UPDATE: Decided to try again with a different manicurist. I got a lady named Lynn & she is amazing! Pedi & Mani were the best. Request Lynn. Just left the Zuri 30 mins ago. I am beyond disappointed & a little upset. Excuse my ugly feet, but look at the dead skin left untrimmed around my toes. Overall a bad pedi. I may return tomorrow for a free do over, or at the least one properly done. BTW, this is only my 2nd bad review for anything ever!

OK theres so many incredible things I want to say about this place. I recently visited this place for the second time this month! The are very friendly here, as soon as you come in you would be greeted by Sam who I believe is the boss or owner! Depending on the day you visit it can be busy so dont come if you have a busy day or dont have at least two hours to spare. Do not hesitate to visit. It is costly but definitely worth it.

Quick and pleasant service! While I was getting my pedicure a potential customer came in asking how much it would cost to get their nail re-glued, the front desk worker did it for free! Goes to show there still are nice people in the world. Definitely will be coming back soon :)

Worst customer service EVER! They made me wait an hour to someone to acknowledged me with service after correcting them with how they painted our nails they had an attitude! SMHH! New management doesn’t care at all, My nails and my girls nails look so awful even after correcting this ladies I’ve been a customer since 6 years ago I’m surely NOT RETURNING TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PEOPLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Got my nails done here for the first time with my friend who is a regular. Its so close to where I live. I was able to find the exact color I had in mind before I got there. A good amount of gel colors. The owner was great. She was sweet and did an amazing job. Prices are high but it is downtown so that is to be expected.

I love this place, my sister and I go every couple weeks to get tips and SNS done and theyve always been incredible! I looove the manager, shes my go-to lady, shes quick, concise and always makes me so happy. My sister habitually asks for her, shes also incredible and always does a great job. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST nail salon to go to! They are always so sweet and wonderful! The salon is open and bright, comfortable chairs, and it just feels so relaxing. My nails always are amazing and unique! I wish I didnt live across the country or I would get my nails done here every month rather then every time I visit the area!

The place seems clean and they have a good selection. I also like salons the sample so you can get a better sense of what you would like to choose. Its also in really convenient location.

My nail tech on my hands and feet were really nice. I was offered something to drink and my daughter as well. Shes 9 by the way. We were asked what we wanted and the techs paid careful attention to follow what we wanted.

Best manicure Ive had in town for sure! They have a seven day guarantee for fixing chipped nails (I usually do SNS; they do the same for gel) so the price is risk free. Excellent service and very high quality nails!!!

Hands down the BEST nail salon in town. They took such pride in her business and has an amazing staff! Awesome experience! I had an hour to kill so Google guided me to this place for a simple pedicure. I called first to see if they had people waiting and the girl on the phone was so sweet and told me there isnt a wait and to come over. Awesome pedicure menu with lots of options. Price was right! We will be back.

They were incredibly professional from the appointment confirmation call, to the way they treated you as a customer. Something else I really liked- no gossip between technicians (personal pet peeve for me- save that for your break or when youre closed; customers dont need to hear about that).

I have been going to here regularly since 2017, and they consistently deliver the best customer service and perfect mani/pedi every time. The owners always make me feel welcome and special from the moment that I walk in. The energy here is really positive, with genuine southern hospitality, and its a big reason why I keep coming back, month after month. Horrible, looks like a kid painted my nails. Paint on the cuticles that was not cleaned up well. Then I was burned on my eye lid and brows with the hot wax. My eye lid had a blister. Then over charged! I should of went to my original place, but was pressed for time. So tried a new place!

Amazing!! Never a long wait. They take appointments too. Ive had a great experience almost every time. They work very quickly, but the outcome is always amazing. The prices are fair too. Happy to have been using this place for the last two years

Ive been coming to this salon since the end of 2019. Im glad I finally found a nail salon that superb and cares for their customers. My daughter and I had a bad experience with one of the technicians and the manager fixed it right away. My daughter nails looks amazing now! I couldnt be anymore happier.

