I’ve been living in AMLI Dadeland for about 6 months! And all I have to say is that I am very satisfied with the service and the prompt responses that I get from the team, and to be more specific, from Julia!! My dear lord, she is so professional, very helpful, knowledgeable, smart, and a true problem solver. For every single request I have made, she had it solve with an excellent attitude, and with passion for her tenants. Way to go Julia!!! You have really made my stay easy and enjoyable since the first day I met you. Thank you for all the goodness you bring to this place and keep up with the good work!!!

Amli Dadeland is a much better place than where I moved from. It is actually surprisingly quiet, not sure if it’s the walls or just quiet neighbors. But either way, it’s great. I go to UM, and it’s literally a short 5-10 min drive max. Leasing staff are friendly and responsive. The facilities are clean. It’s also located in this area which has 4 apartment buildings surrounding a nice walking path / park, so it’s a generally safe area. There’s always people in the surrounding apartments walking around. And it’s nice that it’s not directly off of a main road, or US1. Yet, still close enough to make it convenient. Overall maintenance is great. I haven’t had to make any maintenance requests, but the facilities are well-kept, and they are periodically making minor renovations. Their amenities are top-notch, and it’s honestly so great to not have to leave your apartment building to workout in a decent gym, lay by the pool, chill in the game room with friends, or even go bowling. Also, if it means anything, I can confidently say that after awhile of living here, it genuinely feels “homey” to me. I’ll update :)

We recently moved BACK to AMLI Dadeland and I have to say it’s still a great place to live. I’m leaving 5 stars alone for the leasing office and their staff, they are always so helpful and truly there for when you need them. Specifically Julia has helped us from day one. Maintenance always comes the same day if something needs to be attended to and we enjoy all the amenities! My only concern is more cameras need to be installed, mainly in the garage, but I know this is something they are working on along we other building improvements. Coming from some where we weren’t happy at and had multiple issues with, we value and know the difference of what you’re paying for.

Been a resident for just over a month and so far everything has been great. The office staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Renate, Julia & Krizia work very well together and make sure that you are getting what you are paying for here in Miami. I truly cannot think of anything wrong with this community. Maintenance is very on top of orders and every resident (and dog) I’ve run into are always so friendly. Thank you for helping me find a home away from home.

Always have timely completion of any work order request. Not only timely but it is easy to submit the request online. Most importantly people like Manny come to apartment with a smile and get the work done RIGHT and on the first attempt. Thank you Amli Dadeland.

Moved in September last year, so far Ive had a great experience at Amli Dadeland, the amenities are really nice and always clean. The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. The maintenance staff is amazing, always get things resolved within the same day of making the request. Manny helped me this week and was super polite and professional got everything resolved right away.

Needed help with a nail that had fallen out of a sliding interior door and Manny came almost as soon as I made the request! Fast and reliable service! AMLI is lucky to have someone like Manny!

Manny has been excellent in assisting me with my apartments needs! Hes always polite and attentive and fixes any issues in a timely fashion! Ive had nothing but good experiences here at AMLI and enjoy my time here! Manny assisted me with an AC issue immediately and resolved it! Cant ask for better maintenance service! I enjoy living here and its partly because of the hardworking staff here at AMLI, im very appreciative.

I just signed a lease at AMLI Dadeland. The process was pretty straightforward. Zitlalic was fantastic to work with! She took the effort to tour me the entire property, answered all of my questions, and took the time to help me lock down the exact apartment that fits my needs and schedule. AMLI has a great national reputation and it was noticed and appreciated!

The staff here is so helpful! They Helped me get situated in the new place and feel right at home! Great amenities as well!

The maintenance staff is great, especially Manny. Hes super friendly, great with our dog, and does a great job any time we have an issue. He came and cleaned out our coils today which he reccomended outside of our regular service as we have been experiencing HVAC issues. Hes very knowledgeable and finds time in his busy schedule to take care of the building and the tenants. Thank you Manny!

I wholeheartedly love living at AMLI Dadeland. Ive been living here for over 3 wonderful years. The beautiful office staff (Krizia, Renate, & Julia) are extremely helpful and have always treated myself and my dog as family rather than just a resident all while maintaining professionalism. The thoroughness of how everything’s maintained is phenomenal. The buildings staff are some of the hardest workers ive ever seen and always greet you with a smile. The gym is constantly cleaned, the pool/deck is impeccable and the hallways constantly vacuumed leaving a wonderful perfumed scent. The second gym, bowling alley and starbucks coffee machine are just great added bonuses offered in living here. Highly Recommend this place to anyone!

