I went to this office to transfer my car registration from another state, And I got a smooth transaction with Natasha with my docs. She is very accomodating and profesional to deal with. What you need to do is to show your current odometer, signed paper and payment for the transaction. Remember guys..! Bring your Debit card. Overall kudos to Natasha and to this location. If i could rate them 0 stars, then I wouldI’m currently in the military and stationed in California. I used to live in FL and my car is registered there. My mom went there to get the new updated registration for my car and one of the employees named JENNY was being very rude. She has no customer service and was being very rude to my mother. I was on the phone tho my mom the entire time and the way she talking to my mother was very rude. At the end of it, she didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t do anything. I do not recommend this place at all!

I initially went here because of the reviews. The people working there are not nice. Their attitude is beyond me. I needed to change my registration and the lady kept cutting me off and saying I need your title. Ive never done this before so I asked her questions that were not answered and she was pushing me out. I called Audi and they said the ONY way to send the title is we need a letter request. Now, why the heck would she not tell me that and why didnt she initiate the title request? I even went to her twice!! Such a waste of time, I will be going to another facility. Im so confused about the reviews here considering the service I got but if you look through the reviews you will see others have similar complaints.

If you are like me and 100% incapable of going in-person and you ever have to mail any paperwork or a money order to them for registration/renewal… do not bother spending money on a return label for them to use. They can not expedite processing but have instructed me to send them a return label for expedited shipping. 3 different times, they have not used the overnight shipping label I have sent them. Thank you for causing me to waste $150 in unused shipping labels that YOU suggested I send. Can’t wait to not have to deal with them ever again.

Horrible staff and very rude workers and won’t be helpful in anyway specially the lady that sits in the middle her attitude is very disgusting.

Very uneducated personal, could not get my title from other state for 4 month, even tho everything was provided as has to be. Now for my new vehicle coming here for 6th time and every time they wants something new!! Yesterday gave me 2 new plates where 1 of them is expiring in 6 weeks so I would have to come again, they waste your time, highly not recommend!!!

Today i went to get a title transfer as well as a new license plate tag.I was blessed to get help from a young lady by the name Wyclive.She was very professional and had plenty of patience.There was also a latina lady there that offered me water,which was very kind.While being helped i was also very observant as i watch everyone there help each customer in a professional manner.The atmosphere there was just so welcoming.I could tell everyone there took their job seriously and seemed to love their job.I would highly recommend this place.

These guys are great. I am a california native but have lived in Miami 14 years but first time selling a car, transferring titles and license plates, in Florida. This place is so great. They are incredibly helpful, professional and really nice. I was wondering if I was still in Miami. Once I figured out what I actually needed, I was in and out very fast. My new title (a transfer from a different state) came in the mail quickly. If you need to do anything relating to car titles, this place is the way to go!

Searching for a tag agency near my work office, this place came up. The staff are very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I asked what time is best to come in. The gentleman said right now there is only one person being helped. I went in and they took care of my personal plate renewal and quickly. Great service! I recommend it!

I had to come in two days in a row. First and second day they were 30 mins late, the line was huge and now because of the COVID we have to wait outside with this humid and hot weather. So on top of themBeing late the whole process gets delayed. There’s only two people working, so the line never gets smaller. Place sucks

This place was great. Really quick service and the woman working was very knowledgeable and resolved everything quickly. I bought a car from a dealer where they sent me the title and registration but said they couldnt send a tag. When I went to the dealer, they wouldnt help me resolve anything. I call this Miami Auto Tag Agency and the women explained everything including fees and looked up my most recent usable tag. It took her 3 or 4 minutes to get it transferred. Just remember to bring cash as this location does not accept any other form of payment.

Lost my title take over 2 month still don’t have my registration. They won’t answer my calls and they said the owner would call me back. Still waiting for that call 2 weeks later no call. They cashed my check like that are processing my transaction but it’s also been two weeks. I live 4 hours away and it should not take 2 months to get my registration. I would avoid this company it I could they are not intelligent enough to know what they are doing. No one seems to have a answer other than we are looking for it or we are working on it. I could have it done in 1 day at the dmv this place is a joke.

Went there to do an out of state title transfer with a lien holder on it.They said it was impossible to do, that the lien holder had to come to Florida, get a Florida drivers license and then the title could be signed to me. Which is absolutely insane, the lien holder lives in Arizona...I went to a tag agency in coral gables, they instantly started processing the paperwork and had me out in 15 minutes. Never mentioned a single thing.This tag agency is useless for anything more than a simple in-state transfer. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I must say this has been the quickest Ive ever resolved a issue involving an agency. I have to agree that the staff is very nice, I got there when they opened at 9 and I was done in 5 minutes. (mines was very simple) but still, great service, thank you!
