This year I celebrated my daughters Fifteens at Oasis Banquet Hall on January 15, 2020 and I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. The owners are extremely nice and all the staff as well. The DJ helped me prepare the entrance as I had no idea what to do and played great music. The bartender was excellent and waiters and waitresses were amazing. Thank you Liliy for helping us and making the night and the salon so beautiful. I highly recommend Oasis Banquet Hall 100% best prices in town and very clean and beautiful.

My daughter Quince was on the end of February and My Guests and I were amazed. The food was delicious, bartender and waitress were great. The decorations, and the tables center piece was awesome. Great price and everything included.Pros: affordable price, flexible staff, pretty hall, everything included, bartender was fantastic (open bar)Cons: food was very unsatisfactory, the servers were unprofessional and cut the cake before husband and I could (very rude as it is a big tradition in weddings), DJ was on phone a lot of the night and even refused to play songs when guests requested till I spoke with him

I recently plan a birthday at oasis banquet hall and I cant say enough how amazing the service was. The planning process was seamless and the event planner are professional and made me feel so special when planning my husbands birthday. This is hands down the best banquet hall in Miami. I was going to have my baby shower at this banquet hall in April (due date is in June). However, due to the pandemic/social gathering ban our baby shower had to be cancelled. This banquet hall refused to give us back our money and instead wanted us to postpone to a later date after the baby was born. Which isn’t feasible. When we refused, they never answered our emails, or returned our phone calls/messages. I had to file a claim through my bank to resolve this issue because we paid them far in advance. Also, we never picked any food, music, color scheme or decorations for this event. They didn’t spend any time or money on our baby shower. With all that said, we are now in June. We still haven’t heard back from them, the social gathering ban still hasn’t been lifted, and we were finally issued a partial refund from my bank. However, they have decided to keep our $500 deposit. I am a pregnant nurse working in the emergency department during this pandemic. Working on the frontline has put me, my family, and my baby’s health at risk. The owner knows how hard these times have been on us, and still they have shown us no empathy or the minimal courtesy of professionalism. Had they been more transparent and professional with us, we would have solved this issue privately and gladly surrendered our deposit. I hope the $500 that they kept from a pregnant frontline worker was worth it to them. Moving forward, due to their lack of integrity we will never recommend or refer their business ever again.

Staff was pretty friendly, thank you Ernesto for being so patient and kind! The place doesnt have much curb appeal but theyre in a small plaza. The inside of the banquet hall was clean and tasteful. Theres only one large bathroom per gender and no diaper changing table. I think it would be great if they added a changing table considering these places usually host family events. All in all, good experience, good drinks, and the food was definitely tastier than most halls.

Just celebrated my daughters QuincesOn 3/23. Had a great experience. The food and cake were both very tasty. They did everything as they told me. The place just got a facelift and it looks great. I would definitely celebrate another event there!

I just had my baby shower and it was wonderful. The women who work the desk are so nice and helpful. They decorated it just like I wanted it and it came out beautiful, everyone that attend was really happy and in awe over the decorations. The staff who served the food and bartender were great. Its not huge inside but it can host more than enough people. It has a great location but the views arent the best. The service from the staff is superb and the options for rental are amazing.

Where do I begin? Oasis Banquet Hall is an enormous joke! I would never recommend this place to anyone. My sister had her reception there in October. From the beginning, the manager Lily never bothered to help my mother and sister in the planning of her reception, making excuses any chance she got. When my mother or sister would ask her a question wether in person or over the phone, she completely ignored them and was incredibly curt. She is rude, incompetent, and has absolutely no managerial skills whatsoever. The master of ceremonies- Miriam was over an hour late, the bridal party had to wait outside (because they dont have a lobby) in the muggy heat. It took what seemed an eternity for her to explain how we needed to walk in. Seriously lady we didnt need you for that, ridiculous!. Secondly, the DJ- Armando, where did they even get this guy. He had no idea how to mix, the music didnt flow at all and most importantly my uncle tipped him extra to ensure that the music my sister and her husband specifically requested be played through out the night...NEVER HAPPENED!! The food wasnt that great, the drinks were obviously watered down, theyre so cheap it wasnt even premium liquor. Who do they think theyre playing??...Overall, this banquet hall is pitiful. People, do yourself a favor, dont waste your time and money.

I love scenery of my dream wedding... Lili is amazing... Food is great!!!!! Who ever said that it was a paid review .. Is lying.. I go there every month and i make sure i get what i ask for... The place is nice and big is affordable.. My suggestion is to plan at lease 1 year in advance because you dont know what might happen... People book wedding and baby shower ... And no matter what.... I love this place... Lili told me that i can bring my own alcohol ... Which is what i plan on doing....

I had my wedding reception at Oasis about a month ago, and truthfully, if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. To begin with, the manager, is an extremely unhelpful and rude woman. Any question to her was a bother. Admittedly, I didnt know much about weddings but she made everything more difficult by criticizing my choices and months before when I would ask her to show me flower arrangements or invitation samples, her response was always the same, no, theres still time for that. She acted as if she was doing us a favor when the whole thing is paid for and we cant even see what were getting! The food was not terrible but we couldnt eat the sweet plantains because they were still frozen, and I got that same complaint from some of the guests. We gave their poor excuse of a DJ a few CDs to play while our guests ate, plus an entire list of songs for when the dancing started and then some, just in case there was more time. We specifically requested that there be no reggaeton. The man played whatever he wanted, including reggaeton, and did such a horrible job. When people were dancing, he kept cutting in and out of songs halfway through them and then our guests would sit down in frustration. When we complained to him and the manager, he claimed that we had not given him enough music to fill the time (which was a complete lie as we had given him more than enough music to fill the 4 hours of the party) and that the father of the groom requested reggaeton which was also a lie. Instead of telling the DJ to play what we wanted, the manager told us she couldnt do anything and to work it out with him. He was rude, useless, and had no idea what he was doing. I honestly think I could have put Pandora, and it would have done a better job. On top of everything, there were several guests that werent served cake! The drinks from the bar were all watered down, and the champagne toast was just juice. Oasis Banquet Hall turned every detail of wedding planning into a headache to then give horrible service at our reception. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The place is great, very nice on the inside, food is great and so is the service. The only negative was the DJ, but if you take your own music you will be fine. We were definitely happy with the outcome of the wedding reception at Oasis Banquet Hall.Un lindo lugar con buen servicio y buena comida.

The room for 75 people that was the payment that became too small to dance and move even on foot ... they should only take that up to 50 people ... and the big one of 75 to 100 people ... did not start dancing until they finished giving the food so as not to collide with the two food carts that are serving, the manager said ... then they realize between one plate and another more than 30 mint .... they were delaying everything so that the only final hour would come ... There were two pregnant women who logically lost as clients ...... take this comment in a constructive way so that they improve the service and quality of everything ... if I tell you that the decoration was as requested by my daughter and the beautiful cake but nothing to do with the photo that was chosen .... Gentlemen, this was nothing free, it was paid .... and quite a lot as there is no guarantee ..... they IMPROVE ... I do not recommend them. ...

I married OASIS BANQUET HALL a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent and all at a great price. The food was a delight, they have many options to choose from and they always gave me a very personalized service according to what I was looking for for my wedding.
