My girlfriend and I just moved. The place is well maintained and the people are nice. The apartment was extremely clean, that was perfect. The best of all it’s the office staff. Lidia was very nice and sweet with us since the first moment. Want to thank her for the help and for being there for us in this difficult time for me.

This place is beautiful and great pricing its a brand new building just opened in October 2019 it feels like youre walking into a spa incredible refreshing decor floor plans and layouts beautiful and spacious and tremendous amenities 24 hour gym pool saunas . And very close to Miami airport and anywhere else you want to go . You move here you wont want to leave your apartment oh yes and every unit has a balcony washer and dryer. They have studio and up to 3 bedroom apartments. And tremendous move in deals right now. And inclosed parking garage and is pet friendly up to 60lbs.Seriously guys dont miss out on the opportunity of living here you wont regret it.

Terrible from beginning to end, apparently this is the only place i have to express my concerns since my voice isn’t important enough to be heard at the manager’s office, having troubles since the beginning i moved here thinking it was a nice place and it’s been getting worse lately, I expressed the many problems i was having since the first time and received an answer asking me to go to the manager’s office so they can help, well attending to the request guess what? A reflexion of the terrible administration from head to toes, i went to the office i talked to the receptionist about the situation and she started yelling questions to the “manager” who couldn’t even show her face at the reception room when i said it was unprofessional to yell from one room to the other the reason she gave me “she was busy” and couldn’t attend. I’m really puzzled just for the fact that i have to be here 12 more months..

Living here is just regretfull, weve only been here for 4 months and all we think about is how is this possible?the same week we moved they gave us occupided parking places 3 times, 3 times we received stickers on the windows of the car saying this place belongs to someone please move.the fire alarm goes on at least once a day at 2, 3, 4AM being awakened with no explanation or apologies the next day, the fire alarm is just right over the beddo you know how annoying is that sound?.dogs waste all over the public areas of the building the pet owners just wait for the them to clean it up to do it again, same places, same thing. this is just unbelievable.the gym, one of the machines is broken and there are only few, its been more than two weeks and still nothing even though it was reported through the building app.the elevator that takes me from parking to the apartment is broken, its been more than a month, there are more elevators of course but i have to walk from one tower to another, is that reasonable?these are the signs of a TERRIBLE administration.

DO NOT MOVE HERE, IF YOU ARE BETWEEN HERE AND ANOTHER LOCATION, CHOOSE THE OTHER PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF. I just signed a lease here less than a month ago and I already regret it. It’s a pretty place with a nice location, but management/the owner could care less about your livelihood. I paid $50 to register my car for the parking garage, and I pay $75 monthly just to have my car towed a couple of weeks ago by the property manager Lidia Lopez. It doesn’t make sense to me and has only caused me emotional turmoil. I asked for some form of compensation for the $150 I had to pay the towing company, but no one from management or higher up from RKW Residential answered my concerns. Additionally, they’ve sold out resident choice for internet service provider, and prioritize profit over purchasing an ISP that actually works at a good speed. Do yourself a favor and do not move here if you value your sanity!! I bet they will comment under here acting like they value my concerns, but when you really need management, they are nowhere to be found.I’ll remove my comment once my concerns are addressed.Although I will give credit where it’s due, and I’m not sure of this leasing agent’s name but his email starts with Lolano, he is absolutely amazing, super nice guy and he deserves a raise because he goes above and beyond!!!!!!!! He helped me when I really needed it. Also the one security man, I’m forgetting his name, but I’m going to bake him a cake for the next time I see him. An absolute sweetheart. They both deserve so much.

Do not rent here!!! The building has so many restrictions.1) Over 300 apartments. And it only has 10 parking spaces.2) all the staff is rude. Except the ones that clean.3) the “sky deck”is locked whenever they want. For example I went at 8pm and it was locked. The sun is still out!!!4) This building is suppose to be luxurious. However the tenants can’t even enjoy the amenities because it’s either close or the security guard rudely kick people out.5) the sauna and the so called spa has been closed for over 5 months.6) The fire alarm has woken me up at 1am. 3am various time and no one knows why. And it rings for over 15 mins.

This place is pretty but, you Pay a high rent and you cant even sleep, workers star making loud noises at 8 am and they continue that loud noises for 5 hours or more, they have 0 respect for the residents!

I love the place, all the common areas are great and the care of the entire leasing department is very good. I highly recommend it is a worthwhile experience.

The building itself is very nice. The people in the office have been very helpful and really try to keep you as a satisfied customer. But, if there’s something that ruins these types of communities are the insolent rules made by management that only restricts their customer experience. The apartments are not cheap to rent, so you would think that the benefits included would be made more accessible to their customers without having to put up with corporate politics. For example, just to use the BBQ they make you sign a contract and give a deposit of 150 dollars, restricted to 3 hours. I have lived in other communities and have never seen something like this. So if you’re grilling, keep it to one steak per person.

