Who wouldn’t want to wake up to these views everyday! I’ve lived here for just over two years now, and this place is great. The amenities offered to residents are always clean, modern and well kept. The new management takes the stress out of moving in and even hosts little events/competitions for residents. Pier 19 is also extremely pet friendly and has an enclosed ‘bark park’ for your furry friend to play.

We rented a grill on June 29th to cook food for our family and when our brothers were swimming in the pool, we were told to leave the area by management. We had 4 people in the pool and no more than 9 people in the pool area. The day prior, we photographed over 23 people in the pool and pool area, most of which were not residents of Pier 19 and only 4 of which were black. They were never told to leave the pool but interestingly enough, we were. These young black men were not hurting anyone nor were they making noise and disturbing others. We believe that this was racially motivated and we are extremely disappointed with Pier 19 management. If not for the location, we would be planning to move out at the end of our lease. We hope that this never happens to anyone in the future and that this post motivates change.

We were a resident here for 2-years, then I took a job offer in Orlando so we had to move out. Then 2 years later, another job offer brought us back to Miami and we did not think of anywhere else that we would like to live again so we came back to Pier 19. We are already in our 3rd year renting here since we came back to Miami and again, we are extremely happy! The management team here is phenomenal. These apartments are a bang for your buck, especially how prices are in Miami. I am currently renting a 2/2 with my fiancée and again, we love it here. Been living here for 5 years and I must say this the best spot to live at in Miami. Current ownership & management are the greatest of all time. My AC wasnt cooling that well so I put in a maintenance request. Both the maintenance supervisor and property manager personally paid me a visit and even loaned me a portable AC to survive the night. The next morning Eric from maintenance came in to assess my equipment and got pro air to come fix it over the weekend.

I have lived here going on 1 year. It’s a beautiful property. New Management started in July. They are professional, and friendly. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly.The price is reasonable and the location is perfect!!A corner of paradise on the Pier!💙⚓️🌟

The best thing about renting here is the costumer service. But, also has great views and big comfortable units.

I was struggling to find an apartment when I initially got to Miami, but Nick, in leasing, actually found me! He called me up right as I was thinking on giving up, and told me about the place I’ve been in for 7 months now. My apartment, and time here, have given me no issues.The process of finding a place to live in Miami can seem so difficult, but Nick made the process very simple by providing constant communication and being super flexible. It genuinely feels like he has your best interest at heart. Even after I was done with the leasing process, he still remained in contact, and still checks in with me from time to time to this day. - I highly recommend him. If you’re looking for an apartment, stop by leasing on the first floor of Pier 19, and ask for Nick. You won’t regret it.

This place has been incredible ever since we first stepped in the door to view our apartment. Nick was an incredible help guiding us through the leasing process and was super personal in answering the 1,000 question I had. He made our move in process super simple and efficient, and it has been an incredible experience living here !!

Overall the building is just okay. Definitely over priced for what it is, the interior is very cheap looking and things are constantly breaking. The new management sucks, they are never available to assist residents and when an issue comes up it never gets resolved. Horrible communication. A/C is constantly going down for maintenance, sometimes for days at a time with no notice until day of. Dog pee in the elevator and buttons always broken so you can’t get to your floor. The one good thing is the central location.

Leaks, air conditioner problems, broken washing machines... dont let the shiny lobby fool you. This building is falling apart and management is holding it together with Band-Aids. Today isnt the first time both the water and air conditioner has been out for the entire building. Its great to have no water for over 5 hours during an pandemic so you cant wash your hands, wash dishes, or cook food.

Great apartment building at a reasonable price. I very much enjoyed living at Pier 19! It is only a 15 minute drive to Brickell. The views and amenities are fantastic and everyone who works here is very nice! Ask for Nick Valladares to show you around! He went above and beyond to find me the perfect fit for me.

This is a beautiful building in a lovely riverside neighborhood that is central to everything in Miami yet feels like a separate island. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have found this gem.

Me and my wife have been living here for the last one and a half year now and we passed throughout so many changes in these community. Most of them were for the better.Overall we are very happy to live here.We made great friends for life, one of them being the realtor, Nicholas Valladares, who couldn’t be more honest and care about the well being of the residents.I would say it’s fair to state that “Nick” has been a crucial piece of our happy living in this building. Not only because he provided us with everything we needed, from advices on insurance to how to fix small problems in the community. More than a realtor or a property manager, he is a good person.So is the front desk team, old crew that is here now, including Alvaro Valdes (10 stars for this guy!) that is always aware of everything that is happening on the FOH, to keep us A safe and happy community. The new Chief Engineer, Eric Lopez, has been welcomed with technical issues on the building, (On his 2nd week of work here), and we haven’t seen someone sweating as much as he did on the last few days. On his day off or not, he was here working diligently to make sure that all the problems were fixed.we are very excited to have the new management team. Thanks for keeping us in a safe and happy place! :)

I’ve been living here for 6 months and I truly love the building and it’s amenities. Never have I had an issue with the previous management and the current management is PHENOMENAL! I’m looking forward to all the new things that are being done within the building. :)

Absolutely loveeeee this place. Pier 19 is a hidden paradise! New ownership/management is excellent. $3 million going into property upgrades and the building is already upscale as is. The river & Marina is one of the most peaceful places I’ve been to, pure serenity.

New management is never available for assistance. Noise at all hours. Dogs pee in elevators & hallways. Tiny trash chute, no bulk trash dump accessible. Valet parking ONLY for guests and more expensive than a brickell highrise.

I have been leaving here almost a year. New Management is terrible than previous One. Trying to call them they don’t answer the phone. Leave them a message they respond. It has been 3 weeks for requested a maintenance for my apt, they don’t show up.Jacuzzi is not working every weekend or holidays. They don’t even care about it.
