I just visited this tag agency for the first time and they did an excellent job. I think this is the best agency I have worked with since I arrived in Miami 25 years ago. They are true professionals and provide excellent service.

By far the best tag agency in Miami Dade! They accept credit cards (believe or not, most of places do not). Decent parking, friendly staff and most importantly, they are super fast!

I went here to get my registration renewal, waited in the sun and heat outside for an hour they had only 4 people working there and they were slow. They had an additional two windows but no one was working there..

I walked in a little irritated because this had been an all day process finding a tag agency. I finally got a tag agency that answered the phone and had the smallest wait time. I was assured by Maggie she was so nice and soooo patient. Which is the way customer service should be. When a client comes in frustrated and irritated it changes the mood when we are greeted with patience and professionalism. Very glad I came here .. I was in an out within minutes

I guess were living in a age of bad attitudes, a big change since 1946, Miami has changed and so have the people. Look that area of 36st used to be beautiful in the 60s. Now it sucks along with the people.

They do temp tags for out of state vehicle transportation. great staff. they also take credit card. high recommend them.

Went this morning to renew my Mother in laws handicap permit. Just waited a couple of minutes. Nidia took care of me. I had made a few mistakes on the application, and she help me to fix them. She could have easily sent me away, but instead she went on and beyond to resolve my situation. Thank you

Three people ahead of me in line, but it moved very quickly - I didnt wait more than 5 minutes - was helped by a very efficient woman - was done very quickly. Parking lot right there on site - very small and can be difficult getting in and out of, but its convenient, quick, and they know what theyre doing. What more can you ask for!!! Ive been to DMV and other tag agencies where youre waiting AGES..... I will definitely use them again.

These people dont care to help you. Waited 30 minutes in line to speak to one of them and the guy sent me again to the back of the line just because earlier I had spoken with some one else over the phone before arriving. Since there is covid-19 i had to exit the store and make the line once again in the sun. Lazy and Unprofessional staff!.2 stars just because the location has less people coming in than other places I have attended.

At first i saw the lot and thought it was too small in size with tightly parked vehicles. Secondly, as i walked in the line looked problematic since i was in a hurry that day but several minutes passed and i was served. The employee at the window was very informative and helpful. I was out of there in no time.

Krizia is very good and knows what shes doing. On the other hand, the gentleman in this office is only good to match the Vin # on the tittle and the vehicle.

I came to Airways Auto Tag to register my deceased fathers vehicle in my name. I brought all original documents required 1) title 2) death certificate 3) court issued certificate appointing me administrator. The employee helping me called someone, pretending to verify this info. saying I was not the informant on the death certificate & I was trying to get past that with some kind of county certificate. He hung up with that person, walked to the back to photocopy my documents, then came back to tell me he could not do anything because the court document was unclear. This was a sensitive matter, yet he acted like I was a liar w/false documents. Either that or he made up his own rules because he didnt want to help me. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF.

These people don’t know how to process military Personel in order to renew a tag and they don’t even try they send you to the main office in downtown.

Amazing fast responsible respectful agent at your disposal I am a repeating customer over seven times going back to this business I am pleased with their service in June 18 2015 I will be going back to register my new motorcycle this will be my 8th time going there over the 3 years since my friend recommended me here

I dont do business with places that dont have bathrooms available. If I have to leave to use one, I go to another business even if out of the way, rather than returning to bs. Whatever portion they would have made from my tag renewal is their loss. Its very frustrating in Miami to find a clean bathroom, but even worse NO bathroom, and not even offer to use one close by. I had to use one so bad was almost an emergency. Really detest places like this. From now on every single business that operates this way will receive a negative review. It is time to clean up your act Miami! You have a bad reputation for being rude, crude, and socially unacceptable! I might be done with this city soon? Im used to people in Clearwater, who have more of everything good like manners, respect, courtesy, authenticity, good energy, helpfulness, um clean available bathrooms (ones without urine all over the seats), and better skilled courteous drivers! Im a commercial driver with 26 states professionally, Miami drivers are the worse Ive ever experienced! It is a job even in my own car to keep these imbeciles from hitting you! I have managed to stay out of any wrecks so far. Only time my car experienced damage was in a parking lot when I was not in it. One did damage and took off but was caught on camera, so the company had to pay all damages! Miami please get it together, there are some nice people here, but there are too many a**holes too, smh?