In the market to move into a more city living neighborhood; came across Amli Dadeland and met staff for a tour. I was impressed with Amli Dadeland, the community grounds, amenities and staff. I would highly recommend checking out Amli Dadeland if youre in the market for a more city living lifestyle.

I came here to do a tour just moving to the Miami area had no idea where I was going to be a living. I got recommended to look at Amli properties by a friend. And let’s just say I couldn’t be more happy with the decision to move here. The employees are all wonderful, And extremely helpful when I took a tour of the property they showed me everything and everything and anything that I could possibly want to know about the property in the surrounding areas. If you’re looking for a nice apartment to rent I highly suggest looking into Amli The staff is what did it for me and that’s why I will now be moving in next month

I am fairly new tenant who moved into AMLI Dadeland in June of 2020. If there is one thing I really have to give credit for is the maintenance staff and leasing office staff. I have never dealt with such kind people in my life! Renada and Raul are exceptional! Any time I need assistance, they are there to help and answer any questions I have. They also take tenant feedback seriously which I appreciate deeply! And the real star of this review is maintenance worker Manny! This sweet gentleman has been my savior! He helped me with my dryer and electrical issue in no time! If I ever need help again in the future with something being fixed, I will pray and hope that Manny is on the job. Could not ask for better customer service if I tried! Thank you Manny and AMLI!

Management has not taken Covid-19 precautions seriously. People in hallways and fitness center routinely (daily) do not wear masks. When management contacted multiple times and asked simply to place more signs on the walls instructing people to wear masks, their response was “it wouldn’t be aesthetic.” I suppose dead bodies in a pandemic surge is more aesthetic?

One of the best parts about living here is how quick maintenance happens. Manny is the best! He has responded to lots of our requests and has done a great job addressing all of it from minor things like needing new bulbs to unclogging our drains to fixing loose door hinges just this morning. Were grateful!

I have lived here for almost a year and I love it. The amenities are to die for. I literally feel like I live at a resort. The location is conveniently located close to UM, the dadeland mall, the airport, and a metro station. The beach isnt too far either. The workers at AMLI are extremely responsive whenever weve needed anything. Krizia in particular has bent over backwards to help my housemate and I. She goes beyond her job duties. This is a great place to live and made my move from California fantastic.

They have the worst elevators on the world, they elevators doesn’t work since three days ago.

Lack of privacy maintenance decided to walk in on me after I told them to please wait. don’t feel safe they can walk in whenever they choose to.

I havent moved yet, but the the people in charge of rentals and management are AMAZING. Nice little apartment complex with gym, pool, bowling alley. The environment is quiet, low-traffic area with an established, tight knit group of great neighbors, regularly maintains safety measures, especially during the pandemic. Our technian Manny Reigosas always helpful to help us maintain our living condition. Highly recommend

The pool is awesome.

Leasing staff is widely unavailable. They never pick up the phone or answer emails in a timely fashion. The doorman is never there. You have to walk down to get your food any time you order food deliver. Avoid AMLI.

