Had my nails done by Hannah and I absolutely love them. Im definitely going to be coming back here.

My daughter got her nails done on Labor Day and two days later 6 nails came off and the polish was chipping . We came back and they were able to fix them but as my daughter was leaving the nail tech made a comment stating “try not to take them off next time” . Like she purposely tried to take them off.Which didn’t happen. I paid $40 for them nails. My daughter knows not to take them off and she got them done.We won’t be back ever again!! & they’re short staffed so we waited almost an hr just to get seen the second time. Don’t waist your money

I went last Sunday and got a Heavenly pedicure the tech put a hot towel on my shoulders that left me with a 2nd degree burn. I notified them just to let themk know to be careful with the next person. They failed to respond with even an apology. Needless to say I will never go back.

Hana did an excellent job. Customer service was awesome. My first time here and I will be back. It wasn’t crowded at all.

Ive been going to red nails off and on for several years. The people are friendly and do an excellent job. I would recommend going early to avoid the crowd. Cash is preferred but the do take cards. Remeber to tip your nail techs.

I came in excited because I really needed a pedi and my sister who I came with recommended this place. Everyone was friendly and greeted me but I think the lady who did my pedicure wasn’t mentally present. She forgot to put the salt stuff in the water and didn’t allow my feet to really soak before she started cutting and scrapping at them. Then I told her I wanted a specific color and the color she used was dry but she proceeded to paint my toes with it. I let her know that it was lumpy and she just kept painting them. I told her to let me choose another polish but the same color and she kept smacking her lips. She kept telling me to get a completely different color but I wanted that specific one. It seemed like they needed a new selection of polish because as I went to go pick another color majority of the polishes in the polish center were dried out. I decided I wasn’t going to get polish due to what I saw until I discovered that I had a nail polish in my purse. When I told her I wanted to use mine she started to talk and make jokes because the other nail techs were laughing. The lady who did my sisters nails did a bad job as well (look at the pictures) This is one of the reasons why I do my own pedicures. So I won’t be back here anymore neither will I refer them to anyone.

My teen daughter and I had rather rough nail techs. The tattooed male tech seemed to rush and missed sides of my nails. It was very expensive. I’m kinda suspicious about how they have good reviews. All salons were packed and we really wanted to get nails done so...sadly we settled and we paid for it

I have been using Red Nails since I moved to the area in 2015. They have done a great job with my nails and toes. I get gel nails done every 2 weeks and pedicures monthly during the summer. I also get my eyebrows done every once in a while too.They have always acknowledged me immediately and have done as I have requested. I use my hands aot and beat them up pretty good and I rarely have a broken nail (unless I do something dumb) or chipled polish. I have gone there long enough that no matter who I sit down with, they know how I like my nails. Same for my toes.I tried several places when I moved and have tried others in a pinch when I worked in downtown Dallas and no one has done a better job nor have I felt as welcome as I do there.

Very pandemic observant the pedicure was amazing but my acrylic nails were crooked and misshapen

Everything was great except fot one thing (was big turn-off) My daughter and I had to ask them to use a new nail filer... we thought it was a mistake at first. As we sat there and watch other ladies arriving and getting service with used nail filers... It was appalling to see that they just don’t care, only if you point it out they’ll pull out a new filer.. A lady across from us was getting a pedi with nail fungus ... that’s a perfect example why nothing should be reused with other clients.. Most of the ladies were stuck on their cellphone and weren’t paying attention..

Got a pedicure done and finger print and smudge on nailpolish and some nails no polish on parts of them Went straight back they repolished I got outside and polish had glob of polish just on top and hair coming out of polish. Well I have been Regular client but wont go back

My first time here and it was nice! Annie did my nails and someone else did my pedicure. I changed my mind twice about the type of colors I wanted and she was still so nice and had so much patience. My nails ended up better than I anticipated. I love going to nail shops when everyone is at work or school, so it wont be as packed. They took their time and it shows in their work. Last week I went in for an overlay. I was serviced by MeMe. My acrylic was laid and shaped improperly. My nails are wider than my nail beds. The cuticle areas are lifted on multiple nails. (Causing me to keep snagging me and my daughters hair) My thumb nails are both chipped. And all nails have lost their luster. This is suppose to preserve my nails 😔. They don’t look natural. A great set of nails look good even when a fill is needed smh 🤦🏾‍♀️. It hasn’t even been 7 days.

