A lot of pleople get confused abouth the 2 buildings I am goint to tell about my experience in the small building (which is 1251 NW 20 Street). The staff is so nice and helful. They always answer you when you have a question about anything. They do follow up about pending stuff. Nicole, the manager, is so professional and have everything on order. The staff do the cleaning every morning. Every month they do fumigation to prevent animals. I was living in this Apt for about 4 years. Awesome place to live.

TERRIBLE AND NASTY BUILDING TO LIVE, full of roaches, drug addicts, your apartment will smell of marihuana coming out from the AC, insecure parking lots full of thieves breaking into your car, vandalism, tenants stealing other tenants clothes from the laundry room,broken laundry machines and security cameras, elevator out of service all the time, LOUD fire alarm going off and off for not reason, get your earplugs before moving in you will need them,the currently property manager lol Nicole Martinez its not even certified as a legal Property Manager, they will literally STEAL your security money with lame excuses, a bunch of thieves taking advantage of the helpless people, its a low income community but they will take away every little pennie out of your pocket. STAY AWAY!

I would not recommend any to live in this APT they are very deceiving and they dont have any visitors parking,they force your visitors to pay four dollars to park at the metrorail parking spot.their gym have two machine,it has roaches a.d the office managers are rude

She has put the building very clean, a dedicated, demanding lady seeks excellence with a soft but firm character.I am happy and satisfied with the entire team that accompanies her. A good price for the rent, but it is in Nido of dirt, from a strong smell of marijuana and the bad smell of the junkyard and to the cockroaches that never see finish.
