Beware don’t buy a car from Cadillac of New Orleans. Horrible Staff, Horrible Service Horrible Technicians Horrible Service Manager Danny Giardina. Paid over $5000 to have the Air Conditioner fixed and this is the inside of my car. Took a receipt in for having it repaired correctly and the service manager called me Dumb for paying $1900 to get it fixed correctly.I posted my complaint on the Cadillac of New Orleans Facebook page only to receive a response from the GM who also fails to take responsibility for the poor service.I still have not been contacted about their FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE CERTIFIED SERVICES THAT THEY CLAIM TO PROVIDE

Though very nervous to embark on buying a car, the friendly folks at Cadillac of New Orleans were very patient and allowed me to slowly weave my way through my wacky process of choosing a car that made me feel comfortable.I appreciate the way they did business. She kept me informed about the service of my vehicle every step of the way. She even called me to follow up after my vehicle was returned to me. I really appreciate having her as my service advisor. I worked with Nikk in purchasing a Pre-owned certified Escalade. I live in Biloxi, MS and Nikk made the process so easy. Any questions I had were immediately answered and issues were addressed promptly. Conversations, test drive, financing and pickup of the vehicle were flawless. I would definitely purchase another vehicle through Cadillac of New Orleans if the need arises.

Service had vehicle for over 2 weeks. Was provided a loaner which helps tremendously. Service dept called and said vehicle is ready, it can be picked up. Went and picked up vehicle to find out that all repairs were not done. On top of that the work that they were paid for is not right. Contacted to get vehicle back in. Was told no loaner available; try in 2 weeks, they are backed up. Mind you the vehicle just came out of the shop and it was not fixed right and not everything was done. Waited 2 weeks and was told backed up, You will have to leave the vehicle, we will get to it when we can. We cannot do that. Now almost 2 months later still driving around a vehicle that was not fixed right and not finished. They were paid for the work done. Now that it would have to go back and get redone, we get this run-around. Too bad there is not another Cadillac dealer in the area.

I wouldnt buy from here. I came in after researching a vehicle on Carfax. I was ready to move and just wanted a firm price without all of the add one nonsense fees. They wanted to tack on about 4-5 thousand in unnecessary fees. I told them what I wanted to pay after putting down 10k, but the sales manager did not want to budge. Thats fine, I found a better version of the same vehicle about 3 days later and closed the deal by that weekend at 6k cheaper! It all worked out in the long run but I would advise anyone to double check the price and dont let them pressure you into a sale. Too many bogus fees! I am so glad it worked out the way it did though.

We are lucky to be alive owing to the negligent service of Bensons Cadillac of Metairie.We brought auto in for routine maintenance including tire rotation. Upon driving away the steering was off and we returned. Told they forgot to tighten lugs on right front tire. They tightened. I asked if other wheels were OK and was assured they wereCar sat unused for weeks as we are were in quarantine in MS. We decided to take it to North Carolina and had a crisis on the way after driving 300 miles at 80. Had to have car towed to Asheville dealer after tow driver informed us in his astonishment that all lugs were off the LEFT front wheel and one stud broken offThank God wheel didn’t fly off on interstate killing us. Got new wheel in AshevilleCar drives with wobble and wife terrified of driving after the above traumaGeneral Manager Spurlock will not reTurn calls and has not answered registered letter sent him two months ago. He is apparently unwilling to satisfy our fears nor even offer an apology.An awful experience. Please do not risk putting yourselves in their hands, owing to their negligence and disregard

Disappointed that I had to wait two days for my Radio to be replaced. I had to drive without my radio screen working while it was on order. I wish the radio would have been on hand for immediate replacement. -UPDATE-Cadillac of New Orleans reached out and explained the radio replacement process and shared with me the radios have to be programmed to each vehicle. That is why they are not able to stock screens for each vehicle. Thank you Cadillac of New Orleans

