I always said I’d stick with Hyundai, as I loved my vehicle. But, after my car was totaled and I went back, I just didn’t feel like I did my first experience. So, with the recommendation of a couple of friends I went to Paretti and looked at the Mazda’s. At the worst time ever to by a vehicle, Paretti was the only dealership that I visited (and I visited many) that I felt they were being honest and cared about what I was looking for, never trying to sell me something more. From Brett in sales, to Cody in Finance and Pio and Shawn in Parts, everyone was friendly, helpful and to the point. Proud to say I’m a Pareto Mazda owner!
As someone who has purchased several vehicles in the past, I must say my experience with purchasing a vehicle from Ed Burrow at Paretti Mazda has been the best experience to date. I put in a request to see if a particular vehicle was available and within minutes Ed, not only, emailed a video of said vehicle, but called to verify that I received the email and watched the video. The process of purchasing was seamless and I felt no pressure to make a decision right away, granted I did. I had to come back to complete the purchase and pick up the vehicle a couple of days later. After leaving the dealership I noticed a crack in the windshield and called Ed about it, with the expectation of him telling me that nothing could be done since I have already driven off the lot. To my surprise, that was not the case. He immediately stated that it was a known issue and it was already in the works to be taken care of. A couple of weeks later I was able to drop the vehicle off to have the windshield replaced. There were a couple of issues along the way, out of the control of Ed and Paretti Mazda; however, Ed ensured that he’d keep me abreast of what was going on along the way. This experience has far exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to visit Ed at Paretti.TL;DR? She was knowledgeable about the vehicle, accompanied me on my test drive, and even came to pick me up when I had to leave the showroom for an errand. The Paretti Mazda team always takes care of me! Especially Ann, I usually stick with her when I bring my car in. They also let me sleep with minimal disturbances while I wait for my car in the lobby (the chairs are so comfortable and perfect for power naps). Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. I’m always pleased with their service. No complaints whatsoever. It’s been 2 years since I bought my car and I have zero regrets!

Really excellent service from Paretti Collision Center. They kept me updated on the progress. They repaired the damage for my car and handed over while waiting for a part to arrive. When the part arrived, they called me to return back the car so that they can replace it. I scheduled an appointment and brought back the car- it was fixed within an hour. Superb!! They handled all the communication with the insurance provider. Fantastic staffs!!

Great experience as usual. Only negative point was when I had to wait 10 minutes after checking out at the cashier for my car to be brought over from the garage and I had an appointment to get to. My car had been ready since earlier in the day but I didnt come to pick it up until after work. The service dept typically has it waiting out front when I get there and I just have to pay, get in and go.
I visited a handful of dealerships and Mazda Paretti was by far the best one. The whole process was quick and i did not feel pressured into anything. Ed Burrow (my sales contact) was GREAT. I went in for a test drive and he listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. He knew i was bouncing around testing other cars and he followed through and thought of me when they received a CX-30 that he knew i would like. It was just amazing customer service. I felt i was there with a friend. Cody was also exceptional. He helped me get the best rates possible and got me the best deal possible! Overall my experience with Mazda Paretti is beyond 5 starts.

For the last three years I was driving a 2004 Chevy Suburban, that had started to become a money pit mechanically, and I never felt completely safe in it. I decided to shop around and found two cars that I was very interested in on the Paretti-Mazda website. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Henry Reyna as my salesman, and I was beyond happy with the service he provided me. I was very upfront with him with what was in my budget, what I needed in the vehicle (I NEEDED a third row since I have three kids), and mentioned that my credit could be an issue but I had a hefty down payment. The whole process was smooth and I drove off the lot with one of the cars I really wanted the same day. Again, I could not speak more highly of the service he provided me- he was understanding of my needs and so patient with the questions I had. If, I ever need another car, I will go back to Paretti.
So after going from dealership to dealership. I can say hands down the experience we had here was amazing. The knowledge and professionalism of the staff was excellent, and I would highly recommend Brett to anyone looking for a car. I was looking for a nice vehicle for my wife for her birthday when we happened across Paretti. She immediately fell in love with a red Mazda CX-5, Grand Touring edition. I began the process, contacted the dealership, and made an appointment to see the vehicle further and test drive it. Cody Jones was our salesman and he could not have been more easy to work with. His laid back, polite style was so refreshing. We do share the same last name, but are of no relation, though he and I did joke about it. The entire experience was probably the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car and we will be loyal customers now and in the future. I called and scheduled service on my 92 Mazda MPV. My van barely made it there and they told me they don’t work on cars older than 10 years. They could’ve saved me the trip and told me over the phone. They couldn’t even diagnose the problem, or refer me to someone who can help. So Mazda wants me to junk my sentimental car with just 70k miles just because of a computer fault? What’s the recourse here? I never leave reviews but I’m seriously ticked off. The world is rotting around us and these corporations keep pushing for car sales not car repairs? Where’s the sustainably?

