Went to look at their apartment for my uncle. They apartments were very clean and the area didnt seem to bad. It is closer for me with work to check on him and also for my mom to check on him. The only thing I do not agree with which decline me to accept the apartment for him. They ask to have access to your bank account to retrieve the money for your rent. I am responsible for paying his rent which I feel I have done a pretty good job with the place he is living at now. My uncle do not have a bank account. He is retired. Based upon passed experience with giving people access to your account. I do not agree, people tend to take more than what is supposed to be taken. If they were like other places where you can pay other ways as far as money orders, cashier check or cash and you get a receipt that would be good, but to give someone access to your bank account to pay your rent is something new to me. I never heard of that. I know now most places you rent from you can go online and pay your rent.

When they picked up the phone they always had an attitude. I was told I had been approved for an apartment and to wait for a docusign.However, when I called back the apartment had been rented to someone else. They were rude the whole time. When I mentioned I was going to leave a review the agent asked not to leave a review because according to him it wasnt warranted. I asked for the individuals name he acted like there was something wrong with his phone and he couldnt hear me. Honestly such a waste of my application money ($55) and my time.-- I mentioned many time where I needed to leave the deposit because I am out of state. The person said we will send all information by email and not to worry that she would send this information first thing in the morning. That was not case since I was the one who had to call. Regarding moving my application to another apartment, yes I wasnt happy. How could I if every time I called I got someone with an attitude, and someone who was stressed. Its funny how now you are trying to spin what happen because I left a review.

Management is great. So attentive to my needs and so helpful with answering all of my questions.

Moved here with my roommate over a year ago. Very close to The hospital where I work at Starbucks. The place is great and the building management is always quick with anything that ever needed attention. The apartment is very spacious.... so much room for activities. I don’t think I plan on moving anytime soon.

Over the last few years, Adam and the rest of the crew at Nadlan Mgmt. have turned our family apartment complex around & in a very positive direction. Our tenants are much better and our quality of life here at our in our units is so much better also. They have been responsive to our maintenance concerns or needs and always seem to have the resources to take care of virtually any issue. They are consistently updating our building too and they keep us in the loop on what improvements are being made and when they will take place. Its pretty nice to know that If I ever have a question or concern, I can pick up the phone and talk to somebody and get it resolved in reasonable time frame. Bottom line, they appear to be about as good as I have seen in my years of owning.

Love these guys and will definitely be back in one of their buildings when I return to Miami! Super nice, responsive to issues, and flexible with move in and out stuff. They’ve put a lot of work into the building I was in too so now it’s an awesome place, awesome location, and awesome neighbors. It’s great to be living in a place run by people who know your name and who you are and are more like extended family than the typical Miami big company who doesn’t care about anything other than your rent check.

I hardly ever do reviews so for me to do one means the service was terrible or out of this world fantastic. I am currently moving across the country to Miami and have to select an apartment before my move there. I called Nadlan to get more information about their properties and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. No problem, people get busy I will call back again and hopefully get faster service. I called back and got connected with Marc Mieres. The more questions I asked, the longer he put me on hold. Then I asked him for more pictures of a property because it didnt even show the bedroom or bathroom online. He sent them to my email and they were from a google drive which was private and required access. I ask him if he could send them as a pdf and he said no. I said is there anyway they can be texted or even posted on the site and he said no. Then he said he had to put me on hold for the third time, which I was okay with as long as I would get some help because I wanted the property a lot and was willing to take it if I just had pictures of the entire property. He left me on hold for over 10 minutes this time. I hung up and called back then got service from someone else who said he was busy, which meant he planned on leaving me on hold and not answering. Next thing he got back on the phone and started asking me questions about my employment trying to find reasons for me not to apply saying that if I am moving here I will have to pay a double security deposit, which I said I would consider and then he said hes not sending me pictures as a pdf. Overall, I am an understanding person. People have good and bad days, which is fine, but the fact that I was treated like this for a property I was willing to sign for that day is crazy to me. They lost possibly one of the best tenets they would have ever had.

If you are looking for a property with unprofessional, unreliable, uninterested people who sit in the office and dont make an effort to help tenants, NADLAN is your place.They do not handle repairs in a timely manner. I had to purchase my own fridge, stove and microwave after moving, even after reporting the appliances were not working numerous of times and it was even loaded on the portal.If you are a good tenant, pay your rent on time and keep a clean space, they will keep your deposit and find any small things to charge you for, although not you.When I moved in, I paid $1600Why would they charge me $500 for my own appliances that I purchased.Damaged to the lower kitchen cabinet was not even damaged, it was duct taped to prevent mice coming in. $125Same thing with the AC closest, there was no damage, I just taped the outer edge of the doors where mice was coming in $200Removal trash & furniture from the property $100, the place was not swept or mopped, but all of my items were out except a a shower curtain $100.They hated that a good tenant like me left, i left professionally with a written 30 day notice and I came to the office and left a notice. I guess they needed the money more than I did! I was very upset, but they needed it more, so its okay, i dont mind helping the homeless.BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!
