We can only say positive things about this property. The property is impeccable, located in a great area close to a shopping center and restaurants. You have everything a family needs such as Beautiful areas, gym, swimming pool. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and with plenty of natural illumination. The property manager has been professional, respectful, and trustworthy. If you have a question or request, be sure you will promptly receive a response with the necessary information. The maintenance crew is so polite and always ready to respond to your needs. Is so nice to arrive to your new home and be welcomed with a smile and a staff that is always courteous and willing to help you. Thank you so much!

Moved in to Legacy in Feb. and it’s been a pleasure living here ever since. I’m very pleased with the staff and property manager and how quickly they respond to ANY complaints. The gym is always clean as well as the entire building. Literally smells better than a luxury hotel. If you’re looking for a great spot to live and want to be close to everything, then this is where you want to be. It’s just been remodeled and the building looks beautiful!

I’ve had the privilege of working with the property manager to move into my new home here. She has gone out of her way to make sure my roommate and I would be welcomed residents. She has been so kind and thoughtful when answering all of my questions and she’s extremely knowledgeable about the place and all that entails. This is a great place to live! Management was very welcoming when I first walked in and they are always responsive. Maintenance requests are responded to in a quick manner and the crew is extremely nice. The building itself is beautiful and always kept clean! It feels like walking into a hotel every day 😊

Living here has been really nice. The staff take very good care of the building. Requests are handled in a timely manner. They are constantly cleaning. If you are looking for a quiet building to move to where the rules are enforced I would recommend this property.

I was looking for rent around the area. I came to legacy at 15th and the management employees were nice as they greeted me. I was walking to the office and I notice the door was closed so I had to knock. When the lady at the office opened the door in a rudely manner, I was surprised because what type of treatment is this? I’m just trying to rent an apartment in the area. She asked me what was I there for and then told me to wait because she was eating lunch and that it might take her at least one hour to finish. I then left because I felt disrespected. I will no longer be coming back here. This property will never be getting my money. Please get a more professional person to work at the office.

The manager is so rude and arrogant she is not an appropriate person to deal with audience. Remember no matter how much you paid for the deposit she will find a way eventually to steal it.

I live in Legacy at 15 for 10 years and I have never been late on the rent or ever had any trouble with the staff. I went to the new management to explain my situation and she is not willing to help me. My lease is almost over and I asked that in case I cant find another apartment within that time frame, if I can stay on a month to month. Her response was NO, eventhough the apartment is not rented. She will not help me at all and that is very disapointing.

I’ve taken time out of my busy day to write this message, because I think enough is enough. I live at Legacy at 15th and I don’t want to use my real name because I don’t want the property manager to take action with me. I’ve never had a problem here, in fact there was this nice girl that used to work in the office Anarelys, she was so sweet and would help me with every problem I’ve had. Some weeks ago I went to the office and I went to tell the property manager about an air conditioning problem I was having. She treated me in a rude matter with attitude, if you are the face of this property you have to treat people with respect and decency because the people you hire shows what the company is all about. What is happening here? I’m thinking of moving if this new manager is willing to treat residents like this. Nobody deserves this treatment, here you have to pay a lot of rent to be treated like the bottom of a shoe. I hope the owner notices what is happening. Thank you.

I have been living here for almost 8 years and I have never had an issue with the management team or the maintenance team. They were all extremely nice and welcoming. My problem started when the new management team came in. First, the manager is extremely rude and has a problem with everything. Second, weve have had some issues in our apartment and we decided to speak to the manager and she said the maintenance crew would come in 24 hours, its been 2 weeks and we got frustrated so decided to contact her again. After 2 weeks, she finally decided to send in the maintenance crew. Last but not least, the one thing that got me most frustrated was that with the old manager there wasnt an issue with visitors coming over whenever they wanted to but with the new manager she is only permitting visitors to come for 14 days in a year and cant stay more than 24 hours. Her words If a visitors stays longer than 14 days then TECHNICALLY they live here so youd have to add them to the lease that doesnt even make sense. I have a babysitter who takes care of my children while I work and due to the manager visiting rules, I had to let the babysitter go. Whats the point of having a visitors parking if it has a limit of visitation hours.

Just paid my rent, and I never sign my money orders! Whenever they want to tell you something they will. Specially that lady with yellow hair, uneducated, don’t know how to deal with the residents at all.

I was looking for rent because I’m new to Miami. I thought the building was pretty nice. As I enter I’m looking for the leasing office, and there was this awful lady in the office just screaming on the phone, I was standing there for 40 MINUTESSSS and she didn’t want to attend me at all. I had to leave. Too bad I really wanted to live here, but that woman in the office is terrible. Never coming back.

