Experience at this location was decent until recently. They pick and choose when to be nice, and have snotty attitudes as if theyre still in high school with their gossip. They talk bad about you in Spanish suspecting I dont understand what theyre saying just because English is my primary language (meanwhile I understand every word). When asking for help or guidance on a form they gave me, I was told that they cant tell me what to do with the form and that they also dont know what is to be filled out. Now does that make sense for a form YOU gave me, upon advisement from Florida Department of Highway Safety And Motor Vehicles? Most of the ladies have empathy, and are professional but Juliette sure does not. Thanks for the no service!

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experience in my life. Imagine the person who is meant to be “helping” you, rolling their eyes at you. The staff have horrible manners, super rude, and so much attitude. Working with people is hard, if you don’t like it or don’t have patience for people, work in a different place where you don’t need to have proper people etiquette.
My personal experience was great! They knew exactly what I needed it, they even let me go back for some extra cash, and when I came back I went straight to pay! They sat inside an old lady, not skipping the line, just waiting inside with AC! Excellent team!
I was calling the office for some general information. The website says that they close at 5pm and I was calling since 4:40 pm. The telephone rang consistently until someone picked up and hung it right back. I called again and the same procedure happened. This all took place of me returning the call up to 4:58 where naturally the offices were closed. Understandable it is Friday afternoon bit you guys are still open during business hours and its not right that we as your customers be treated in that shape or matter.
They’re usually pretty quick but don’t try calling them because they NEVER pick up the phone. I spent ALL morning calling just to ask a simple question and no one picks up. They really should get someone to just answer the calls. Its frustrating to be calling all day with no answer for someone to just answer a simple question.

No one answers the phone. We bought a car out of state in September. The dealer sent the paperwork to this tag agency and sent us proof that it was sent and received. We never received a phone call or any notification from this tag agency that the paperwork was there and ready for us to pick up.

Zero sense of professionalism. They have people making a line as preventive measures due to covid, but they allow ramdoms to go in without any consideration for those who have patiently waited outside. If that is not disrespectful to your clientle, i dont know what is? If people understanbly make the line witn no complaint at the very least you should honor the very policy you have put in place. Moreover, if the covid measures are not being followed, as more than the allowed amount of people are entering with no concern, isnt that irresponsible of this business?

Service is actually not too bad once its your turn. However, pretty much all the rest is horrible. The place opened like back in the 70s and it shows. The only knowledgeable one is the owner. Good thing he is around most of the time. All lady employees are constantly chitchatting loudly, which adds to the chaos. Too few seats. Next door restaurant makes good coffee in case your turn is not up yet. I would rather use another tag agency but this is the only place in the area.
I dont understand the negative reviews. This place makes it easy to deal with tag issues. You show up. You take a number. You wait maybe 5 minutes. They help you. You pay. You move on with your life. Its easy.I had an issue with a stolen tag. I thought it was a DMV issue first and dealing with those bureaucrats, bloated at their desks was the worst. Instead I went here and they solved the problem in five minutes. I explained what happened, gave them a copy of the police report, boom! I got a new tag and registration for $6. Very professional and friendly. And yes, they speak excellent English and Spanish.
I had to renew the registration of my cars. Thinking it would take me all morning, arrive 5 minutes by 9 am. They opened promptly at 9 am. I was treated very professionally by Miran. It only took him a minute to hand me the documents. I recommend this place 100%.
Been there on a Wednesday morning to replace my cars platestags. I had 10 people before me and it took only 15 to be called. The attendant was nice and quick.Also I could hear and see how one of the employees paid the $5 fee they charge on behalf of an old lady who didnt have it to pay for giving back a plate, applause for her!!!I took one star off only because I agree with other reviewers about the bad appearance of the place from inside out and the lack of cleaning on the carpet.Overall a great experience and will come back if I need to.
Got there 45 minutes before they opened. Once I got my number i waited 5 minutes and then was helped by a very nice young lady. Out 5 minutes later. Very efficient service. Made my Saturday.

I have been using their services for several years now. As of today, I have never had a complaint about their services. Today I got here at 8:50am, There were 20 people in line, I was #21, I renewed 4 registrations, and I was out by 9:30am. It’s not always that quick, but most times you’re in and out within the hour. It beats DMV any day of the week. I recommend this place to everyone.

