I just had the most pleasurable car maintenance experience with Mr. Shawn. As soon as I got off of the phone with him after explaining my AC issues, he made me feel comfortable in knowing that he knew what he was doing. He told me to bring in my vehicle the very next day and knew what the problem was within 15 minutes. He brought me out to the car and showed me everything and explained in detail what was going on. He called in for the parts and fought hard to get the most affordable price. He was even patient in waiting for me as I made calls to my dad and brother to validate my issues. Overall, my AC is now fixed and I am pleased with Mr. Shawn’s professionalism and expertise. As soon as you have a conversation with him, you can tell that he is a good person and is an honest mechanic. I have already recommended him to friends. I will definitely be returning in the future!

My AC suddenly stopped working one evening so I messaged the business over Yelp. Shawn himself messaged me back the same night and gave me a number to call the next day to figure out a time to bring in my car. After speaking to him on the phone the following morning, he told me to bring in the car whenever was convenient for me so he could take a look at it. I dropped the car off around 10:45am and it was diagnosed and fixed by 3:30pm the same day! While I was waiting, he also called to update me with the repair status, which I appreciated. He was very mindful and accommodating of my busy schedule as a student. Price seemed reasonable to me (especially given the timeliness, excellent service, and communication).

Shaun had the right diagnosis equipment and experience to quickly understand my air conditioner problem. He offered a clear explanation of what was happening and what could be done to fix it. His advice and repair worked and his cost was very reasonable.I’d go again if I have another automotive problem with my camper van

I came to this place because my ac was out and I had no clue why. I have a 2015 Kia Rio and as soon as I pulled my car in he instantly knew the problem. He’s very affordable, professional, and friendly. It took him no longer than 30 minutes at the most to fix my ac issue. I will definitely recommend and visit him again. Thanks.

Out of towner who had no clue who to trust. I tried two national tire centers but they were too busy. I was headed to a large retailer when the Google maps route took us right by Shawns shop. He made time to assess the problem, repair it, and get us back on the road without any attempts to sell us anything else (tires, wipers. etc.) Thank you Shawn for your professionalism, integrity, character, and friendliness.

Update: 7 Jun 21. After dropping my vehicle off for A/C repair last week, the same problem unfortunately happened again. Upon calling the shop, the owner insisted I bring it in straight away for a diagnostic and repair which was done so at no charge for labor or parts. Very professional, courteous & reasonably priced. We’ll be back again for any other automotive needs.