So after some thinking, I decided to trade in my Honda Accord for a higher riding vehicle. I knew Guy Montana for a few years and contacted him about a Jeep they had. Cadillac of New Orleans was very patient, over the course of a few days working around my work schedule without a complaint. When I was able to go in and close the deal, all the paperwork was accurate to what was discussed. No hidden sneaky fees. At no point did they force you to consider something else you wouldn’t have liked. Every single person from the Sales Manager to Janitorial were very polite and professional. You don’t have to buy a Cadillac to experience the service. Drive the distance and experience the difference this dealership offers you. The salesman allowed me to test drive without asking for my drivers license and when we returned then he asked for it and LOST my Class A CDL and acted like, no worries we’ll find it. He said we’ll find it before you leave but let’s sell you this vehicle now. I can’t concentrate on purchasing a vehicle, he just lost my CDL from his office to the copy machine. Guess what? They never found my license and they never called me, I had to call. Spoke with a manager who was new Alissa and she lied saying we checked all the vehicles you test drove when I test drove 1 just 1 vehicle. What does she mean? All what vehicles? He went to the copy machine and never came back with it but he had 3 copies of my License. I left a voicemail for the General Manager to contact me at his earliest convenience and it’s been almost a week and haven’t heard from him yet. They will never sell me a car because I’m never going to patronize them for not at least reviewing the video as I asked. What are they hiding?

We were scheduled for an 8:30 appointment and made sure we were a little early. The rep we’d scheduled with hadnt arrived, but Cristian saw we were waiting outside and made sure we weren’t being ignored. He took over the process and was incredibly accommodating, moving the car into our price range and always deferring to my wife for decisions. He was very respectful of our needs and boundaries, and my wife noted that he was the only sales rep she’d dealt with in years who treated her like a customer, not an”female customer”. We were out the door in 2 hours with a Fusion Energi. I don’t like traditional sales tactics... Cristian, a younger guy, was reserved and respectful of our finances and time. I hope I have more dealer experiences like this in the future, as it’s the best I’ve ever had.

I needed a new fob and there were a few other things that needed checking. I was greeted by the service advisor, Marie, and she was most welcoming and efficient in taking care of my needs. Later, while I was waiting, the mechanic, Eddie, came and explained the things that needed to be done to get my car back in top shape. Everyone I encountered was friendly and eager to help. It was a great experience at this dealership and now my car ride is in excellent condition, thanks to Marie and Eddie.

My wife brought her 2013 cadillac ats in on three different occasions and the problem was never fixed. check engine light still comes on after we spent about $2,000 dollars if not more. ac work was done and it has not even been a year and its not working again. service advisor told us the issues were fixed. check engine light comes on again the next day. now they saying its a different problem. im not saying it wasnt a diffirent problem. but find it hard to believe a day later its just that. how come it couldnt be diagnosed while it was in service. the service tech who worked on the car broke the windshild washer fluid cap, lost numerous plastic clips and they did not replace them. and also both air shocks that hold up the hood are broken as well and all that was working when brought into service.they had the car for over a month and its still not right. not to mention they didnt even offer a loaner car. our experience was bad in this whole process. i wish there was another cadillac dealer around here locally. ever since they sold this dealer and changed ownership from murphy cadillac it seems like the sevice has gone down. but i dont expect anything less from a benson owned dealer. best chevorlet sucks as well.

The gentlemen name was Kenneth, he looked directly in my face while the nice young woman was waiting on a couple. I had a really good experience with Cadillac of New Orleans their service department was fantastic. Everyone had really good customer service skills. Very organized did not have to wait a long time to drop off and receive a loaner car. I will continue my service with Cadillac of New Orleans. The only down was when I called to make my appointment the lady answering the phones wasn’t to friendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there but once I got pass her it was great.