Since the COVID-19 situation really not the same. I got my nails done Sunday and was convinced to get the gel nails before they last so much longer. These were my nails less than 7 days later (Thursday/Friday). I dont have a physical job all I do is type. It might be time to give this nail shop a break and discover something new.

This is a great Nail Salon. It is very clean and very organized. I have never had to wait. Tina and Sally are great at Pink and White or, if you choose, Dipped Nails. Holly is fantastic for pedicures. Cindy does great waxing of eyebrows. This is my nail shop. I always come here for my nails and pedicures.

Ive been going to this Red Nails for almost 2 years despite moving to Las Colinas a year ago. I always get a heavenly pamper manicure, pedicure or both. The last two times Ive gone Ive had to miss out on the additional services because of time constraints despite verifying duration of the service prior to starting which has caused me to be late to work twice. Upon realizing I make the 45 min drive to go to this particular salon for the additional services I decided to call and see if there was any way they could accomodate for the inconvenience. I spoke with the manager about how this is the second time this has happened despite having asked prior to starting exactly how long it would take and was told 45 mins to an hour. (We started at 2:15/2:20 and after the first lady drilled my gel polish off she had to go to her appt so I sat and waited for about 15/20 mins.) Being that I live 45 mins away, have to be at work at 4:30 and its 3:30 at this point I declined the rest of the service and downgraded to a basic manicure. When I asked if there was anything she could do the manager Ling Ling responded, nooo. Its safe to say I will no longer be returning. SN: my nails were sloppy and the shaping is horrible.

My experience at Red Nails was bad. The lady that did my nails rushed through the entire process. When I told her she needed to add more dip powered to three of my nails, she attempted but fail the second time around. She did not shape all of my nails the same shape because she was rushing. She Just did a horrible job. My pedicure was much better than my dip experience. I will not go back.

My first time coming here I got lucky enough to get Hanna to do my nails. I absolutely love her!! An amazing job! She paid attention to small details, made me feel comfortable and gave me the best customer service. Hanna is definitely the best nail tech I’ve ever had, strongly recommend!

Mimi just gave me the worst nail job I ever had...I paid for dip with tip...nails not straight no protect Clear on before applying powder and one layer of base and color. When I tried to correct her she did a poor job filing....Im never going back

Ive been coming to this place a year .Love Tom and his wife sweet people. Tom does Amazing Everytime. He is out of town .So the other lady did my nails. She cut me then didnt listen to what I wanted. I asked for long Coffin and thick because Im hard on my nails. Well my thumb was bleeding, my nails only lasted A WEEK. They started breaking off .I went in to show the lady Hoping to work something out . She only offered to soak them off. I can do that myself thank you !! What I needed was a Set of Nails that Im happy with. I didnt get that at all .So disappointed.Up date I gave this place another try I found Annie shes Amazing did exactly what I asked .Very Happy with customer service and her work. Initially gave one star now Im giving them a five-star!! Thank you.ill be back.

I went today and Holly was absolutely HORRIBLE!! I usually love coming here for a pedicure but today was definitely my last time. She was rough with my toes after I told her the paint was bulky and polish was all over my toes. She kept cutting the cuticle of my left big toe and then put acetone directly on it and much more that doesn’t even have to be typed because I’m never spending another dime there again!!! Needless to say my toenails are uneven and sore now.

Definitely dont have to worry about me coming here again!!!! First of all the lady that did my nails had an attitude. Cut my finger, then when I moved she looked at me like I crazy. The pedicure was only scraping my feet and a rubbing oil on them. The lady that did my feet was sweet, but the customer service here sucks. Then when I got finished i realized that one of my nails were shorter, she asked could she file the other one shorter and I said no, fix the short one. Why would I want 2 short nails. She ignored me and I told someone else 10 minutes later she walked off. They refused to fix my nails. Then I paid for my daughters nails and she wrote her name on them right to left! Who rights letters from right to left??? Never again and Im going to make sure I let everyone in Mesquite know about this shop.

Finally found Cindy who is The best! Will travel anywhere to see her and her team. Great customer service. She is attentive and cares about your comfort. Husband is sweet and the others are very professional. Even when busy, they get to you quickly. The only issue is parking, but its not their fault. Thanks for always taking great care. I drive from Plano to see them.

Turned my feet from a wolf to puppy.

This is my go to place for my pedicures. Im not a picky person when it comes to choosing who will do my pedicure as long as it come out good Im happy. Today was just not good the lady that did my pedi was nice but just seemed like she either didnt know what a pedi is like or she just did not want to do my pedi at all. Its like what do I have to do to get the service the person next to me gets I always tip well, not picky at all just wished I could find someone that pays attention to detail as much as I do.

