I went yesterday for Halloween nails, the nails werent what I had envisioned but I decided to give them a chance and keep them for Halloween paid the $45 plus tip (dip powder, pricey for the nails I ended up with really). Just a few hours later my nails are cracked and peeling off! Not happy at all with the results and overpriced for such poor quality. I added a few pictures of the results and the reciept as timestamp proof. Sad about my halloween nails really.

My sister recommended this salon and i had my nails done with dip. It has been a month now and they are still strong as when they were done, theyre just a little longer now is all.

I wanted a specific look and I was determined to get it. I had visited 3 shops prior to coming here and the prices were outrageous. One location didnt even understand what I wanted. I happened to be in the area and called Art Nails. I came to the location and showed the picture of what I wanted. He thoroughly explained the method and I loved how they came out! Everyone complimented me on my ombre nails.

First time visiting this nail salon. Showed Ann what I wanted and she did just what I asked for!! Love them!!

Got my nails done 4 DAYS AGO. The man messed up my nails 3 times before I decided to just leave. Then now they’re all popping off. The top coat is peeling. And I have them white so they’re very noticeable. I call he says ok he can fix it and to come in. I came in about 1:45pm. He remembers me. Then tells me no he’s not going to fix them because they’re all off. Like DUH we just talked on the phone about this exact thing. Very unprofessional. He just walks off mid me talking so I walked out cause I don’t wanna go off on his lil a**. I’m a black woman. Y’all already know how that woulda gone.

Please change the online website close time to 7 pm if that’s the time you guys close now!

I went to this mail place for unprofessional they discuss their customers while others are there! Secondly I have 3 nails that broke in less than 24hrs of having them on and lastly I complained to the man who did them telling him I didnt believe there was enough glue! $40.00 wasted😢 and I dont have money to waste!

My nails always come out very nice and I never have a problem, but pedicures are below average. They used to do good pedis. Chair #5 massager doesnt work well. Nail tech left alot of dead skin under my feet and on my toes. Also she didnt give a good massage, more like she was petting me lol. She probably was more interested in the talk show on the tv...

The girl painting my nails that look down when I went to go do my toenails and my nails were like ruffling then she tells me that she cant use the the fingernail polish then she tries just taking it smearing it all over my hands and then so I left just like this Im going to post a picture very very poor customer service they definitely do not care if youre happy or not theyre just rushing through

Had a very good experience! It wasn’t busy when I went it. Was hesitant because of some of the reviews, but I loved my nails! They are shaped nicely & evenly, which is something that I am very picky about! I had an older gentleman with glasses do my nails. I will be back to this salon!

Michael is where its at for nails and pedicures. Ive been to alot of other nail salons in the area but they just dont compare to Michael. Hes always so sweet and does a really good job.

Mich (forgot the correct spelling, tall gentleman with the slender face and kind eyes) did a AMAZING job on my nails. Im from LA, California visiting so Im pretty picky with nails and know good quality. He was kind and did exactly what I wanted. Definitely excited my expectations for this shop. I absolutely recommend him if youre going to this location. 12/10, will be coming here on my future trips.

My girlfriend and I went to here, it was my first visit, i just loved it.As soon as we walked in everyone said hello and wanted to know what we wanted to get done.We waited for about five minutes before we got started and the work was amazing.The deluxe package was well worth 30 dollars.I will be visiting again.Thanks

Have been going there for years but after today’s experience doubt I will return. Tracy is very good but apparently she is the only one doing eyebrows and even if you have an appointment she will take all the eyebrow jobs first. Today I had a 12:00 appointment for a pedi, at 12 she said she would be with me in a minute and disappeared, figured she went to lunch and even then I wasn’t annoyed. At 12:32 she took an eyebrow job, finished and came and got me and I sat down in chair. She proceeded to take 3 more eyebrow jobs. When another lady sat down I asked her if she was going to do her too and she said yes. At that point I just got up to leave and she asked “why” I was leaving! Know Tracy is very good but my time is valuable too. Let me add, this happens ALL the time but today I had another commitment and could not wait any longer.

Ive always liked this salon in the area because of its cleanliness but felt completely TAKEN ADVANTAGE of here. My teenage daughters first time getting what was requested a normal natural nail manicure and pedicure I specifically asked for and I leave for few minutes to run an erron during the sunday wait. I come back to have had my daughter had the most expensive service done NOT WWHAT I ASKED FOR. My daughter said she just agreed because she thought I had already told them what we wanted and shed never had them done before so she didnt know.

Been coming here for over a year now, they all are pretty good! Well today I went and Lucy was kinda rude! She has never messed up my gel manicure like she did today! It’s all lopsided and some hanging off the side! She huffed and puffed! I asked “are you ok” she said she was tired. Then her colleague proceeded to talk for her... saying they hadn’t had lunch and it was very busy! Like... ok! This is your job! The field you decided to work in! So yea... Lucy will NEVER do my nails again! Saddest manicure EVER! That’s all....

Very clean place. But 25 dollars - to get my toes done with chunky nail polish. I will never return here. It’s awful. Didn’t even notice until I hit the sun outside that it looks horrible.