I lived at AMLI Dadeland for 3 years. It was the best apartment I ever lived in for the first two years, and frustrating once management changed for the last year. Its a fixable issue.Pros:- The pool is even nicer and cleaner than it looks in pictures. The pool has a rooftop resort feel with a great view.- Its the nicest gym Ive ever seen in an apartment- Study areas are perfect for those who study in groups. They are usually used by law students, but are often empty. You can find peace and quiet if youre looking for it.- The location is perfect for the area. You are a walk away from the Metrorail, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, and other major stores as well as the Dadeland Mall.- Very safe. No issues with crime. I felt safe letting my fiancée walk around the building outside at night.- As safe of a location as youll find in South Miami during a hurricane. We never lost power and flooding was not an issue, even when it was an issue widespread throughout the area.- Close in proximity to the University of Miami campus (10 minute drive, or 45 minutes in traffic)- Tile floors, cabinets, and kitchen appliances are brand new and very nice.- Tenants are extremely nice and well behaved.- You can rent the bowling alley, which is terrific. Its fun for gatherings.Cons:- Maintenance is the worst Ive dealt with. They do not answer requests unless you physically go into the leasing office to tell them numerous times what needs to be fixed. My washer and dryer were partially broken and were extremely loud for 18 months. It took 12 maintenance requests (no exaggeration) and speaking to the manager multiple times to finally get a new washer. I never received a new dryer.- The package room is unacceptable. Packages are thrown on the floor. Some packages disappear. They dont spend any time trying to fix this despite so many complaints. You need a code to get inside, but it takes a long time to figure out where your package actually is. I eventually stopped having packages sent to my apartment.- They do fire alarm checks every year for a full week really early in the morning. Those fire alarms are drastically loud.- Walls are very thin toward the hallway. I was often woken up by loud tenants.- Dogs frequently poop in the hallway and in elevators. They used to police it very well, but the new staff does not seem to care.- The maintenance elevator breaks about once a month.- The gate to get into the parking garage was probably replaced four times I was there. Every time, it was broken. People just follow tenants cars to get inside. However, no safety issues to my knowledge.- We had issues with our fire alarm and smoke detectors for the three years I lived there. One night, they went off all night and emergency maintenance did not show, so I was unable to sleep. It was so loud that my roommate and I had to leave the room and sit outside. This happened at least twice. Other tenants complained about this as well. Eventually maintenance just unplugged my smoke detector so it would stop going off and did not replace it. Very unsafe.- The leasing office staff struggles with basic communication. The old staff was fantastic. The new staff is very poor. It will not impact your daily life unless you need something.- Traffic is overwhelming, particularly on US1. This isnt AMLI Dadelands fault.- The common area is extremely small. The square footage of the apartment holistically isnt an issue. Most tenants I spoke to agreed that they wished more square footage went toward the common area as opposed to the bedrooms.- I never thought a thermostat could frustrate me to the level that AMLIs does. Common complaint. No one knows how to use it properly.Overall, the intersection of price and amenities is too great to pass up. However, you can probably find more space and better maintenance/staff elsewhere in downtown Dadeland across the street. If amenities are important to you, this is the right place for you. AMLIs issues are mostly fixable.

Raul was the sole reason we chose not to rent with AMLI. The renting process was terrible and I felt treatment was subpar compared to other places down the street. Went elsewhere and had a much better experience. Front office is confusing and there’s obviously a disconnect between managers and their employees.

Jorge, the concierge guy is a great asset to this community. Very pleasing to encounter him around the building as he is always smiling and willing and able to assist in every way possible. Moreover, he even responds to resident concerns via texts, regardless of the time of receipt.

I went over there this weekend visiting friends and I have to say I was amazed on how beautiful the property was. From the moment I drove in the staff was very helpful in directing me wee i needed to go. They were very friendly and helpful.Maria Medina

First of building is beautiful clean and up to par i love this place. management is first class and super helpful would highly recommend giving this place a look if looking for a place to stay in dadeland. :)

I have lived in Miami for almost 3 years and lived in AMLI for 4 months and have loved every second of it. The leasing agents up front are always so hospitable, smiling, and genuine. Its always a pleasure to see that they are involved with this community as well when they host pool parties, food truck nights, and even social media contests. The price is higher than normal, but its worth it considering the rooftop pool (always clean and has a nice view), bowling alley, gated garage, gym, as well as the short drives to Brickell and Wynwood. Community is very friendly and people say hi to eachother and the dog park is always full with smiling faces. My only regret is that I didnt move here sooner.

Very happy here, management takes care of issues and the place is beautiful, only giving 1 star less than full because its mildly unfair that each unit only gets one spot, when we have two bedrooms and split the lease fairly as non-married just simple roommates and i have to pay 125$ a month for an extra spot. Otherwise, very happy here. But, Ill admit, upstairs neighbors are VERY loud

I would like to start off with how amazing the staff are when I first walked in I was greeted and helped instantly and the property is Beautiful Well keeped and clean the pool on the roof top is amazing as well over look the city

Fantastic staff, always there to assist in seconds. Wonderful amenities and much coveted peace and quiet. I would recommend Amli Dadeland without hesitation.

The apartments are really nice since they are brand new. But the management is horrible. There is no communication amongst the staff which ended up with us having to pay for a months rent that we should never have paid. The Management company could care less about what you have to say because they dont return calls or emails. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex and I dont recommend moving in.... We got our security deposit back but not all of it and with no explanation of why everything wasnt returned.

Beautiful property!!Just visited with a friend to get inofrmtaion and the staff was very friendly and informative.

We have been leasing for month now, our apartment has extremely bad smell and constant sewage back up, it’s impossible to breath, the building manager and amli management is least concerned, they keep adding very very strong chemicals and electro magnetic machines at cost of our health, we are forced to pay full rent, bear high electric cost due to heavy and extremely loud running machines making fail attempt to fix anything. Amli don’t care about tenant’s health, they expect us to keep breathing sewer and chemicals till or if they ever figure out, how to fix the issue. Please never ever rent with amli extremely bad service and negligent management.

