The entire experience was incredibly efficient. There was a small line due to Covid and it moved surprisingly quick. Once I was being helped, the agent was knowledgeable and very polite. They got my tags and registration sorted out and the overall experience was really pleasant. Much better than anything I’ve dealt with before at DMVs. Highly recommend making this the Go-To for all Tag needs.

Worst place in the world to go to couldnt help me out at all. Giving me a hard time cause seller miss spelled my name by A LETTER! .. come on i have the title clearly and its signed by the seller what more do you want from me !!!! Dont reccomend coming here at all .

Most of the agents have no idea how to handle questions. I walked in to renew my son’s handicap permit and I waited 8 minutes only to be told I had to make a line! Of course by that time there were 5 more people in from of me. Poor directions as to what you must do when you walk in. There is only one line and people skip to get to an open window for service. I truly thought there would be more organization specifically because of the pandemic.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere and everyone treats you right. Service agents work diligently to help you and they explain in ways you understand. I dont know much about cars so this is appreciated.

Registered my car here last week. Pretty cool little local office; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They charge fair prices compared to other offices in the area.

I walk out of the door, customer service? They dont have idea what this means, special the person that is at the front door, people that walk in, Pay for the service and you get paid because of the customers, you have to show empathy for the crm issue, and then I called and keep calling and they hang up, and is not a wrong number because the message is the name of the place. If you care about you business and wants good reviews. Do something. I am one of the persons that comes backs to the same place. And if I have to change my review Ill do it.

Got there on time. After I made the line and finally was my turn, the lady asked me to make a quick phone call to get a release letter to be sent to my email and come back to finish the transaction. I went outside to make the phone that took less than 5 minutes. I turned to walk back inside and to my surprise, the door is locked because it was already 5pm. I knocked to let them know that I was the person that (per their request) was making the call All she said was: Sorry you have to come back tomorrow. Unbelievable!! Welcome to Miami!!

Every time I come to this Auto tag is the same, on Saturdays when a lot of people choose to go because they work during the week it is so crowded the waiting time is one hour and half two ladies working only no manager at all, and also when they get a call on their cell phone they forget they have like 20 people in line waiting.... its a nightmare!!!🤪

Out of 5 employees sitting at counter only 2 are taking customers. There is no place to sit down you stand in line. It is warm. They take approximately 15-20 minutes per person. If they moved any slower theyd be going in reverse.

I was being overcharged for service by about 200; I had a rough idea because my loan officer told of how much I was going to spend, less than 100. I ended going to another agency and spent less than 30$.... the place is small, hot and the personnel is rude. Don’t go near this place

This place is awful. It has been over three months that I ordered a customized plate and they keep giving me the run around. Finally an employee confirms that the tag has arrived, only to find out she must have gotten confused. Wasted my valuable time. Needless to say I will never return to this location, and I highly recommend that no one does either. TERRIBLE.

If you think this place is going to be in and out youve got another thing coming. Its an auto tag of you are coming here expect to wait at least an hour. Dont walk in and see the line and let out a big sigh like you are so inconvenienced. ITS AN AUTO TAG you have to wait. Once they call you they take care of everything but be patient for crying out loud.

I saw a long line but what inconvenienced me the most is the fact that their credit card machine has been broken for the longest. I dont know if its true or not but all the other Tag agencies in the area accept only cash or check as well. Maybe they get charged extra fees for accepting cards but given the fact that Tag agencies in Dade county are extremely scarce, you would think customer turnout is not a problem and they are not hurting for money. I m quite sure that the reason they wont accept cards is because they know you have to go to them anyway and they feel as if they have the market cornered, In other words, A Monopoly. We as a people should rise up and start opening our own Tag Agencies and force them to provide more customer options due to competition. Hit them where it hurts : IN THE POCKET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is it that the majority of the language spoken in professional service places is Spanish? OMG even though I am Puerto Rican born here I speak both languages yet I am not disrespectful when I do it.. I prefer to be spoken In English yet idiots tend to ask & respond in Spanish - learn the language or make an effort, if I moved to Germany I would have to adapt to their language & customs - not the other way around... place was a long wait leaning on a dirty wall... never again go to this dump

Ive been going to this tag agency my whole life, I used to live across the street when I was a kid. Its been almost the same staff the entire time and they are very nice people. Having all the paperwork you need is half the battle, so just figure that out ahead of time. I usually go to their website or call them first, so I know exactly what to do, and how much the county will charge for my transaction.I dont usually write reviews, but I have to mention some things I read here by other people which are just silly:High fees?-> I believe these are set by Miami-Dade County, so thats the same anywhere you go.Long lines?-> everyone is in the same boat as you are, so just try to go at non-peak hours like the rest of us.Waited in line and then didnt have the right documents? -> do your research beforehandAND they are next door to Miwi Cafe which has the best steak sandwich!

Mediocre service, but they are the only game in town - so you are stuck with them. I had to register a leased car from out-of-state, and the first two people I spoke to (one in person, one over the phone) gave me incorrect information. After calling a second tag agency, and getting a correct procedure, they were barely able to complete my registration, $475 later, including $70 of unknown, un-listed (and upon request, un explained) fees, I was able to get a florida tag. The place was mediocre, the actual law here in florida is worse than the people - designed to rape people. There is no reason why registering a vehicle should cost near $500.

After going to several agencies, I like it although there is little personal, but they are friendly and always resolve me.

This tag agency is an employee who is disrespectful in my face and in front of the clients for a renovation because I commented that other places would do it that way and refused to do it to me, he answered me in front of the owner who went and paid him below the table where they did it to me before as if one were a criminal, no excuses for that later, without a warning sign, I say that I will pay more than 10,000 dollars in sheet metal and I get paid 2% and there is no sign warning that It is not correct who is in charge of regulations of these agencies should audit them be very careful in that place.