I lived in Somerset Tower 8 years before returning to my hometown. I recently returned to the U.S and I will not think of another place to live! The maintenance and office staff are incredible, and I consider them as family due to the long period of time I’ve been living here. I feel the need to write this because I’m upset for all the bad writing about them. They are very professionals, hardworking and welcoming. I don’t have any complains about them because they are always very helpful and kind. I’ve lived on three different apartments, and I have never had a complain about anything. I truly recommend everyone to rent here. I’m very happy to call this my home! I want to give thanks to the amazing team of Somerset Tower.

I just renewed my lease for my 4th year, and even moved across the hall for a better view of downtown! This place is truly fantastic. The apartments are spacious. Amenities are generous. If you need any repairs, they are quick to address it. Its family friendly, with many people who are professionals with the neighboring hospitals. I cant say enough good things about this place. So happy to call it home!

In my 3 years living in Miami I can say Im home, the staff and management for the property they are wonderful. Never I have any issue. They bring you a warm welcome all the time, smiling and they be helping you for anything you need, dont metter the time you calling the staff. At soon you report something they running for fixed. I love to have this family. Great place to rent and live.

The entire staff always greets you with a smile and the shake of a hand. The staff is quick to attend to any problems that arise. The two maintenance gentlemen have bent over backwards to accommodate my requests. I can’t thank them both enough. The workout room is open 24/7 and is rarely crowded as is the pool. I love the convenience of the elevator and plenty of parking in the six story covered parking garage.

Lived here over one year and have had nothing but a great experience. Def recommend. Great quality for a great price. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is completed in a timely manner.

My husband and I were lucky to call Somerset Tower home for nearly 4 years. We just moved out this past March due to a job relocation and have found ourselves comparing any place we look at to Somerset, and so far nothing is matching up. Our experience at Somerset was 100% positive, and anyone who says otherwise is definitely an anomaly. It is a generally quiet community and we have always had great neighbors. Very rarely would there be any issues with noise in general (if there were, it was usually someones rowdy guests). It is mostly a family friendly building, and working professionals--a lot of individuals who work across the street at the hospital as well.Living here you can get the complete package...great location--close to just about everything without dealing with traffic in the area, spacious apartments, well kept building with great amenities including a bbq area, pool, and fitness center, ample covered parking, security at night, andmost importantly a wonderful team who made us feel so welcome and athome. Francisca, the property manager really takes pride in making it feel like a community. She really incorporated some great improvements into the building to make it not just look better but made it more inviting. There would be a gift wrapping station in the resident loungeduring the holidays, little treats on our door during certain holidays such as Valentines Day, doing a food drive during Thanksgiving, as well as organizing many gatherings for residents to socialize and meet each other. If there was any repair needed Francisca would immediatelyput in the work order, and Pedro (the amazing maintenance man) would make sure it is taken care of, and not just a hasty fix, he would make sure it is fixed properly. It is so important to have a great staff when looking at apartments because with a good team you can expect a great livingexperience, which is exactly what we had!!!

I had a written agreement of paying a rent of 1400 change before moving in. On the day of moving in (knowing that I wouldnt have another option )they said the rent now would be 1800 change. I showed them the signed contract and that the deposit was already paid for. When I ask them what the point of contract was and why wasnt I told before so i could make other apartments...the manager turned rude and arrogant. This is really sketchy.Be extra careful if you are moving in from a different state and coming here on the day of moving in. They would try to take advantage of this situation.

I personally dont have a problem with Somerset Towers. I lived there for 8 years and didnt have one problem yet. This is a very well kept place and Im glad its my home.

This place sucks. To move in the building it was an easy process. With cheap deposit and 1 month free. Well it was a reason for the cheap invitation to making this our home. So Loud. Lots of Planes, Ambulances, Loud Chair Dragging Neighbor above me for months while I live their. Snd they mainly drag the chair after 10pm till 4am. Drove me crazy. I thought I was the only one. Until the unit next door moved in and had the same Complaint. They allow a lot of elderly to move in. When theirs apartment for them. Fire alarms are constantly going off. Understand I work from home and have a New Borm Baby. This wasnt at all pleasant. Within 3 months of us moving in to binding contract with this CFH group. We found that the master bedroom to the hallway had mold. I have advised the Management team in the office. The denied the claims after I reported it again the 2nd time. I asked to break the contract due to the circumstances they denied me saying will need to pay $4,240 to break my lease, 2 months of rent will be due. I have been now diagnosed with Bronchitis I advised the management team they said we will said an Inspector in 24hrs its been 3days now no call or anyone to check the problem. If you decide to move here Goodluck my lease is ending Im out. Good

Worst property in the area. Management could care less of the property or the health of residents here. Do no rent here.

I would like to give it 0 star if google allows it. I recently had an altercation with the lady in the office who has bad form and does not know how to treat clients. I arrived asking how much the rent cost because I would love to live in a beautiful building, and the lady with a very bad altitude referred to me in a very rude way, and I decided to leave. It seems incredible that in such a beautiful place they have people like that lady working.
