I want to thank Abel who was courteous & made my visit to this tag agency worthwhile believe it or not. This is the only tag agency I would recommend in the North/South Miami area.
Cannot say enough about this place. I, my friends and neighbors have been coming here for years. Recently had to move out of state as a deployment and Mr. Rob has gone above and beyond to help me get my custom tags. Yes many times I’ve walked in there, there’s one wild person that wants to rage like the tazmanian devil- but it’s Miami, and that’s the least of what one can expect of the crowd. The employees always keep their cool, and treat people with respect. Always been timely, and even at it being a lot of ppl in line, I can confidently say I get out of there fairly fast. Will always recommend this place, because this level of continuity of good service is a thing that you rarely see in Miami.
Stupid policy, leaving people standing outside with only 2 people inside for covid measure. Too extreme, very dumb

This place is terrible. I think they like taking advantage of the social distancing rules by locking the doors and keeping people sweating bullets outside in the hot sun. No sense of urgency or customer service.
The best tag agency that Ive ever bee to (yes there is actually a good one out there!) They are so nice and so fast and efficient. ROGER is a superstar.. hes so knowledgeable and helped us register a boat and pick out a specialty license plate in literally 3 minutes.
I just left the place, horrible experience, they skip my number twice, the second time the young lady that refused to give me her name called the next number, I was there next to the counter I told her I was waiting to be call and she said Im busy now, she didnt start helping the other person, she didnt care I was waiting first, they have a sign that says only five person and the room is full, I have medical problems, asthma and Im disabled, I tod her that and she started to scream to me in a very horrible way very mean and totally unprofessional then Robert the manager came and he apologized, he also refused to give the womens name.Total lack of respect to a disabled 60 years old lady, you should check k your cameras and fire a person with aggressive issues.
Great service!! Catherine was very courteous and helpful. She gladly responded to every question we had. I left very satisfied with service unlike other places I have been to before. I recommend everyone to come here.

Writing this review took more time than renewing my tag. Hardly spent 2 minutes to get my renewal.Edit 2: I went there again today to renew my tag. They opened sharp at 9 and I was out by 9:02. Super quick as usual.
Staff is rude, makes you do the same thing over and over again because staff isn’t trained properly. They keep adding on additional steps for you to take and they don’t give you all the information you need when you first get there. They don’t take accountability for giving you the wrong information and they make it as hard as possible to get your tags if your from out of state. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a tag agency !
Less than 5min from the time I walked in til the time I exit. Very polite Gentleman. Friendly and welcoming. I know great CS when I see it (9+yrs working CSR myself). High;y recommended. A+
Never again coming to this tag agency I came to renew my tag and turn in a extra tag I had so I go my renew sticker for my tag and when I get home I notice they only gave me the sticker and the register paper was a receipt for turning in my old tag so I didn’t get my new registration for the re new tag so I called and told them what happen the guy over the phone said they can reprint it for me now I get here and the guy with no hair charges me $8 horrible service never again he said someone had to take it, obviously I was trying to put mine in the glove department right when I put the sticker and that’s when I notice they didn’t give me that part

Eva, was wonderful! I came here by chance, place was empty. Eva was very helpful. I was getting a personalized tag and she showed me and explained how it was going to look.have not received my tag yet, but have called and again very helpful.

I have literally never been to a DMV office that I actually walk in and out in less than 5 minutes like I do here. Do they have a wait here sometimes? Sure. But the level of competence the employees here posses is like on another planet compared to other DMV offices and it makes things go soooo much smoother. It’s unreal. And if you got some complex title or registration problem then the owner Robert will find a solution to literally any problem you throw his way. His employees know the systems inside and out. They just make it happen. I never thought I’d ever leave a 5-Star review for a DMV tax collector’s office but gosh darnit, these guys deserve it.

Horrible customer service, a rather flamboyant (if you know what I mean) guy at the front desk gives everyone attitude. You are a business, you should treat your customers with respect.
Their customer service is below par! I entered when there was hardly anyone there. The number taker machine was not working so I went to stand in line behind another customer who had no ticket. I was not told by the rep on my left that they fixed the ticket machine and for me to get a ticket. Even though the rep saw that I had been standing in line waiting, she called out numbers and let me stand there while others were allowed to go past me, who came in much later after me. I am almost 66 years old and am disabled. I finally asked her what was going on and she then told me to go get a ticket. I told her I had been standing there in line for a long time ahead of everyone else. She didnt care and was rude about it. It took me a half hour to pay for my auto tag. I will never go there again! Other people standing there even acknowledged that I had been there a long time. Unbelievable experience, mean spirited.

The staff seems to know anything about registering a dam vessel and always asking for a new paper work when I have a certified letter from FWC and TallahasseeThe employees do not seem to know what you are doing even with papers from Tallahassee and FWC asking me for more information and papers, which I already took them the first time I went to this office, summarizing they do not know what they are doing
