I probably should be writing 2 reviews because Ive been here twice in the last two days. I recently relocated to South Florida from Middle Tennessee and after buying a vehicle I went to this location (closest to my job) to get the information on what documentation was needed. The woman I spoke to during my first visit (streaked hair and glasses) was very professional and helpful she informed me of the insurance requirement etc. This initial visit was professional and left nothing to be desired. I returned a day later with all the required documentation and paperwork i needed to get tags for my vehicle and this time left me with a terrible taste in my mouth. The young lady I dealt with was rude, uninformed, and extremely unprofessional. She seemed to be looking for a confrontation or was just making the encounter unnecessarily difficult. She was younger and shorter with medium past shoulder length brown hair. I had to get back to the clinic so I didnt bother getting names at this point but the more I thought about it the more I realized something needs to be done about this ridiculous person. I will be going back in to complain and I hope something is done. If you dont want to interact with the public (All members) then dont get a job where you have to deal with the public. This was shameful and I will be following up to make sure she is dealt with accordingly.

Sreamed at for rightfully asking why being turned back. Employee refused me because of having a copy of bill of sale (my records). Tittle was with NO MISTAKES, by law all I need is a completed tittle to do a transfer.

I never imagined that I would be leaving a Google review for a tag agency. Like all bureaucratic offices, they are usually soulless places where one goes only out of necessity. Yet, the level of service, the attention to the detail, the immense humanity shown during such a trying time demands a review. These amazing employees somehow managed to create a safe environment during this pandemic while still upholding a spectacular level of customer service. There was a bit of a wait since they have limited the number of customers inside but someone was constantly checking on us, offering us water and treating us like valued customers. Once inside, all of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. It was a pleasure from start to finish. If anyone else is dreading having to go to a tag agency, come to this one. You too might find yourself compelled to leave a rave review.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting West Flagler Auto Tag Agency on two separate occasions. Both times, it was a great experience. Annette was who helped me and she was such a pleasure to deal with. She was courteous, professional and very knowlegeable. She truly made it very easy to renew various truck registrations. The second time I had to go back, it was almost 5pm and even though they were about to close, Annette again, was very friendly and helpful. She is bilingual and truly a pleasure to work with. I have been to two tag agencies in Miami-Dade county and this one is by far the best. Waiting time was minimal, free parking, and plenty of agents that served all needs. Frankly, I dont understand why they are under utilized!

Needed a copy of my vehicle registration and the wait wasnt even 10 minutes. I was helped by Michael and he took care of things so quickly I was shocked. New management, great customer service, and theyre very organized.

I went because West Flagler Tag Agency because they close at 6pm. So glad I did! Johnathan was courteous, helpful and prompt. The agency was one of the quickest I have been to in Miami. I was in and out in 15 minutes!

Trying to find parking in the lot took forever, but by the time I finally got inside the agency I had nothing but a positive experience. The line went fairly quickly (and theres a Cuban sandwich place next door so I was able to entertain myself). I asked someone a quick question and she was very pleasant and the woman who assisted me was quick and very nice.

This used to be a place where you could get problems solved in and quick. The new management has ruined this place. I renew tags personally and for companies and they gave me no recourse. Girl who helped me out was efficient, but something that could easily be resolved couldn’t be. Don’t waste your time here. On top of everything the manager is rude and confrontational.

Waited in line for 45 min. Two representatives were actually working, three were chatting with each other. I learned that if you are a known to the representatives you are free to skip the line while other people wait.When it was finally my turn they printed the title on the spot (which is actually really convenient, hence the two stars). However, no one made me aware that that results in a 10$ surcharge. Only go here if you really need to and plan enough time for your visit!

Miami Dade Tag Agencies are all pretty much the same, often long lines and not the friendliest service. This West Flagler Auto Tag Agency is the exception. No lines at all and stands out for having friendly, professional and outstanding customer service people behind the desk – Karina and Mikael were particularly helpful and went above and beyond their job description. BTW they dont have an easy job dealing with disgruntled drivers all day long. I highly recommend this agency. Best in town! A gem in Miami, must see!

It was the best experience Ive had at a Tag Agency. Went on a Tuesday at 10am at the end of the month. I had two people before me and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. My clerk was very polite and very efficient. I usually do my renewals online but this was totally painless in time and waiting!!

Website says they take cash and check. I went to renew my tag and was told We only take cash after 5:30PM. (not listed ANYWHERE) They processed my registration and told me my total was $80. I looked on the registration and the itemized charges on it and it totaled $71. I asked for a receipt and they gave me the same numbers but added a generic fee of $9. Basically the are pocketing the difference when paying in cash; which is the only payment option. I was the only person waiting for service and it took me about twenty minutes to be addressed. There were about ten people behind the counter and only two helping people. Avoid this place. Im still looking into reporting them to the state for their little cash grab operation.