We were from out of town when our car broke down. Did not know who to trust. Had it towed here for repairs. Was updated with the issues by text. Was sent a link with photos and videos of repairs for inspection. Was a costly repair but they made the experience great. Ann was very informative about the whole situation. Great staff.

On June 20, 2021 (Fathers Day) my wife and I were heading home from vacation when our Mazda 6 Grand Touring started throwing codes and became undrivable. We finally got the car to Paretti Mazda without an appointment the following day. After explaining our situation with Ann Hernandez at the service department, she rushed the car in for diagnostics and found the PCU was going out. They overnighted the part, shuttled us back to the dealership the next day (thank u Roger) and had us back on the road. The level of professionalism and care that was shown to us in our time of need can never be truly thanked. Bought my 3rd Mazda from Paretti in October 2017. Loved the car so much and the service we received that we came back for another in Feb 2018! Timmie and Will were the best. We have visited the service department and they are also pretty great. Everyone at Paretti is friendly, personable, and willing to help out if you ask.
We are returning customers to Paretti Mazda Henry Reyna was our sales representative. He’s very knowledgeable about all the features of these vehicles. He encouraged us to go on a no pressure test drive alone unless we wanted him to ride. There was ample fuel in the car where we contemplated going on a road trip. it seems lately most of the dealerships I’ve visited leave their vehicles on empty for test drives which concerns me because if I get stranded I’m not walking back I would expect a huge discount.Henry and Sales Manager Mike King Made a proactive effort in looking up available rebates incentives, and bonuses to put forth their best deal. With that said, this leaves out the back-and-forth One may have encountered when previously buying a car. Reminded me of the old Saturn Dealerships. The deal offered was actually better than others through my own research.Henry, Mike and Finance Manager Mark Lee did not try to oversell on any extras, Mark did present options on warranties, only focused on the content, leaving the decision with us rather than pushing how we really needed these extras. I would like to see them moving to a more Electronic System as the paperwork seemed excessiveBottom Line it was a no hassle experience. We really felt we were taken care of with sincerity not just because we were spending money

Best car service experience I have ever had!! Everything was done through text message, so no missed calls and playing phone tag when you need quick communication about getting your car fixed. They were so professional and fair with cost of repairs. And clearly communicated all that was done. Really impressed with this group. I will absolutely return for future business.

Ive always had a negative perspective of dealerships (i.e. too pushy, WAY overcharge for everything), but Paretti Mazda was the exact opposite. Everyone I came into contact there was helpful, professional, and genuinely good at their job, especially my repair rep Casey. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were more than happy to only repair what I wanted to repair. (No pushing me to get unnecessary jobs done just so they could make money.) I was extremely impressed and glad to have my opinion on dealerships change!

I took my 2019 Mazda CX9 for 7500 mile service. After the service, I was told that they put in regular oil instead of synthetic oil (which is the recommended oil by Mazda, which I realized after getting back home).Also, they recommended me to comeback for another oil change after 3000 miles, which is again not correct.I called them to check if I really need to comeback after 3000 miles, they told me to comeback after 5000 miles.I feel that the service personnel are giving wrong information about service schedule and trying to get the owners perform unnecessary service, which will cost us money. Very disappointed with the service team for giving misleading information and different information every time.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and turned my car over for service. I was kept informed of the progress on my car by text and by the service rep. One hour later I was on my way. They also washed the car. Overall good experience.

I will start by saying that I owned different types of cars for the past few years. I had Nissan, BMW and Mercedes. I always service my cars at dealerships. So far Mazda Paretti is the best one. My service advisor was Ann Hernandez, she is super professional. She kept me updated thru text messages, she send me a report with pictures and videos on the things the mechanic was working on. The mechanic finished the work way before the estimate timing was given to me, so I had my car back sooner. They even gave me a discount without a printed coupon for it. I have a dash camera in my car, so I was able to actually see what’s going on. The whole time employees were working on my car everything looked neat and professional. I loved the guy who did my car wash, he sounded exited to do his job :) I just feel like everybody cared about me and my car. Very nice experience, comparative to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans.The only thing I did not like is the chat on their official web site. I requested some info and the person I chat with asked for phone number and email and never contacted me, but it’s not a big deal and will not change my rating for this company.Thank you Mazda Paretti, awesome job!

Paretti Mazdas Service experience is exceptional. They greet you when you arrive in the covered drive-in service area. The waiting area is beautiful, calm and serene. While waiting, the sales agent who sold me my CX5 a year and a half prior recognized me and said hello! He knew my name, the make, and even the color of my car he sold to me! That was very nice. Tim even helped me with a question about getting an ad on for my car. The service agent was extremely courteous as well and took the time to help me with a setting that I was confused about. Over-all, I am SO VERY HAPPY with my CX5 and that I purchased it at Paretti and now get it serviced at Paretti. I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought a 2019 CX-5 today with salesman Timmie Hebert. Easiest car buying experience ever and the team at Paretti Mazda couldn’t have been better to deal with. I’m honestly sad that I don’t live in Metairie anymore because this is the best service you can get. They are beyond reasonable and try to keep your car running in good shape for as little money as possible. Always gave it a complimentary wash even when I came in for a simple oil change. Quick service and everyone was always lovely. Miss this place!

