming back for sure!

Been to Cipriani today, me and my friend were dressed sporty/casual and they didn’t seem too welcoming. When the host/manager was deciding what table to give us, a server was talking in italian with the host/manager not to sit us for him. We ate and the attitude toward us was not so nice and kind. At the end we had pistachio ice cream and after eating half of it noticed a hair in it, told the server but he said he doesn’t think it’s a hair. When we saw the tab we noticed they included gratuity for us, even though we were just 2 people and on the menu it says that the gratuity is for parties of 6+. They treated us like that because we were dressed sporty. Were recommended this place but never returning again.

Where do I even start? This place seems to run on known regular guest and they want to remain like that. Once our waiter came and he realized we were not ordering alcohol everything went down the drain. I heard the waiter speaking Spanish and when I asked if he did he denied it...ok? It was the most awkward dinner ever. Customer service is non existent. We were treated as if we were taking a table that could be making more money. Food was bad... nothing good to say about appetizer, entree or dessert. I have had italian food all over the world including Italy and this was truly an overpriced shame.But hey, it happens....what made it stand out was the vibe. WEIRDEST most UNCOMFORTABLE VIBE EVER. They definitely discriminate and pick who they want to come in and who they want to come back. If they dont see in you the kind of guest they like they will do everything in their power for you not to come back.They just want you out as soon as possible and they make sure you notice you are not welcome. Tip is automatically included regardless of party size because otherwise they wouldnt get any.A waste of time, money and energy.

Very nice and fancy location with great ambiance. Perfect for dinner with friends and family. If youre not used to very fancy locations you may feel a bit overwhelmed here. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays or even just business gatherings. The food was great and for dessert may I recommend the vanilla meringue cake? Its to die for. Never had a vanilla cake quite like that.

We had the best time at Cipriani. The design is beautiful and classic. The Italian flair brings out a great atmosphere. We loved the pasta so far it was the best in Miami for us. The desserts were great too. Welcoming staff provided great hospitality.

Excellent ambiance, great early afternoon dinner before a movie at the Olympia theatre. The food was very good, unfortunately the service was not. We got lost in translation.... afternoon shift change. No server for a while... out of water and empty plates.

Food was fabulous, unfortunately a waiter argued with my husband saying he ordered the veal chop dinner when in fact he ordered lamb. Rather than make a scene he accepted the meal fortunately the veal was delicious. Chicken was to die for...three pieces of chicken didnt think i would finish it ...ate every bite.

Ive been a regular at Miami Cipriani since it opened. I hesitate to rank the world wide chain but if I had to, this would be at the very top. The interior is truly grand. The views outta the windows are stunning. The menu is classic and properly executed. The service is respectful yet warm. ...great for people watching too. Love the traditional Bellini served in a piscine...

Beautiful location, very friendly and accommodating staff, and absolutely delectable food.Just be sure to budget for the meal; prices are not posted online, but pasta dishes are $25 and above and meat based dishes are in the $40-$70 range.

The only reason why I’m giving it’s four stars is because of the wait even though we made a reservation. Food is amazing. Great size portions. My fav dish is the Tuna app.

The Cipriani family never disappoints. This is a sophisticated elegant restaurant in a fabulously designed space with soaring ceilings yacht quality wood finishes, and a beautiful navy and white color scheme . Excellent service from a very formal wait staff in white jackets. Does not get any better than this.

We came to this place while on a week vacation. We had reservations from weeks ago. Once we came in and were seated our drink orders were taken and we over heard the waitress tell another waitress that we had No Money. Never in my life have I ever felt so disrespected just because of the color of my skin. We are very established group of proud African American Woman if we couldn’t afford it we would have never came. We asked for the manger who told us there was no problem after explaining what happened. I’ll never go again

A few hiccups throughout the dining experience but they truly made up for it with the service and complimentary desserts. The food was out of this world, truly no other place to get Italian dining this good, and the view made it even better !!

Impecable and accommodating service, excellent ambiance. Youll get a no BS yet classy vibe for a change from both the staff and the crowd. Amen for that Miami!!!! Excellent prime materials and extraordinary execution but menu options are basic. I tried hard to pick smth and be excited, not necessarily a bad thing I was just hoping more than branzino with brocolli. I picked seabass and it was one of the best Ive ever had. I definitely recommend it and will most certainly keep going back.

It never fails, Ive been in a few different Ciprianis around the world, but the hospitality in this location goes beyond.I had the chance to dine here a few times and the food is always spot on and the service alone makes you want to come back. Many restaurants could learn from them.

This restaurant the ambience was really nice and the food was very good located in the heart of brickle downtown Miami right by the bay over looking the water . I didn’t like that when we got there and asked to sit in the booth that looked like a sofa there was no one sitting at the booths but the the gentleman that sat us down said they were reserved . We sat right across for two hours and no one sat there and the chairs that you do sit they reach your waist so you can’t really sit back and relax In fact what you do get is back pain . The service to me was ok but not outstanding the waiter took off and never brought my drink back until I saw another waiter and had to ask him for it . The price is pretty expensive but for being that pricey you don’t get amazing service. I have been to other restaurants with way better service .

I am happy to write a wonderful review about my experience last night at Cipriani.The welcome was amazing, they acomódate us in a beautiful table. Drinks and food were over the top! Services was outstanding. One of the few places that is keeping the high standards after the pandemic started! I couldn’t pick a better place for a happy celebration! Veramente il máximo!!!