I have been coming here for about three months now. I keep coming back because it is a completely pleasant experience every time: CLEAN, friendly and quality work. There are many shops closer to my house and work but I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Went there for the first time yesterday to get dip nails re done. As soon as I walked in, there was 3 employee sitting on the massage chairs not really getting up. They asked their usual questions and then gave me a book of colors and went back to the chairs. Long story short after that, my manicure turned out good but the guy was VERY ROUGH. Afterwards I had sore nails/hands for the rest of the day. Would not recommend.

I got a pedicure and manicure, and a set of dipped nails for my daughter on Sunday, this is Tuesday (they happen to be closed on Tuesdays) did not know until I went back to show them. The lady I guess mistook skin for an ingrown nail, I have never HAD ANY issue with an ingrown nail on that side of my nail. She cut and then ripped it towards me, my toe instantly started bleeding and then I tell her how bad it hurts and I have a high tolerance to pain.... And then she pours alcohol in it. I was so much in pain and my toe felt like, someone literally just ripped it open and poured alcohol in it. Terrible, will never be back, except for maybe tomorrow to show them in person!!! I feel like I need to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM, but I am sure they would only clean it and bandage it. And YES THIS IS TWO WHILE DAYS LATER, YOU THINK IT WOULD LOOK BETTER, NOT WORSE. I WILL BE SEEKING A REFUND, AND I PAID FOR THE BEST PEDICURE THEY HAVE. RIDICULOUS, PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR PEDICURES DONE HERE. I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO REST WELL SINCE IT STILL HURTS SO BAD. TO WALK OR ANYTHING. AWFUL. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED.

This Nails place is my go-to place for a gel mani. Every manicure Ive had here lasts for 2-3 weeks, never happen before. I definitely see myself coming here from now on.

My daughter brought me here and I was treated very rudely by a nail tech named Tom. He yelled at me loudly stop moving, dont move. I had barely moved. My daughter told him dont talk to my mom like that. He said I keep telling her not to move and if she wants, she can go to another nail shop. My daughter told HIM OF course theres many shops in Dallas and you are very rude. Needless to say we only stopped here because its a Sunday and its late. So all others Places would be closed already. I went ahead and got a plain short set of nails but WILL NEVER GO BACK, NEVER. Customer service is EVERYTHING and this shop has NONE. First time COMING AND will be the LAST. I cant believe how rude he is .... save your money dont waste your time.

Keep looking for better nail salons. Pedicure was ok. I got the sea salt pedicure, but it seems like theres no huge difference between that one and the normal spa pedicure. Just paid a $3 difference, but the nail paint was a bit out of the lines and just not worth it to be honest. You can definitely find something much better and cheaper.

By far I am very dissatisfied with the work done at this nail place. I went on Friday to have gel nails Coffin shape color black yet the man honored himself to just apply powder vs what I had requested. ( I’m not a picky person so I just went with it didn’t complain, thinking he’s the nail tech) little did I know he did a HORRIBLE job..nails looked dull and nasty no kind of shine to them, the shape was supposed to be coffin but were wide as hell looking just horrendous. I was so ashamed of my nails around people until I decided to go back Monday so he can fix. I paid $40 Friday. On Monday arriving again this man gives me an attitude and states I told him I wanted powder.. after arguing for a bit and him charging me another $10 for the color he states.. I just let it go told him to just fix them. One thing I do know is I’m not a nail tech but you CAN’T add clear gel on top of powder. Obviously that isn’t going to last making the color look dull. ( just imagine my nails were black looking like this!! SMH!) AGAIN I had to visit this nail shop again today because the gel was all broken on my nails. This man had the nerve to say I’m picky!! How the hell am I picky when I gave you several attempts to correct the problem, yet he has an attitude I told him to just remove the color off my nails and leave them off and he just did his own thing and added more gel. How is this gel going to last when my nails haven’t even lasted 4-5 days..??? Last time I go to this place especially after an overall cost of $59..NEVER going back!!They care NOTHING about the customer! Places like this shouldn’t be open for customers when the customer service is so BAD!! Think twice before going to this place! Going back to my nail place where they charge the same amount but they actually give the customer the attention and satisfaction!!! I wouldn’t even give this place a star. Not worth it!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

