If you really take a look, the only high ratings for this building are years old or made by Local Guides- who clearly dont have to live here..I cant speak on behalf of the entire new management company, but a handful of the individuals they employ at The Ivy arent professional or accommodating at all. Jennifer in the Managements office is the absolute worst. I dont normally go out of my way to write reviews but literally every time I speak to her zero things get accomplished. Screams assistant level entitlement rather than helping tenants/landlords find solutions. The elevators are always broken and good luck trying to find a time to move in or out of the building. There is one service elevator for the entire building that is only available weekdays from 9am - 5pm. I called weeks prior my move out to reserve, and was told I would need to extend my lease half a month because the building had no time slots available. This was the solution I was provided as opposed to working out an earlier or later time on a weekday or literally anytime on a weekend.
Don’t even bother renting/buying a place in this building. The new management is a joke. They’ve been renovating the pool since March 2020 - the pool is still not ready. The carpets in the building are old and dirty. The elevators are constantly breaking. No food deliveries allowed to be delivered to your door. You have to pick up everything downstairs.Stay away from this building!
The management was changed and hoped to be better but I havent seen much improvement. Its ridiculous that we moved in Feb 2020 and since then they have been repairing the pool and playground. How can it take that long for a pool if buildings around here can take 6 months to be built! When we moved in, we were told it was just a few months... 1 year later, still NO pool :(. For the price we could have gotten another building with working ammenities. The elevators are also a nightmare, they are 5 in total and they break down all the time. The apartment itself is nice but thats about it.
Great building and location ...
Ive lived here for 2 years and leaving next month. New Castle Management is doing an awful job: mismanaging of packages and lots of delays in deliveries, rude recepcionists, gym always booked and nobody picks up the phone, elevators constantly broken, pool inaccessible for almost a year and the list keeps on going. Looks elsewhere.
Current resident- this is the worst building to live in in Downtown/Brickell. Mostly because of management. Elevators will constantly be broken (incorporate 15-20 min into daily commute). Pool will be under maintenance for over half the year. DO NOT LIVE HERE
Ears popped going up doing a post mate delivery. Very very nice place.
The receiving mailbox is full, the management mailbox is also full, nobody answers the phone. My package has been signed by the person at the receiving office and nobody can’t find it. Four people working at the receiving office and nobody can’t do their job right. The management office has a sign with a permanent closed sign. That means you can’t go there to get help cause they are not there all the time. This place has become a unpleasant experience honestly .
The valet isn’t friendly at all. Customer service is not their top priority at this location at all. I wouldn’t recommend at all. The location itself is nice but the staff seem like they always have an attitude. You’d be better off across the street at The Mint Condominiums. I’ve never had an issue with them at all.
Receptionists are extremely rude and cranky. No friendly greetings. Management changed thankfully though.
Security guard takes pictures of your ID for whatever reason. Stop this stupid practice.
Beautiful high rise building in a safe, gated location. Right by the intracoastal, so it has beautiful water views. This is an upscale building and has all the amenities you would expect. The valet staff is very friendly and fast. The grounds are well taken care of and always spotless. I would highly recommend this building!
The outside of the building and entrance is very nice. So is the lobby. Unfortunately when you get into the hallways and elevator it looks like a regular hotel. The decor is mediocre at best. The pool area looks very outdated especially when you look over at the other locations. Two days in a row they had no towels when we went to the pool. Reception does not greet you unless you say hello to them first. I say for the amount of money one spends to live there you would think they would do a better job. The view from the balcony is exceptional.
I have lived in this building for the past 3 years. I consider myself fair and honest. The management here never took responsibility for any of their mistakes, I my experience. I had a gate issue (the gate closed up on my car). Again, they didn’t take responsibility for it because of a form that states that they aren’t held liable for anything that happens in the garage. If anything had happened that wasn’t their responsibility then I wouldn’t have a problem but these are things they’re supposed to take care of. They also sent me a notification prior to a fee for having a broom in my balcony. We have been waiting for 2 months to get our deposit back and, like this, many other shady experiences. Various things have happened to me in the past with which they just washed their hands with. It is a nice gated community and the workers are incredible but the association is disorganized and irresponsible.
Really bad experience is a disaster
In the heart of Brickell. The view is amazing and the people are friendly. If you got the money of course
I dont wanna say its the worst place ever. But people are throwing up all over the place and the bathroom is disgusting. Neither does anyone care. I tried to talk to several people about the bathroom situation it apparently they have one funktional bathroom for the whole club. I had to walk to the gas station to use the bathroom. Im sorry but treating people who leave good tips is pretty much not working for them. Not coming back here thats for sure.
Ivy is a safe gated building. Krystal is the best!
Everything is awesome but they should let you smoke at the pool area and stay until 12 am instead of 10 pm
So close to The wharf, Brickel city centre etc. The lobby pumps fragrance into the air
Wow ...

An excellent place to live! A complete Condo where you can enjoy the entire complex. The best is the play ground for children! Amazing
I stayed with a friend. Nice residential complex in the city center. On the 10th floor there is a large free gym for all residents. As in many similar complexes, the entrance to the territory and parking are guarded and you need a keychain to open the barrier. Each tenant has a fixed parking space. If put in a strange place, the car will be taken away by a tow truck.
You feel in a world of mint! It is dark green and dark lights! Its clean, it smells pretty good.