They are very rude and they dont know how to do their job. My friend and I have had to come back 3 times because they dont explain what exactly they need to complete the title transfer. Each time is a different person, who doesnt understand what we previously did. I still need to go again and while trying to communicate by phone to make sure everything will be good this time, they dont answer. Go to another place.
I have noticed some bad apples in this place too. Ive been there twice and the a bilingual lady and English speaking lady were very helpful and accommodating. The manager was helpful on the phone before coming over. Must be new management.

I visited this tag agency to register my out of state car, got it done within an hour. Also they gave me registration for the entire next year (2016), which was good.But I can not rate them more than two stars because of their unprofessionalism.The staff who attended me only responded when she was free from her cell phone liabilities (not sure about the other staffs, but I doubt they will be much different). So I had to enquire for the same thing repeatedly, which is very unprofessional.
They are sooo rude by phone and in person! They barely let you finish your sentence and they interrupt you, blurting out the answer thinking they know what youre going to ask.... I didnt appreciate being nickel and dimed for a registration lamination that I didnt ask for.When I questioned the woman attending me she smirked and ignored the whole principal of being charged for something I did not ask for. She gave me my $2 back. Many companies have been sued for lesser charges. My bill was over $400 so dont question me on being cheap. I can only imagine how much they are making of this. If they would only ask before then theyre legit.

This so rude experiences I have noticed from many visits to this agency are provoked by the very rude attitudes and or reactions originary of impatience. Over all they are great hard working people and one should attempt to view through others perspective to be more sensible and thereof, solve what needs to be done in a smooth and respectful way!! It went better than expected, after reading the horrible reviews, but they do need to improve the whole number calling ie: a clerk calls #25, 25 gets up quietly (elderly person), since 25 doesnt show up quickly to the counter then clerk calls #26 ( young inconsiderate dude) who was paying no attention to the surroundings and rushes to the same counter... and thats how you mess up everyones vibe. So these clerks should call each number at least twice, a third time just to make sure of viejitos ... thats all !

Just go before lunch and speak Spanish without an attitude and you will be just fine.. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews cause it was a breeze.. In and out in 20mins

I went to renew my tag and decal to transfer tag and insurance to a car i bought in dec 2016, the customer service lady told me every 10 years i get a new tag i got my tag and decal left the place then 4 days later i get a letter in the mail saying i should come back to the tag agency i might have left my tag there,i was confused of this letter then i see on the bottom of letter they wrote down my tag number all 5 numbers are rite but the last number is one number off than the last number on my car but on my registration its showin the rite number that the tag i should have gotten from them and that means i must be drivin without inaurance if all is different,so now i have to go back there on monday so they can give me the rite tag, people at tag agency have one f#@king job to do read numbers on tag and decals and give to customers thats the worst customer service ever.
This place is horrible. Ive had nothing but trouble since going here. They first gave me an unregistered tag which I drove around with for 6 months then when they contacted me about it and canceled it and gave me a new one, they canceled the wrong one. So Ive been driving around since June on a canceled tag. The stupidity is overwhelming here and this is just one incident Ive had here. Go somewhere else far away from here. Youll be glad you did

I have never had a problem here! i have renewed my tag and my whole familys tag for the last 10 years here and i am now 30 renewing in the same place. Yes the lines are long and there not much space to go in, but thats why i get up early, i have to wait some time before they open and already people are making lines but if you go an hour early your one of the the first ten to do your business and get out. ill have never had a problem with the staff either, were all humans here, worst comes to shove you see a supervisor, and bottom line its a government facility of course everything will take time, if you think about it everyone can relate just look at your own job. if you get up early to be there early you will get in, wait your time (ideal time to pull out your idiot phone and pass the time to do whather you do with yours and remember patients is a vertue) state what you need, pay, and go home. i also work for customer service and again never have i had a bad experience here beacuse if not they would here it from me beacuse at my job i do everything i can to serve the client as quickly humanly possible even if im sleepy, had a bad night before, or just pissed off. (my opinion).

The animals at Sweetwater Tag Agency are the worst combination of attitude, cronyism and theres-the-door-if-you-dont like-it approach, and they treat people like animals, starting with a suit-wearing jerk I think its the boss. I took my business somewhere else right away, and will never set foot in that place again. I am so glad they will not see a dollar of mine ever!

The most horrible service you can get! The women are always chit chatting between them or with the customers. Its always a long waiting line that goes really slow. On top of that the women there are not really knowledgeable.
This is the worst place you could go to, really bad customer service, it should not be operating, hopefully they get a review and close it down.