Perhaps theyve changed their staff or rebuked them because I dont see evidence of rudeness or unprofessionalism. Every time I leave this place I feel cared for like a family member. Like many nail shops, you have to find the person who excels at the style you want. Ive only worked with two techs, but both times my nails didnt look horrid before & after one week, which has been my experience at several salons prior to coming here. Thank you, Zuri Nails! I just got my nails done here like 30 minutes ago and long story short, I will not be returning. I did not see how bad of a job the guy did until I got home in decent lighting and I am utterly disgusted at how childish and unprofessional my nails look! This is the most I have ever paid for a full set and this was the most ugliest work I have ever had. The guy who did my nails only did two thin coats and I can literally still see my nail bed! Not only that, my cuticles look awful and he messed up on my shape! I paid $47 for very crappy work and I will not be returning. He was nice but the nail polish is sparse and the shape is awful. DO NOT GO HERE! It is way overpriced and you can find somewhere else that does a way better job for way cheaper.

Have been here a couple times with wife. Place is professional. I see licenses out readily available. Someone was making a fuss during my visit. I did not have a problem there during this visit.

I dont know what any of these women are talking about. Ive been going to them since they opened. I love this place, and Im not an easy person to please. Theyve always done a good job on my nails, never had a problem, and every time I go in they are packed, so the woman that said nobody was there, must have gotten lucky because that isnt usually the case. This is the first review Ive ever posted and when I saw all the negative remarks I had to post something positive. I think theyre great. As a matter of fact, Im getting ready to go there now. :)

This is the worst place to get your nails done or to get any service at that. I came in expecting to get a manicure and pedicure for my daughter and I and they had some foreign movie on that was extremely bloody that I found extremely disturbing especially for my daughter. I told them multiple times not to do my daughters pedicure until my nails are done and they persisted to do them anyways and got nail polish all over her toes. I practically had to get on to them for over 5 minutes to have them fix it. And then they had about four customers sitting down waiting to get service and the other two employees were standing there just watching TV. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. I am never coming back

Me and my daughter spent 2hrs here for my solar nails and her mani pedi..nails are crooked, didn’t use the color she chose, they are so thick they won’t dry, paid $45 for basic pink and white solar nails..will not ever go back. Very disappointed!

Got a pedicure and color change for my nails. They only had to nail techs in. Pedicure was great, nail color change was horrible. Nail tech did a sloppy job and wasnt even looking at my nails as he did them.

Had a very rude male manicurist. Asked for old acrylic to be removed. He pryed then off with a metal tool leaving my nails damaged and sore. I stopped him and asked for acetone removal he gave me attitude. He then painted my nails and stated i talk to much and moved me to the dryer.

Went in today and there wasnt any customers.... should have been my #1 hint to leave... but it wasnt.. the place was filthy. polish and dirty water splatters all over the walls! I got my nails done, a full set. In almost EVERY nail there were SEVERAL air bubbles. and 2 of my nails looked as if they werent even clear coated. (they were gel nails) which is a HUGE HUGE NO NO!!!!! I asked for a very simple chevron design on my ring fingers and i felt as if i had asked them for a gold diamond..... 2 different people tried to do it and they both did AWFUL! I was embarrassed for them! I also asked for my nails to be very short and not be sticking up over the back sides of my fingers and they are ALL well over the tops by about 2 cm!!!!! needless to say.... I will be back there after work to get them fix and will NEVER go back there again!!! EVER!!!

By far the worst nail salon I have ever been! The staff is rude and dont provide any customer service. I wanted a fill on my gel nails and the tech ruined them so they had to remove them. When I told the guy that the powdered color was not the one I wanted he got mad and did the worst job. I like my nails square tip and half of them are oval, yet he said it was because of my finger, like that determines how squared a acrylic nail is. Now I have to go Monday to get them fixed. Biggest waste of money and time ever.

Lady cut me 3 time and my hands still burns and hurt they even kicked me out at 7:00 when they sign clearly says closes at 7:30