Paretti did a great job to correct issues related to my purchase of a Infiniti G37. It needed the recommended maintenance according to the miles that Infiniti of Baton Rouge reported as performed but was never done. Paretti called me back and went the extra mile to be sure the car had the maintenance performed. Kudos to Paretti for contacting me to correct maintenance issues in my car. They earned another costumer for life.

Great new car buying experience May/2020. Most of the work was done online and by phone with Cody. We started by asking a simple question about the current rebate and finance program. Cody gave us a simple answer, no flimflam or double speak, no come in first and well talk. This was the first time we got straight answers from a car dealership, ever.When we came in everyone was very diligent about the pandemic social distance restrictions and apologetic that they couldnt give the more personal experience. When signing the finance paperwork they did exactly what we agreed on without trying to upsell gap insurance or wheel, tire or paint protection or any other weird add on. They did offer the real Mazda manufacturer extended warranty and not some oddball 3rd party thing.Weve bought many cars in the past and this is the first time we left a dealership feeling we were treated fairly. So good on Paretti Mazda and Cody Jones.

This was my first buy from Paretti Mazda. Without doubt, it was the very best car buying experience I have ever had over the past 35 years of car ownership. I bought the car I wanted at a price that was much better than I anticipated (and I did my homework). Thank you Troy Lyle, Cody, and Eric. They provided a very straightforward and transparent purchase. There were zero hidden fees or costs. No one gave me the “run around”. Brought my car in for a recall and a 50K mile service while I was there. Got in a few minutes early, they took me right away and had me out right at the estimated 2 hours. Was hesitant at first because I live 40 miles away and would have to wait, but they were punctual and fast. Highly recommend!
They only car Ive ever looked at and purchased has been nissian ( 3 total) well after 20 years I wanted something new. However, bring that nissian was the maker I know like the back of my hand I was lost walking into Paretti. Mike raved about how wonderful mazda is and that I should go home and do my research (go figure.) Well, I did just that I called my step mother in Canada and told her to look up mazda and tell me if I should buy and what issues they are known for (ie nissian transmission,) she called back saying mazda had great reviews except for resell but I tend to keep a vehicle forever if I dont get into accident so thats not a problem. Called my father he said the samething so guess Im now a mazda driver. No there was one issue that I encountered and the was with communication. I addressed my concerns with Mike and he did his diligence to see what happened and corrected the error with the mistyped number. I would say I feel like Im right at home but nissian only delivered great service after I made a phone call or two to cooperate, so I definitely will say I like what Im seeing and feel confident that I made the right vehicle choice.

My husband and I were blown away with how smooth the process was to get our 2019 Mazda 6. We live out of state and saw the car on Parettis website. My husband was able to call ahead and settle most of the details. When we arrived at the dealership, our sales rep Timmie was so kind and guided us through the pick-up process. I loved that he took the time to sit in the car with us and go over all the features. When we left, I felt like I really understood how to get the most out of the car. Excellent service and we would 100% buy from them again!
Ive owned a few different automobile brands over the last 25 years and can confidently say that this Mazda brand and Paretti dealership/repair shop are impressive. Their new showroom and repair shop are top-notch, as well as all of their extremely modem customer service tools. If youve never had a text with a link to a video walk-around of your car as the mechanic evaluates it, you are missing out. Ryan Vucinovich and his service team go above and beyond to make their customers happy and keep them informed. Ill keep bringing both my Mazdas back for service here for many years to come.

My college age son needed an SUV because of Nola / Baton Rouge streets and flooding at times . He has a great lil Civic but he had “outgrown it” and wanted a larger car.I hate car shopping. I always feel they r trying to rip us off, also I hate haggling and the process to trade in and buy a new car r ridiculous that U have to wait!Ed and Henry at Paretti we’re amazing. They were not pushy ! Ed, when I went in last week didn’t ask for my first born child ( information they usually want) and didn’t even call me to see when I was coming back.( which I hate)We did go back a week later and they were both wonderful. They gave me all of the options, we checked their price against Kelley Blue Book, we drove the car twice, gave us a great price for his Civic and we drove off with a beautiful, affordable SUV!Definitely the place to go!
I found both Josh and Timmy to be very knowledgeable and personable. I have had car buying experiences in the past that were definitely not pleaseant which is why I did not return to those dealerships. I would not hesitate to return to Paretti Mazda and I absolutely recommend Josh and Timmy.