When we asked for water, we told them we wanted still water and we were brought out a bottle of water and charged $9 for it. While its not that significant, I think by the comment still will be fine, the waiter should have known we just wanted the water that was free, not a $9 bottle. As far as the food goes, the appetizer was very good. I had the octopus. However, my main entrée, the gnocchi tasted a lot like something I couldve gotten from the freezer section at Trader Joes. The dessert on the other hand was good. Not the best dessert Ive ever had, but not bad. I had the vanilla meringue. Overall, I probably wont come back here, because there are so many other restaurants that are far better in Miami.Edit: after checking out my credit card statement, I found out that they double charged me and had I not checked, I would not have known because the receipt said the correct amount. Although they are hopefully going to fix it, it should not have happened in the first place.

Chairs are uncomfortably low to the ground. Most of the gentlemen dinning had their knees up against the table.

Extremely Uncomfortable sitting (don’t go if you measure over 5 ft). Less than mediocre food. The only thing we ordered that was decent was the gnocchi. Service was poor too. Super small table for a party of 4. The only thing good were the dessert and cocktails. Food and atmosphere were a waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I love Cipriani. For me, Miami was always the best there is. However, lately they have changed the great waiters that exist and put a group that treat customers badly. The service is terrible. I asked for a meat the point I come wrong and they told me to ask for another type of meat next time. They asked for table cheese out of sheer stinginess. Thats sad.

Came in right here for dinner. Cosy and trendy location within the best area. Our waiter become truly helpful and furnished all of the hints based totally on my flavor.Try out their first-rate vanilla meringue cake. Thats just exceptional

I dont particularly appreciate valet parking, so this isnt a likely destination just for that reason alone.Prices are what you might expect for a higher cost venue. Ive been there several times. Food is good, but this is no fast food.Service was very good every time Ive been there.Unfortunately I didnt snap photos of the food. Presentation was VERY nice.Is a good place to entertain clients, but getting there is kind of tight. One must drive under a condo building in order to make it to the valet, then hand over the keys. Just be prepared.

Wow. If you are hungry and really want Italian food, DO NOT come here. However, if you are the bon vivant type (nouveau riche), this may be up your alley. Not a fan. Zero presentation, food was quasi mediocre. As I sat there staring at the beet and asparagus salad - that looked like it came out of a jar, I had visions of special grilled wings at Sports Grill or encrusted grouper tacos at Scullys Tavern (unbeatable at $2.50 on Taco Tuesdays) - just ask Guy Fieri! Steer your car away and head to DiNapoli in Pinecrest. Trust me!

I cant even give the restaurant 1 star. Let me start by saying I dont like when i first walk into a restaurant and be ignore by the host and the manager for at least 5-6 minutes just because they are on the phone without even telling me to hold on. After wasting for 5-7 minutes I asked for a table by the window which the restaurant was empty was empty they ignore my request and gave us a table in the center. After sitting at the table one of the waiter came over asked if they could take the bottle of oil from me to take it to another customer ( What they dont have enough oil for everyone ?.)I ordered something from the menu the waiter told me they didnt have it because theyd ran out for the day .. Really ? I went at 1 pm and they just opened up the restaurant for lunch...dont lie just say you have it.Anyway I wont come back to this location

This Cipriani’s is easily my favorite Cipriani’s location in the states! It’s absolutely beautiful inside with super high cielings—by far the most spacious Cipriani’s I’ve been in—that includes locations in Italy as well. The outdoor seating is also quite nice overlooking the water with beautiful views of Downtown Miami. The food at this location is also superb with additional healthier options than one might find at say the NYC locations. The service at this location is also en pointe. I highly highly recommend dining here for lovers of fresh Italian food and a beautiful atmosphere.

We came in for a celebratory dinner and ask for availability/wait time. Rather than checking their iPads/reservations list, the staff told me immediately they needed to speak with a manager. The manager took a quick glance at us and without even looking at us, told us, “absolutely not, come back tomorrow”. What type of response is that??! Extremely rude response. At first, we thought we might be underdressed, but after seeing some audience in casual sweaters and jeans, clearly not the case. Very unpleasant first encounter.

The menu had mis-spelled words, we hardly understood anything the servers said because of heavy accents, and it was overall the most uncomfortable situation for a upscale and classy area like that. Will NEVER GO BACK.

Best Italian in Miami. Great Food. Amazing service. Start with a Bellini ( I think they created the drink), try the carpaccio, rigatoni and baked tagliolini. Do not forget the vanilla ice cream! Great place for lunch and dinner.

Incredible. That is all I have to say. The service, the decor, the food, everything was impeccable. The people are kind and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had the White Tagliolini with praga ham and Paccheri alla Genovese. Both were superior to any other pasta we’d ever had. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys pasta and a high quality dining experience

Went here for Miami Spice and the food was very tasty but very small. Restaurant looks like youre inside of an old school ship, and its very cute. Didnt care for the waiter who waited on us, he wasnt very pleasant.

We had a large group turn up and had not reserved a large enough table, but the staff fly into action rearranging the tables to accommodate us all onto one enlarged table without affecting other guests. The service from then onwards was equally impressive and professional. Food and wine were excellent. Recommend the squid ink risotto in particular. Decor is as per Cipriani global branding style.

The restaurant is pretty, but looks a lot larger and nicer online. The tables are very low to the floor and the seats are tiny and a bit uncomfortable. For the price, I think you could eat better Italian food at a Louis Bossi’s. My boyfriend and I both had stomach problems after eating the Chilean sea bass with rice pilaf and the spaghetti with Manila clams. The atmosphere wasn’t what we’d though it would be...no music when we walked in and very bright lighting for an 8pm evening reservation. Definitely wouldn’t go back!

Very disappointed. The view from the restaurant is beautiful, all tables are big enough and comfortable, but there is nothing special about the food. I ordered a risotto and honestly, I can make it better than the one I’ve over payed.