I have been here twice. My first experience was awesome the gentlemen who did my nails was nice, genuine and took his time to do a good job. My second experience was today I was not a fan. First off they dont even know who is next they say NEXT thats unprofessional have someone be in charge of seeing who is next and what service they need. Second the lady handed me a beat up book with missing colors (I get nexgen) i ask if they have more colors she tells me no. Are you serious? You only have like 28 colors total? Thats a joke and they arent even good colors, to many sparkles and mostly all the same shade. And I was feeling very rushed on choosing my color. Third the lady who did my nails was very rough. She hurt me 3 times. The plus side; They are cheap ($30) and they massage your hand/forearm with lotion. I wont be returning.

I had a horrible experience. I waited for 3 hours at my cost. They kept taking others ahead of me when I confronted Tracy the owner she laughed in my face in front of everyone. I suggested a sign in book several times. They did not even sanitize thier instruments before using them on other customs. I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. I wouldnt even rate it a one star!

I have always had my nails done here and today this new guy, didn’t get his name but he sits on the first chair in the middle row, did my nails. Needless to say it looks like a 5 year old did my nails. He was more concentrated on the TV than doing his job. He cut me twice! After I told him to fix my nails they came out looking worse than before... do NOT let this guy do your nails. I’m going to start making an appointment for Tracy. She’s the best!

I love the eyebrow lady very good work. I got a pedi and a full set didnt have a problem. The young lady who did my toes and nails did a very good job. I will be returning.

This place is a horrible place to get your nails done!!! I was trying to do my nail and after cutting my nails they refused to continue. They refused to do what I wanted and stood up from the chair and told me that I cant continue.They are very rude and they dont take the time to care for your nails properly. I recommend going a different place if you want to get your nails done.

Normally this is a great place, but today the regular staff that Im used to wasnt in.......I decided being my off day I would utilize my Mothers day coupon my daughter got me and get a eyebrow wax and pedicure.......needless to say that didnt happen......i was quoted 3 different prices on my nails, then i had the gift certificate out on top of my wallet and the lady just took it and disregarded the other requested services outside of the gift certificate. I sat and waited as other customers were waited on and work finished. Now Im stuck still needing an eyebrow wax and pedicure with matching polish. I will never go back after today!

They are sloppy as ever when doing a fill. My nails were uneven. I even tried to be fair & try them a second time with a different tech. Never again. My 2 yr old could do better.

I would highly recommend this place! Theres one guy that has been doing my nails for 6 months now. I come during the week and barely have to wait.

I just really love themI am 27 I have never had a fill in my life I would always get the nails for a special occasion and within a week I would take them off b/c Im a nail biter but one month ago I git them done and 2 weeks later they were still strong and still on but they grew so I got a fill and kept them 2 more weeks they are still on I am going to have them take the old ones off today and place new ones on for another month and btw my real nails are the longest they have ever been in my entire life 😊😊😊😊#happycustomer

Went in and no one greeted me. 7 minutes later as Im just standing there, finally a lady says something to me and asks what I want. I decided to try a different place since my first impression here was noT good. Super unwelcoming staff. I took my business to a nail salon a couple miles from there and now I spend $80 every two weeks on my nails somewhere else and my new nail tech is great. Will never give this place a second glance. If thats how they welcome new customers Id be afraid to see the work they do.

Ive been coming to this place for years and I must say this place has really fell off with its new employees . Yeah there nice and all but I swear I just got a Manicure that was Rushed Thru again, yes, I said again because the last time as will when I came for a pedicure the lady rushed thru it didnt even clip my toe nails . I had the nail polish removed when I came in that day to make it easier on them but what do they do ? Rush Thru It . So I told myself that this well be the only place I get my brows done at atleast but once again, I was not satisfied my last 2 visits for my brows . Its ridiculous ND I thought my sisters nail salon was something else, nawh I still dont like how they did my brows . Screw that .

Today, September 24 2017, weres 7 cus timer waiting outside and a male who open the place fit,tall, probably 510, open late 12:15 and was not friendly at all he was trying to rush his service doing a horrible services not even the half the service was made done, trying to give me the $16.99 service and charging $20 O have to stwo out and he came to me and rude mannerisms collect the money for a service that he was not giving correctly please IS NOT A CLIENT FAULT THAT YOU CAN NOT BE PROFESSIONAL ON TIME, AND YOUR CLIENT DESERVES THE BEST

Got my nails done here twice. The first time, they were pretty but a nail completely popped off (ripping my real nail off with it) within 2 weeks. Got my nails done again and got the chrome powder. Its pretty, but a second coat should be put on because some nails are darker than others. Once again this time, a nail popped off. Tonight was my grandmothers first time getting her nails done here. She was going to get a Mani and Pedi. During the pedi, the man forgot the base coat and my nana had to remind him. After the polish, he forgot the top coat. Onto the mani... The man had NO idea how to take my nanas fake nails off, so she had to do it herself. The manager came over and didnt say anything or bother getting another person to help my nana. My nana got up and decided not to get the mani because the man had no idea what he was doing and the manager was rude. She wont be returning and I probably wont be either.

I would not recommend this place AT ALL! I stopped by to get a full set of nails Wednesday evening since I was in the area. (Ive never previously been there.) Needless to say, its Sunday and Ive lost a total of 3 nails while on vacation. Such a disappointment!!!!