My gripe with this dealership was that I waited here almost 4 hours for an oil change. Kevin checked me in and told me to have a seat in the lounge. I notice that my wait was long when another customer who got an oil change and a rim swapped out got done before me and my oil change and we got in around the same time. I go to inquire about my car and it is in the service lane on the entry side so that was red flag number one. I speak with Marie and another service advisor and they tell me that my car was never serviced and was not checked in. So they apologize and tell me the oil change will be free. I wait about another hour and Kevin gets me and tells me it was his fault and apologized. I wont fully blame Kevin cause this falls on the whole service staff here. The service lane is not very big so every time a car came in you would have to drive around my car to take it to get serviced. One would think a car sitting in the service lane that long would be a red flag but that did not cross anybodys mind. Not sure how long I would have waited if I would not have said anything. I did appreciate the free oil change and apologizing for the mistake. That is why I gave 2 stars in stead of 1 saying it should be 0.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Coupe from this dealer in late April of 2019 and as soon as they sold me the car the service went right out of the window! They were suppose to fix a few things on the car which included the rims (which I paid for) and a hole that was in the rear bumper.Zack, the salesman at the time, told me I could bring the car in on a Monday that he said was good for the rim and paint repairmen.I was given a rental car with a temp tag for five days but was told it shouldnt even take that long. Well it took 10 days and I was told 3 different times when it would be ready none of which were accurate.I asked Zack since they only had one key to the car if he could get a second. He told me he thought they had one lying around that he had seen and would try to go and locate it. After 2 days went by no key. I also had two tires that had semi deep tears in the sidewall. They wouldnt do anything on that either except put glue on it! HmmmUltimately I was lied to by several employees here.My wheel locks that were on the car when I purchased it were missing when I got it back. I have photos of before and after.I paid for the rims to be repaired and Zack told me that because the rims needed a little more TLC that they spent a good bit more on repairing them so they could not help me with a second key to the car. I didnt even authorize that. I paid for the repairs on the rims in advance on what Wayne Meyer told me it would cost to repair them.Needless to say when I got my car back I found the rims to look good and the paint to be so so so but I let it go because I was ready to leave. I waited a week to wash the car and only hand washed it. When I went to dry it I noticed clear coat peeling where they repaired it. I called back and spoke with Wayne because Zack was no longer there. Wayne set it up to have me bring the car back in to be repainted for the second time. All went well and I got my car back within 2 days.Zack even apologized to me telling me that he did not know why they didnt get this work done sooner and that if he hadnt been on vacation that he felt this would have gone much sooner. I would have to guess that my car was left a stray because Zack was gone and no one else made the money on selling me the car.On October 2nd I noticed the clear coat was coming off again.I called Cadillac of New Orleans on October 23rd and was told that a guy name Alberto would call me back to set up a time and its now October 29 and still have not heard back. Not happy with this experience at all.

Very unhappy with the service, I regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My car had a few things that needed to be fixed, still in the process of dealing with this and Ive called many times left messages. Still waiting for someone to contact me. The vehicle was missing things, unacceptable in my opinion when you spend so much on a vehicle. Customer service is NOT their top priority. If youre in the market I would take my business elsewhere.

I want to say that we had outstanding service here. Special shout out to our service advisor Kevin along with AJ and his crew of techs. They took the extra time to find and fix a problem that another area GM dealership couldn’t diagnose even after multiple lengthy visits. They accomplished this by riding in the car with me and listening to the noise that was driving me nuts. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem that turned out to be an axle shaft problem. We will definitely use Cadillac of New Orleans going fwd for our GM service needs. Thanks to all for going the extra mile!

I love Cadillac. I use to love Cadillac of New Orleans but the service seems to be declining throughout the years. The service department is terrible with communication. My car went in for service on 2/22/19. I picked it up a couple of days later, drove off and knew it wasnt corrected. Called for service the next week, went back in for service on 3/14/2019. The service department called at the end of the day on 3/22/2019 telling me my car was ready. I asked what was done, she said nothing, you need to drive for 1000 miles. I asked why it sat there for a whole week and nothing was done. She said the service department is busy. When I picked it up on 3/23/2019 it smelled like a cigarette smoking, oily mechanic. My steering wheel was sticky, I had two sticky cup rings in the cup holder and a large black scuff on the side of the seat. I dont understand how this all happened with my car just sitting there for a week. Also, the loaner I was given was filthy on the inside. I had to clean the windshield myself. The only things that get cleaned are what the onsite car wash touches (outside only), nothing else.I will most probably purchase another Cadillac in the future but wont be purchasing from Cadillac of New Orleans.

I hate car shopping and 80% of the time I tell the sales person to leave me alone after 30 seconds of talking to them. However after a week of test driving and dealing with some clowns; I found a great deal online & worked very closely with a salesman named Jimmy. I was fair & honest in what I wanted and in return he was quick, honest, and made my transaction very enjoyable. If you want someone to sugar coat facts and play games with you, than Jimmy is not your guy. I dont ever waste time doing reviews but finding a good car salesman is harder than finding a perfect vehicle. Worst service department ever. The employee turnover is very high for some reason. There is never a loaner car available. My wife and I both own Cadillacs and its so bad that we will not buy another Cadillac because of this service department. The location is convenient for us so it doesnt benefit us to use another Cadillac dealership. We will be buying different vehicles in the near future. Dont even try the collision center. I sent my truck there and it literally took them 8 times to get it right.UPDATE 2/12/19**Just tried to use Cadillac Service department again since it had been a few years and same result. This time I was told to make an appointment so that I could get my truck looked at. I proceeded to make an appointment the following week. So I dropped it off first thing in the morning and was told I would be contacted throughout the day. That never happened. Around 3pm I called a few times and after being left on hold for over 12 minutes I hung up and called back and I finally reached someone. They told me no one looked at my car yet. I responded by asking them what good is the appointment? They are the ones who told me to make an appt so that I could guarantee a diagnosis. Not only that, but no one called me at all during the day for any updates. This place has so many issues. Steer clear.

