I recently got my nails done here I got them done with white powder ( which by the way is more expensive) and the lady told me that they will last for 3 weeks Ive only had my nails done for 2 days and theyre changing colors I went back up there and asked if I can get it fixed she told me no refunds I didnt want to refund I just wanted my color fixed because I spent $60 she told me my nails change colors because I did my hair she looked at my hair while repeating herself . Im African American with natural hair so that to me was a very racist comment. I will never spend my money here no more. If your African American DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

Solar nail is trash I went there yesterday along with a friend. The only ones that are at least decent is the 2 older woman doing pedicures. I kept telling the woman that sits at the front, how I wanted my nails. I spent 70 bucks. I wasnt satisfied. Do not go if you want it done right without polish everywhere on your finger and no attention to details. You r wasting time if you go there. People spend there money they should be able 2 get good quality. Smh

2/15/16The nail shop was very busy today. They made sure they checked on me until it was my turn. She informed me of different services they offer.They were very nice. They did not have the type of nails I was looking for so I went next door to Sallys to get them. She took her time doing my feet. It felt amazing!!!!!! Customer service would be 4 stars. The reason why I gave them 3 is because. They had only 3 people working and the nail salon is kind of small. Other than that good place.

Only place I go to get acrylic nails, they are the best!

I came in and asked the lady if She knew how to do stiletto nails she said she however they came out crooked and not shaped well at all. so I told her she then tried to tell me that it was just my finger! how Rude (most if them are not even shaped the same at all! So are all my fingers crooked?! Lmao) I do get my nails done very often and have never experince such a thing! I do not recommend this place I do however recommend the place off of centerville (Oasis nail bar) They always do my nails really good I really should have just drove the extra mile...

This place is great they have always taken care of me for years. If I was unhappy with a color they would take care of it, and the best hot wax pedicure around. Awesome service!!!

I went to get my eybrows done and i will never go back. The wax was way to hot and she ended up burning me my eyebrow was swollen and red, she took some skin off. Dont even want to give this place one star.

I just left from getting my eyeybrows done. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This is the third time I have been there and the lady who did my eyebrows was obviously having a bad day. She didnt kindly ask me to turn my chair around but more like ordered me to. After she was done with my eyebrows, she didnt give me a mirror which I thought was odd but snuck a quick peek (not a close up view) in the mirror on the wall and they look decent. I gave her a $2 dollar tip still but when I got to my car to look at the work up close, I had little stray hairs she wouldnt pluck and there was wax in my hair and all on the right side of my eyebrow! Very poor job and wont be. Bringin my business here anymore.

Worst customer service ever! I took my mom her for Mothers Day, and the lady was extremely rude. They want customers, but they treat them bad. I would advice you to never go here, even if it was the last place on Earth. They did not have any colors to pick from and hardly no one was there. Stay away from this place.

Had to wait 2 hours. Only 2 nail techs. The owner is rude and does a sloppy job with the powder nails. Theyre very expensive. $40 and I didnt even get a full set. Got there at 3:30 and didnt leave until 7. They are super slow

Horrible service. I asked for a full service pedicure. Wax and full service. The lady did not get all of the dead skin. Painted my toenails before wax and did not do the hotrock massage i complain and ask them to do the service and make it right. The manager made it out like i was wrong excuse me i was going to spend $ for wax of eyebrows full set of nails and lip wax and pedicure. Im spending money to spoil myself. They are rude rush you through i wouldnt even give this place a one star. I dont complain but this is just unacceptable!!!!!!

Great pedicures at low cost

VERY RUDE NAILS BROKE IN HALF WITHIN 5 days OF NEW SET .. WENT BACK TO LET THEM KNOW & MGR WONT EVEN FIX THEM UNTIL HER HUSBAND COMES BACK & I HAVE AN EVENT THIS WEEKEND WITH 5 nails broken in half called back on them as well as BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU !!! WONT EVEN TAKE NAILS OFF FOR ME !!! NEVER COMING BACK ! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!!!
