Ive been living here for 3 years, coming up on my 4th year in November. The complex is well kept and maintenance resolves issues right away. I have the same neighbors from downstairs for many years and have never had a complaint. The only recent complaint I have is that the new tenants do not clean up after their pets. This has been the issue, recently. Aside from this, I feel safe here. In the years that I have been residing at Riverwalk, my rent increased once and not by much. I love my residence. I recommend it.

Lovely place to live! I have lived 3 years in this community with my mother in the first floor of the F building! The staff is nice and professional. The computer lab, gym, and pool is clean. I really like the little play area in the gym for the kids. I also like the park, dog park, and BQ area! I really like living here. :)

Worst experience ever! My car got vandalized in the complex. When I asked maintenance he said I told the office it was your car. “I don’t know why they didn’t contact you” the office couldn’t extend a courtesy call to let me know it happened while the maintenance guy already knew and told them! I had to find out by myself when I was going to work at 3PM. I called the office and left voice mail with no luck because they never answer or call back worst service ever! Also as per security they have him working until 1 AM.

You cant beat the location. Its close to Downtown, Wynwood, Midtown, the Beaches, etc. However, youre still in Alapattah so its not really walk-able.The management team is helpful and friendly.Your pool and gym access arent included in your rent.The grounds are well-kept and apartment has decent upgrades for the price. However, the walls are incredibly thin. Get ready to hear everything thats going on next door. Hope for quiet neighbors.

I live here. Is the worst place to live. Recently my wife got her car stolen and the association doesnt want to watch the cameras to help you, police dont come at night. Now they are stealing cars every week and nobody do nothing, roaches every day, black air mold on the a/c and walls and overprice for 1/1.DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOODThe comment of the association that says that is going to make this right, i talk to them about everything and there is no change at all just they change the fridge for a claim of 5 years ago!!!!!but the toxic air that we breathe every day and the roches everywhere still the same there is 12 apartments with video recordings nearby, sick of it this is going to be rent control

Property is super clean and the staff were wonderful! Shame that there wasnt anything available for immediate move in. Will need to come early to apply next year!

Horrible place to live. Cockroach infested and very unsafe. The staff is unprofessional and rude.

Beautiful property!

We spent 1 year and 3 months living in this beautiful place, with wonderful neighbors where you really feel like family. The people in the office are really amazing Susy and Lisandra they are special they help you and make everything easier for you, the maintenance guys are always on time to solve any problem, the facilities and the place is always clean and well maintained. The reason for my move is that I am going to another city but without a doubt if I return to Miami I would live here again and I will continue to be recommended. My family and I are going to miss this place. Do not get carried away by the bad grades come and know this place and you will see that it is incredible.