Sofia has been great helping us through this tough times when it comes to rent payments. She has been super helpful telling us what our options are. Can’t thank her enough for her amazing job.

After looking all over Miami for a new apartment, I found Soleste Blue Lagoon. They have an excellent staff! Sofia helped me throughout the whole leasing process and answered every single question I had. Cant wait to move into my new apartment!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! If you are young and will listen to music sometimes or if you have friends. In this place you will need to be silence in your apt the whole time or you will get a 7 Notice Violation on your door, very extricted rules, this building should be only for elderly people. Look for somewhere else, plus is very disturbing have to see the Sementary everyday. If I could give 0 stars I would. Also, the management team is very unprofessional, they sent an email asking the tenants to use the stimulus check to pay the rent, they shouldn’t be asking that.

Has a great view of the cemetery to watch The Walking Dead. Most images of the buildings around are not actual sample of the locations surroundings. The prices are really high. Transylvania rates are cheaper. I advise those who are interested to view the location first.

My girlfriend and i decided to check this place out during our search for our new home. As soon as our tour started with Sofia, we immediately started falling more and more in love with it. We officially moved in a few days ago and couldn’t be more happier...only flaw at the moment that bothers me a little is the only internet provider is pretty bad even for their “500mbps” deal..but it’s not that big of a deal at the moment since there’s so many other things to do like the pool, gym, sauna, etc . They did let me know that since it is a new building they are working on it so we could have more internet providers in the future. I really do hope it’s in the near future though haha. But overall this place deserves its 5 stars, management office is always available to help you out during their business hours.

UPDATE: Can’t even leave your online ordered package in the room where they drop off all mail. Got stolen and management is not responsible, bye bye $200. I am student moving into the area and after searching pretty much all of Miami, I was fascinated by Soleste blue lagoon. Not only by the amenities and the beauty of this place but more importantly by the leasing agent Emiliana! When you tour a property, the leasing agent can influence your decision. Emiliana was professional, energetic and most importantly she had a lot of patience all throughout the leasing process. Emiliana is a prime example of grade A customer service. I happen to be in the building where their office is currently located and decided to ask a few questions about the apts. I spoke to Sofia and Emiliana, they were very nice and extremely professional! I see some people have issues with the view of the cemetery, honestly I dont, I rather have that as my view than the view of another building in front of me. The building is big if you dont want that as your view ask to see an apt that doesnt have it because the apts look great. The ladies were very patient with me, answered every question I had. Horrible experience, Horrible customer service. My vehicle was stolen from the parking garage after management sent an email stating the garage doors would be down a week in advance. Management is disregarding the situation and saying they are not responsible. It’s been a week and they have not reached out to follow up on the situation. I am leaving 1 star because It is mandatory, they don’t deserve a star.

THE WORST THE WORST .... CACA AND DOG URINES in all corners of the building. The administration never takes care of anything cockroaches in the smelly corridors only the lobby and its elevators are well maintained to fool the new ones, they rob the parking lots and let unknown people enter the pool. The administration seems to ask them for something as a gift, one of them arrives they are pessimistic. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS THE WORST all the time they throw away furniture and beds because they have pests and they are not interested in solving it because they have it tied up with a contract.

I love how central its location is, the lake view is worth it. Friendly and attentive staff. I have everything I want and I do not leave my house, excellent facilities.

I honestly do not recommend this place at all. My contract is about to expire but I cant wait to leave. This has been hell here. The insecurity is terrible, they tow the cars without any cause, they put parking tickets without respecting the initial hours, the Amazon packages are lost (I have already lost 6) and the administration says that it does not respond, the garbage overflows, the corridors or elevators dirty with animal needs, the scandal with loud music and late at night of many neighbors who do not consider living in a community, every time a downpour falls it floods horribly, THEY RACED MY CAR in my parking lot AND THEY DIDNT ANSWER ME, whenever I arrived I also found a person X parked in my place and the crane could not be called because supposedly those of us who live here do not have the right to do it, the pool a disaster, the sauna and other super dirty, I am also waiting for two months for the maintenance team to fix a part of the curtain that fell on my head when I was lowering it and they have not come to fix it, well, this is not all that it happens here.I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND living here. I have lived here for more than 6 months and it is always a problem with parking, I consider that the administration is deficient. The closet I came down, recreational areas when rain mosquito breeding sites are formed, among many other things. DO NOT RECOMMEND there are better looking options. If we move from our work to Blue Lagoon, we will definitely move to Soleste Blue Lagoon.
