WOW just left this morning went to register a vehicle. All I say outstanding customer service. Very professional and polite. I highly recommend this location. A gentleman was the one who assisted me and I forgot to ask for his name. And covid precautions 100% on point.

I have been going to this tag agency for years, well the old one. I was pleased to find that the new owner remodeled the location. Even better was that he was there to assist his customer service reps. The person that helped my son and I went above and beyond what we asked in order to achieve what we wanted. Extra bonus that you dont have to pay cash only as before. Spruced up location and excellent and fast customer service will keep me coming here for many years to come.

The new management on the store is the best thing that ever happens on this place and the new look is awesome on the place, customers service know what they doing and they help on your situation. I give this place 5 stars and recomend to anyone, i was there at 4:45 pm and was out at 5pm. I reccomend this place to anyone in the area.

The place is closed, has signs that the computers are not working since 5/22 (scratched) 5/24. So they havent worked in 3 DAYS because the computers are down. Really???

Stuff is not really knowledgeable and make me return a few times for something that could be done and fixed in the Tag Agency. Finally decided to go to a differed office where I was politely helped.

Worst tag agency on the planet. Only one teller working of 4 available windows and a loby full of cash paying customers (because thats the only way to pay ). The appearance is dirty, dusty, and deteriorating. Great location will never return.

This agency must get better personnel, the person that assist me this morning threw my tag on the floor as I went to the ATM machine in front of her to get cash out in order to pay for her fees of $ 5.00 return a TAG. When I came back to her window, she was already helping someone else & then when it was my turn again I asked for her name & she said it was non of my business. Who is this person used to deal with, I mean, working with the public & no customer service skills nor respect what so ever. She should not be working with the public with such a bad attitude.she wears glasses and she is overweight, maybe she has personal issues! NEVER WILL GO BACJ THERE AGAIN. No manners what so ever.

No wonder this place has the lower rating in Miami. Extremely rude lady would not answer a single question other than saying you have to get in line... you have to get in line. Save yourself a hard time and go to a different agency.

DO NOT COME HERE !! This place is HORRIBLE ! If you need to visit a tag agency, its worth driving to TROPICAL AUTO TAG just a few minutes away. Only one person and supposedly shes the manager. Extremely RUDE ! I went in to get a copy of my registration wth sticker and I had to leave and get the release from my registration hold. I couldnt print it out so I called here to see if I can just show confirmation on my phone. I started off by saying I need to get a copy of my registration and .. thats when she cut me off said I could get it there and then hung up before asking if I needed anything else or had any other questions.

Theyve always gone out of their way to help me, even to the point of calling my insurance Company and getting a Fax sent to them once! Always courteous and friendly, looks like only people with the bad experiences are reviewing them here!

They are unable to explain anything over the phone. Their best answer was ..If you have questions, call Tallahassee... very unprofessional.