I drive a hundred and fifty miles to buy my car here.cant beat the price these people will bend over backwards literally to sell you a car at the price you need..never thought you could afford a Cadillac check with these people first before buying a any other car or truck.

Service department was friendly and worked quickly - I waited only about half the time I was expecting. And, I was able to use a computer and work while I waited in the customer waiting area, which was a great help to me!

After having a terribly negative experience at this dealership (service department is horrible and they attempted to sell and install numerous unnecessary parts) I then, 4 months later, receive a phone call from a marketing company in Georgia (on a Sunday afternoon) to discuss service options! Very unprofessional! BTW, I took my car to a private shop after the fiasco and they found a few loose bolts to tighten instead of replacing the front end control arm and bushings. They also told me that my coolant was fine and that my 4 day old air filter was perfect. (The dealership said it needed to be replaced!) I made it clear to the caller that I have no intention of ever revisiting this dealership and I urge others to stay away also!

Job well done, but a labor delay (illness) required me to rent a car for 2 weeks instead of 1 week for the repair. Too many administrative stops delays proceeding with the work. Need to streamline. Manager would not help with even a couple of days rental.

Ask for Leonard Young. While in Houston, he was extremely helpful with my needs in purchasing a Cadillac. He even continues to check in on me years after the sale. I would recommend talking with Leonard if you want a transparent buying experience.

I was phoned by the assistant service manager and told my car was ready. That everything on my car was fixed except the sunroof and that I needed to ride with the technician to help identify the noise I complained about. When I arrived, my car had nothing repaired on it. We test drove it and the technician was unable to identify the noise. I waited an additional 45 minutes for him to change the oil. The washer fluid was not filed and I still had an air leak in the rear tire which I brought somewhere else to repair. This is the third time I have brought my car in for various problems and it is the third time it was not properly repaired. My car is a 2017 ATS Coupe and it is still making a loud noise. $40,000 car and a big disappointment.

Purchased a warranty with the used car I bought from them a few months ago. Came in today to have some work done because my warranty information said my deductible would be $0 if the work was done at this dealership, I was also told this in person when I bought the bar.Came in today and was told they cant do any work to it because its not GM. Maybe make that clear when someone purchases the warranty? Thanks.

We cant say enough nice things about the service we received at Cadillac of New Orleans. We are from Texas, and felt so confident in our correspondence with Leonard Young, that we drove over 4 hours to purchase the car we had been looking for. Leonard was very upfront and honest with us throughout the entire experience, and there were no surprises upon our arrival. The dealership was accommodating and kind. We also had the pleasure of working with Felipe on our financing, and enjoyed every minute of that. I would highly recommend this dealership for your new or used car needs, as it was smooth and painless. It doesnt hurt that its around the corner from Cafe Du Monde, and you can celebrate your new purchase with delicious Beignets and coffee.

I came in for an oil change and was then quoted a price of well over several hundred. I was told I need things that did not have anything to do with an oil change. I was also quoted a price of $350 to have something glued back to my car and when I complained the price was dropped to $150 for the same glue. Horrible service. Prices were not reasonable. Will think twice before my next purchase.

Well I cannot say ENOUGH about my experience with Cadiilac of New Orleans!! Chris Russell did everything in his power to close this deal, and it happened!! With ZERO down! Chris helped make my family and I feel so at ease through the entire process and I walked out with the keys to a 2017 Cadillac XT5 ... They worked every angle to ensure we were getting the best bang for our buck & man !! .. did they execute or what? Small quite dealership, friendly staff although a little more high pressure sales then I expect from a luxury dealership but not overwhelming.Nothing to do with the dealership although I have always loved Cadillac sports coupes up until the current line up. The ATS is the only coupe/sportscar they have and unfortunately for the first time they have made the car too small. The cramped space of the ats takes the luxury out of the Cadillac for me.