Noisy and inconsiderate neighbors which management will do nothing about... Security is someone that walks around the two buildings chatting on their phone and if you ask for them to break up a party at 3AM in the morning, they will just tell you they cant do anything.For the price you will be paying to live in this area, look elsewhere! So many options, can even rent a house for the same or less. Im sure the new apartments that just opened across the street are way better, too. Have heard great things.

I lived at Amli Dadeland for two years and cannot say enough good things about this place! I just recently moved out because I needed a place closer to my new job.The people who work here are absolute gems! I really enjoyed the hospitality of everyone in the leasing office and the amazing people working in maintenance of the buildings! They take care of their renters here! And another thing that is huge in my books is that they answer your emails very quickly ! Alicia and the whole amli team are great at what they do.The amenities are hard to beat and always impressed all my guests. The pool, the bowling alley, the conference room and free coffee ... i can go on and on make life at amli very enjoyable.

I have stayed here almost a year now and I feel like this is my second home from my country. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are also very responsive to any question or request I had. The building is very new and the environment is super nice since they really make sure the public spaces are clean. In addition, AMLI is very close to everything I need in my life. Target, Dadeland Mall, Trader Joes, UPS and Publix are all less than 5mins drive away. I highly recommend this apartment complex coz I could never name a second place that I would like to move in. Btw, everytime when I went to the pool, I feel like Im staying in a 5-star luxury resort.

My boyfriend and I have been a residents of AMLI going on 2 years now, so we were the first ones to live in our first apartment. We started with a one bedroom in the East building and then moved into a one bedroom and a den in the West building. Overall, the buildings are beautiful and the amenities are fantastic, but we will not be renewing our lease for a third year solely due to countless terrible experiences with the management staff. I did not think that management would play such a huge role in our experience as renters, but this place truly showed me the light. If it wasnt for the management, I would have given this apartment 5 stars, but dont be fooled by the beautiful interior and new appliances. For the high price of these luxury apartments, the management should match.So why is the management not up to par? First of all, they do not follow through. We waited over 3 months to get a second mail key for our apartment, going several times to be told, we will make you a copy right away. This is not an extra request, it comes with the regular key. Also for Christmas weekend, they closed the office at 1pm and when my fathers gift arrived at 12:50pm, they never notified me and locked it in there for the entire long weekend. This is after they told residents that they would be notified. Many other experiences include a time when our electricity was having a problem and the 48 hour service rule became the week long service rule. Another fine example is when we were switching apartments and one person at the office told us a price for the new apartment that was 300 dollars cheaper than the price they finally presented to us when we were ready to sign. But really to top it off, its the fact that they truly NEVER apologize. Whenever you send e-mails to let them know of the issues, they never say a simple, sorry for the inconvenience. Its so frustrating and condescending the way they answer as if they have the right to act this way. Only once when I reached out to a corporate e-mail, did they send me what I complained about.So, if you are a prospective resident, here is an objective pro/con:Pro:- Apartment style/layout and appliances: Everything is modern and new.- Amenities: The gym is great and the pool on the 8th floor is beautiful. Ive never really used the bowling alley since it requires a large deposit and cleaning fee.- Location: Really, there is everything you need within a two mile radius; the Dadeland Mall, Dadeland Station for the metro to go to Downtown and Dadeland Station which has a Target, Best Buy, etc. You also have many shopping malls and a Publix close by. US1 and the Palmetto and very close too.Con:- Management, Management, Management: They seem nice and all, but they are truly not reliable for all the afformentioned reasons.- Price: Not consistent.- Parking: At first I was going to put this in the pro, because I love having my car in an enclosed garage, but objectively, there are too many cons. For example, even if you are in a 2 bedroom, you only get one spot, so we pay an extra 125 a month. Also, there is never any guest parking in the West building, so good luck having your guests find street parking once they finish construction on the large building across the street. To top it off, the gate to go into the garage is always broken or extremely slow. Also, when you do have a guest over, you have to go get a permit for them, which at times requires hunting down the security guard between the two buildings.- Cleanliness: I am completely happy living in a complex that allows for pets, even though I dont have any. However, too often are elevators and hallways dirty with dog feces and pee and for too long. Its off-putting and I have gotten to the point where I have to look straight down as I walk in the building.

Awesome place to live in, everything is upto date and upto mark .Dont want to move from here.Ofcourse an awesome location.

Amenities dont work (specially at the gyms), war of music at the pool, when it rains the carpets get wet and the hallways smell, very poor wireless, employees do not clean the staircases and the administration is full of excuses.
