This was my first time moving. I drove across the country in 6 days and considering everything, it was a great move-in process. Mateo is a professional and is an all-around great person in general. This is definitely the best new complex in Miami with everything you need just footsteps away. Extremely happy with the choice I made.

This has been a great experience. I have been at River Landing for over a month and everything is going well! The leasing team is always hands-on, especially Deanna. The building is kept very clean. There needs to be accessibility walking from the retail from the garage for the residents. Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied!

So happy to be at Lantower! I had such an easy move-in process and did everything from out of state. I had such a hard time getting in contact with other complexes in Miami, but Farrah, my leasing agent, always answered my emails and phone calls so quickly. Thanks to Farrah and her constant help and attention on our application, we were able to move into our home in no time. She was absolutely wonderful and very helpful with all our questions and concerns. Even when we would just show up without an appointment (which is not allowed) she always treated us so kindly! I never leave reviews but this placed deserves it. The building is beautiful, well, it speaks by itself. But the staff is very professional, Melissa Capo has helped me a lot! She has incredible Follow-up skills. 😎

The building is beautiful and the amenities are unmatched. The staff is friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. However there is a BIG downside and if I had known this earlier, it may have affected my decision to move in. Their visitor parking situation is NOT ideal. Visitors can park on the retail side of the building up to two hours free. Thats great, but longer visits can quickly add up. For example my overnight guest would have to pay $50. Two visits per week adds up to $400 a month! Considering that I pay a monthly parking fee, in addition to my rent, I believe this is something that can be improved upon. This is the only downside. Otherwise the amenities are great, the views are spectacular, the building is super, super quiet, and the apartments are beautiful.

I had the opportunity to be advised by the Lantower River Landing team and I can only say that I am grateful for their incredible work and service, they are agile, they always respond on time and the community is an absolutely beautiful community well located and with luxury amenities at a reasonable price. I hope with my family to be able to enjoy a lot the experience living in this community and I want to praise the good work of Mateo Ayala, the leasing agent, who assisted me in everything very effectively. he is a great human being! Congratulations on having such valuable and excellent human resources as He is.

I was hesitant to write a review because I understand that it is difficult to run a brand-new building especially a property like this that is striving to create a unique experience with the shopping center downstairs. Well, this is a unique experience to say the least. The physical building is very nice and its conveniently located in the middle of the city (can get anywhere in 20/30 minutes) but if you are looking for a luxury experience this is not it. The parking situation is ridiculous. I really hate coming home. Its the most stressful part of my day. Every single day I have a parking issue. I pay $100 a month for stress. Parking is run by a 3rd party company, not by Lantower River Landing and the Parking company is not on site. So, if the Key cards dont work and you need assistance it’s a mess. No one knows what to do and there is never clear direction. Also, if you live in a one bedroom or a studio apartment you need to park on the 12th floor of the garage while other floor plans can park in the basement thats just one floor down. When I call the office directly no one answers. I have left messages, and no one has ever returned them. This review may seem harsh, but your home is supposed to bring you comfort, not anxiety. I want this review to serve as a warning for those who are considering leasing at this building and for the management team to step up. Please stop taking the residents for granted and get a handle on the parking situation if you would like residents to extend their lease and if you would like poor reviews like this one to stop.

One star is too generous. I applied online after I came for a tour and I paid the application and administrative fee and application required you to submit evidence of income and employment. However I was denied within less than 24hrs after opening my account and paying the fees online because I didnt have a job and an annual income. This is VERY discriminatory even though I can afford to live here. The building is amazing and I wanted to move into it after I came for a tour. It turns out this is an income-qualified community I feel its very discriminant though that even though I can prove to pay rent and found the unit I wanted but I was still denied because I dont have a job and that I am a student and I dont make an income that is 5x the market trend even though I could prove to pay for it 150% but they require so many other requirements such as a guarantor that guarantees I pay rent. They make applicants pay money that are non-refundable so they can make extra income. that is considered stealing and is theft, they stole my money and they denied my application because I dont have a job nor an annual income that meets the market trend. This community is indeed very discriminatory. I am definitely reporting this.

I recently got an apartment here and I have to say that the experience was great. Mateo was the person helping me and he was extremely responsive. He also did a video tour for me since I could not be there. I cannot wait to move in shortly. Mateo- Thank you for your amazing service.

Moved into Lantower River Landing a couple of months ago. Love the resort style lifestyle. Leasing Manager Valentina was awesome when it came to Leasing the apartment, answering all our questions and supporting us through the whole process. The entire Lantower staff is very friendly and It always feels like you are home with family.

Enjoy my place but I felt flabbergasted that I wasn’t able to see it prior to committing to it. Don’t think blind dates usually work out but guess I at least lucked up with a nice apartment. Very discouraged to invite anyone over due to parking situation. A parking pass for guest would be nice but don’t know what it takes to make that happen. Who wants to live in a nice place and not be able to show it to friends and family without charging them. Shower and floors are awesome…

We applied on Tuesday and everything from application approval, to signing of the lease, to initial payment was all processed by Friday and now I can move in to my new unit on Saturday! All thanks to Mateo! He really helped expedite the process for us and was super professional and attentive to all our questions and needs. We are very happy with how smooth things went and are looking forward to the next year living in this building!

After two months of calling this place my home, I can say that Im glad I opted to pay a little extra to be in brand new homes with great amenities and awesome staff. Management is great, the maintenance staff is always on point, and having 24/7 security is peace of mind that you cant get in the immediate vicinity. While there are still some kinks being ironed out since its a new community, it still saves us the headaches that we experienced at our previous apartments in the area.Valentina was my leasing agent and even to this day she is still helpful anytime I have questions about the community. Shes a straight-shooter who doesnt inflate or exaggerate things about the apts just because she works there. She helped us through the application process, which we did remotely from the other side of the country. Even with that distance, everything was taken care of.

