Ida, was very friendly and efficient. I arrived aroun noon made the line and did half the things I had to do because I had to go back home to look for 2 old tags and pay for my new insurance to finish the transfer and get the new tag I almost didnt make it back on time before they close at 5pm today Saturday but even at 4:59pm she received me and I got my new tag without any issues. The other members of the staff, Chris and Guillermo are also friendly as Ida is. All of them speak English and Spanish. At 1130am-12pm when I arrived the first time the waiting line was long, I had around 20 people in front of me, so I had to be patient, read on y cellphone and watched a video. I didnt measure the time but it took around 1 hour for me to be the first in line. No big deal, just be patient and when your turn comes check the documents to make sure your information is correct. Mine was perfect but its a good practice to always double check.Ida, Chris y Guillermo hablan español y son muy serviciales.They dont accept credit cards. If you pay with debit card, a fee of 2% is applied. 300 USD for a new regular license plate with the sticker for a car. It is less for a motorcycle. 94 USD for a title transfer (without considering the sales tax that id applied to the price of the vehicle)

It’s a private agency not a public agency so you will pay more here for no reason