The best!!! Todays superb visit was due to the magnificent skills of Betty, Mike and Anna. Those skilled technicians aimed to please. I try to get the same technicians all the time but sometimes they are busy, on vacation or ill and did not come to work that day so l was serviced by another tech. I have not been disappointed with their manicures, pedicures or waxing, in all of the years that l have gone to Red Nails.

I actually do like coming to this place,But the lady who did my nails today really, REALLY TRIED TO DO A BAD JOB!Theres acrylic/polish all under and on the sides of my nails.Cuticle of most of my fingers hurt.Literally, every nail has its own shape. They are all uneven.At the end, she didnt even clean my fingers from the residue of the products, nor put the oil they usually put at the end.Some young lady with glasses

I have to say, this place is pretty decent. They are hospitable as far as trying to cater to the requests given. I liked how we could choose what we wanted, knowing we would be charged extra for it. (Some places tend to hide that). Communication was okay, but not the best. I still think its a good place to go.

My mom and I visited Red Nails right before we went back to home to Shreveport and it was the absolute best service I’ve received in a while. We came on a Sunday (after hours) and was greeted with a smile and from the front to back door everyone was courteous and provided great quality customer service. There was no rushed job and Hanna is the best around. Anytime I come in town Red Nails is a stop I have to make.

The very first time I came in I was greeted by HANA and when I say she TOOK HER TIME and made sure my nails were PERFECT I mean just that! Her words to me were “I would rather have one customer come 1,000 times instead of having 1,000 customers come once” and she won my business over that day.... I’ve been 6 times since then and EVERYTIME she does them it’s to perfection! This last time I came the gentleman named TOM did my pedicure and the massage that came with it felt amazing...he definitely knew what he was doing! So I would recommend the both of them but most definitely recommend HANA for a perfect manicure(gel) SHE IS THE BEST!!!

I rate this place 3 stars because this was my first time going there and the customer service was amazing and I love my nails. Jenny did amazing! The only issue I had was the price at the end was different from the price I started with. I wasn’t informed on any price change through out the process of my mani and pedi. I felt that was very sneaky and you guys are eager for money. I appreciate you guys taking a percentage off the price but if I was informed throughout my process it wouldn’t have been a problem. Worst nail salon I been to & WILL NOT be returning. Me and my uncle came for a pedicure and got looks up and down by the staff and were treated rudely while getting that done plus my nail polish on my toes are LUMPY. I got my nails done by Ann showed her a picture of what I wanted didn’t get that at all and she asked me did I want this and did my nails even when I showed her what I wanted TWICE. She cut my thumb skin because she was so in a rush to finish and my thumb was bleeding while she was doing my nails and was super rough and quick shaving them down. The powder in my nails is lumpy not flat and my nails at the end are curving down. Went to a nail salon a lil ways out from my hometown and got told they couldn’t do my nails because y’all had ruined my cuticles and had to return back in 2/3 weeks for a new set. My uncle payed 45 dollars for a set of nails that I’m not pleased with and they are nothing what the picture looks like. Customer service was horrible and so are my nails and toes.

I visited Red Nails on a Sunday afternoon and from start to finish the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very welcoming. My nail tech was HANA and she was AMAZING!!! I got gel with coffin shape and the shape was wonderful. Will be returning for Hana for sure.

It was my second time here, the first time was Amazing! And my nails flawless! But this second time really sucked. The owner (she was not wearing the uniform) did my nails she kept focusing on people walking out because of the long wait that she could not focus on my nails. She knew she was doing a poor job beacaue she kept asking honey you dont like? I do better for you. . But better never came, and we all know that men dont notice when our nails are funky looking but that was the first thing my husband mentioned.

Never going here again...they dont do designs charge you an arm and a leg then wants to complain on a simple design a kindergartner could do after the job was done..talking about will charge extra next time. they have cheap card machines have to swipe 10 times before it went thru and we all know how embarrassing it is to argue and show my account info with funds to verify funds...their to busy talking to the next tech that they cut you several times during the session...a random person we just start doing your nail no introduction...and its always a male whos picky on your your nails because their too lazy to just do what you want them to do..and heavy handed as well...and Tran is the main one talking while working cutting people 2 time Ive been wont be going back especially if there gone to charge me +$20 to paint under my nails since they cant draw a heart