I have come here many times with clients as a broker and not once have I been disappointed with the staff, especially with Paola. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

Easily 5 stars! I recently moved into River Landing and had the quickest and most pleasant experience thanks to Valentina DiClaudio! I met with Valentina and realtor Patritzia within 24 hours of my apartment search and immediately loved everything about it. They explained the process of showing proof of income, taxes, ID, bank statements (you know - the usual) and also gave me the option of a guarantor if need be. Soon after I was given a tour by Valentina of two units and the beautiful pool and 24h gym. I fell in love with one of the units and within the same day Valentina had sent me an offer. After giving all of the information listed - within 3 days I was accepted! It is such a quick process, I was blown away. Thank you so much to Valentina and the River Landing team! Glad to call River Landing home.

Best Experience Ever! From the moment I walked into the building I felt right at home. I love the building and the amazing views of the apartments! Everyone is super nice and friendly and helpful. Honestly the whole experience was smooth and easy. Mateo is the leasing agent that helped me find my new home. He is super nice and very helpful. People say never to judge a book from its cover. The building is by far above and beyond amazing, and the interiors, amenities, and community are so attractive. BUT, dont fall for the fact that its close to a shopping mall and a busy community that means its nice. When I got it and came for the tour its something not to be trusted AT ALL and it is above and beyond horrid from what they require. Its not three months free and they have additional requirements in terms of your income requirement and meeting the market which I didnt get. The rent was something I can indeed pay, but being denied because my income and job type doesnt qualify me to live here. DOUBLE think and make sure before even considering this place. Good on the outside but horrid from the inside by all means. Definitely spreading the negative word about this place.

I moved here April 1st. After taking a little over a month to figure out where I wanted to live. I instantly fell in love when I arrived at Lantower River Landing. With the breath taking view and the great vibe. Mateo was great! From the day I met him. Mateo assured me that I was in good hands! Not only did he have a great attitude, he is also very patient. Mateo helped me find the perfect apartment for me and my dog! I would give this place at 11/10.

Parking in this area is very difficult for guests. I had an appointment with Valentina and I had to wait over 1 hour past the appointment that was scheduled. I felt the vibe of that place being very difficult and disorganized and I believe management will give me a hard time living here. Definitely I wouldnt recommend his place. Its amazing on the outside but truly unacceptable from the inside in terms of management and diligence.

Mateo was a great person to work with. Whatever you need he will make it happen.

Ms. Materan and Cameron are great! Always so respectful. The gymn and pool area are always clean, as well as the mail room. We love the mail lockers that make everything quick and easy.

Omg this place is amazing! Farrah Saleh helped us out from the jump till the end of our rental progress and she was so much more then a help. She was the sweetest soul and so knowledgeable on everything that goes on at Lantower River Landing. If you want to rent at Lantower River Landing, which I highly recommend you do, go to FARRAH.

I tried giving management a call like more than a dozen time to try to talk to someone about getting more insights on this place for a potential move but the operators were so rude when they saw I called back several times and they misguided me. All I wanted was to speak to someone from management to get an appointment and learn more about this place. Horrible customer service not considering this place anymore.

Can anybody explain how’s it possible to get in touch with this community? And why is customer service on the phone so rude? I don’t understand how it looks amazing on the outside but I can definitely tell they’re horrible from the inside from management and operations.

This is very strange it’s outstanding from outside and it’s amenities. They want to charge for an application fee but it’s not guaranteed to be accepted to live here based on your income and employment. And it was a horrible service on the phone from the operator and was very rude. Bad feeling if I lived here for bad management and rude customer service. Highly NOT recommended.

The place is awesome and convenient, it’s quiet and very nice… I’m living in studio and the view is amazing… modern and cool. Close to the highway and to the downtown Miami

I love living here is so nice and quiet, very convenient with all the stores we have from Ross, Burlintong, Publix and more steps away, and I must say my apartment is extremely nice, from the appliances, flooring, cabinets and cool shower. I am happy living here.

It doesnt get better than this place.Im an apartment locator and spent 2 months finding the perfect place.Deana and Valentina helped me move in, but the entire office is amazing and super responsive.Out of the places I was looking at, the staff here were the only ones who got back to me quickly and got things moving with the app.

What is an income-qualifed community? Ive never heard of such reisdential community at in Miami-Dade county or anywhere in Florida. When I was told about this place and how they work I most definelty feel bad not just for the residence but also they dont even menion it on their website that this is how they work by accepting people based on their income and having a job. Its bery deceiving and sort of discriminate. If thats the case why not having a community that judges based on ethinicity or nationality if thats how they work.

I highly recommend this place. I’ve been here for almost 7 mos. and so far so good. Won’t regret it. Trust me.

Great place to live. Amazing downtown view to sleep with and beautiful sunset to wake up to. Can not really complaint when you have a mall in your building.

Just visited this community and I can say that this one of the Apartment Rental in Miami where you can pay for quality, modern finishes, nice amenities and fair price. Farrah and the rest of the staff where very welcoming and took the time to show different models to give us the best option. I highly recommend this community.

Ive been trying for days to contact the onsite Lantower team re specials on their website but every time I call I am directed to someone offsite who cant assist (they basically only setup tours or answer non-specific questions). Ive been given direct contact numbers for the property, but no one ever answers. Its quite bizarre. Today is July 12, 2021 and I just called again and the offsite team suggested I book the next available virtual tour for July 27, 2021 *Lol* to be sure I can speak with a person onsite. You would think if your website shows 60+ units available, the Company would be more motivated to make themselves accessible to potential tenants.
