Personally, wouldn’t recommend. It’s not that they’re overly rude or anything. But they are rushed, even when you’re the only one there.Not sure if the person I got was new or what the issue was, but the haircut I asked for, and the haircut I got were extremely different.The lady cutting my hair didn’t ask me if I liked it, if she should go shorter (which she did without my input), or fluffier (instead it ended up looking like I had 4 uneven strands of hair).Not a good experience, but it was fast… I would’ve preferred an extra 10 minutes to get a nice haircut. A lot of hair pulling. She used a razor on most of my THIN hair and made it extremely wispy (this is why it looks like I only had 4 strands of uneven hair) and the split ends that ensued…I hated my haircut and actually cried. I was so happy when it finally grew out. Never going back there again.

I do not want to have to leave a negative review but due to my experience, I feel as though I have to. I personally would not go back to this place. I have never had a bad experience getting my hair done until now. The woman was somewhat friendly but she did not cut my hair the way I wanted it AT ALL. I showed her a picture of what I wanted a few times, and I honestly thought all would be going well until I saw how my hair turned out. I wanted a pixie cut and I clearly got a complete different haircut. What she gave me seemed like a mans 90s haircut and I was absolutely embarrassed for others to see how it came out so I ended up going home to at least try and fix it but despite that, it still looks completely awful. I did not ask her to fix it only because I felt like she would have made it worse because it did not seem like she knew what I wanted. For certain parts of my hair she either cut too much or too little, and on the sides by my ears, it is very uneven; she cut more than she should have. Sadly, I am planning on having to spend more money elsewhere getting it fix. Simply put, very bad and embarrassing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend going here.

Like always Gloria is the best hairdresser. Very clean place and if you make an appointment you just go in and out!

The staff is very professional and polite. I highly recommend Aracely. My daughters and it get our haircuts with her and they actually look forward to it. My little one and it have very curly hair and Aracely knows how to cut it so it is even and grows.

App for appointment is very inaccurate.... 25 minute wait, but no appointment until after 2 hours... even after I walked in it was over an hour wait... very disappointed

Owners have not listed it closed and it’s frustrating during this pandemic and no communication at least but to have people drive there to find out. Or even a message on your answering service would be courteous! I loved this location but this is not acceptable

Charged a sanitizing fee when they should already be keeping everything sanitized. Daughter went to a color and cut, she wanted a medium dark brown and her hair came out light than she had when she went in.

Very bad outcome and charged me extra money... for base hair color and highlights. I was charged $50.00 extra....very bad experience. My hair color and highlights came out very bad....2 person did my highlights and came out 2 different types on both the sides....

I was charged $3.95 for Sanitization and not being told about that before taking the service. Really bad.

This place is horrible !!! Not only did the women I see not listen to me but ontop of everything one side of my hair is shorter than the other I came home to style it and it looks horrendous

Horrible. I got there right at 9 and when I came in, they took my name and immediately began working on each others hair for 30 minutes before I left. Why they couldnt do that before customers arrived is beyond me but Im never going back to this dump!

I love this Supercuts. Everyone is friendly and professional. Ive been going there for 3years. Even though there is a Supercuts in my town,I prefer the North Bergen Salon.
