Service was great. Signing up was easy and the receptionist answered the question I had with clarity. Its the first time my little sister got her nails done ever. He did my little sisters nails based off a picture and he did great! He said they were sassy! We are both impressed by how well her nails came out. Price point is very good too. Color me impressed!

My first visit wasn’t the best but, Tom really made it up for me. He was very quiet but so professional. He asked multiple times if I was okay and happy with the shape and size…. I’m very simple…. Thanks TomMy nails came out great!

This is my new nail spot... Ive gone 3 times now and Im definitely going to continue. I fall asleep in the pedicure chair every time. The techs are very good at what they do. I only get an overlay on my hands and I work in a place where I deal with a significant amount of heavy items. My nails havent cracked, chipped, broken, etc... NOTHING!! The only downside is customer service over the phone is terrible at best. Trying to book an appt is a struggle because of the significant language barrier. I tend to book fave to face because of that.Overall, highly recommend.

The technician (Kathy) who did my pedicure did an excellent job and she made sure I was clear as well as satisfied with what I wanted. I am very picky and I felt very comfortable. I just moved to Texas and I just fell in love with this nail salon . I made it five minutes before they closed and they gave me excellent service. They didn’t rush me out the door. She took her time and made me feet feel wonderful. It so relaxing at this nail salon . I can’t wait to come back and bring my teenage daughter . I am picky so if I’m giving them five stars then it’s a A plus for me .

I expected more quality work when getting acrylic nails. Sadly I paid 50 dollars for back nails. The nails werent coated well they only did it one time. The button of the nail was clean up. Still had left over powder mix left until 3 of my nail. Im never at nail care so I didnt say anything and trusted the process. I regret that ever going there again. The smell of the chemicals were very strong made me feel nauseous. Im taking the nails off and its only been one day.

This was a double whammy experience. They had a unique organization of their waiting list, which was just different, not good or bad. The nail techs were definitely not afraid to dig into those toes and get those ingrowns out if there, which was appreciated, as many salons are hesitant. However, my friends toe was bleeding 3 days after we visited. His tech did what she needed to to stop the bleeding there, but his toe was tender for two days and required band aids and ointment for 4 total days. He didnt say anything while there, so I had no idea how bad it was, we really shouldnt have been charged full price if at all. Additionally, there was a bit if pressure to nearly MAKE you get the gel polish for the $12 upcharge. If I do not want gel polish, accept my decline and paint on please. All that said, I will likely return but may not be able to convenience him to join me, and ultimately if hes out. PS. Appreciated the vintage fashion show on the tv though.

This was my 2nd time going to this nail salon for a nail dip mani/gel pedi. Overall, I like my nails. However I had a rather painful experience. I splurged on their “I Deserve The Best” pedi. They used scalding hot water, so everything they used with hot water (towel, hot stones, lotion in a bag, etc) at first touch was painful for me. My feet are not tender and this isn’t my first pedi by any means. They didn’t bother to check the temp for the other hot treatments after seeing me in pain the first couple of times and I didn’t appreciate that. I get it was busy but it felt like torture lol. I was telling myself “Beauty is pain!” My pedi came out nice after my first layer of skin was practically stripped off so to speak, but I won’t go through that again! My nails were dip, they didn’t have the color I wanted which was fine I guess. But they helped me find another color which I appreciated. However, my nail tech cut into my finger with clippers and I bled a lot. They tried to treat it with alcohol and some other stuff to stop the bleeding. But I kept bleeding out and they still dipped my finger into the dip and my blood was on the clear nail polish they use for the dip. I personally feel that was unsanitary so I can’t even begin to imagine what else was in that dip powder from other clients. Eventually the bleeding stopped but it still hurts. I’m glad it’s not my dominant hand. But my nails and my pedi look beautiful!? I won’t come back here because of my experience.

I spent $114 on my nails and toes first three days one broke I called and asked if they could fix the next day they said yes but the person who did them (TRACY) called in sick the next day someone else had to fix them its been 4 days since then and my nails are already chipped I will NEVER recommend this place is a rip off Im very disappointed

Mary was amazing!!! I have passed by this salon so many times & Im glad I finally stopped. The salon is super clean. Mary took her time & was extremely detail-oriented. My feet feel like theyre brand new!!! I seriously want that massage chair in my house; I was so relaxed, I felt like jelly walking out of the salon. It has been a long time since Ive treated myself to a pedi. I wont wait so long since this salon is about 5 min from my home. I was persuaded by all the positive reviews for this salon & I hope my review helps someone else to take a chance. I so recommend Mary & Nail Spa.The only that could have been better is if another patron had left her very young son at home with a sitter. He kept getting into things & being super loud but his mother did absolutely nothing to curb the annoying behavior. I suspect other patrons felt as I did.

I went in yesterday (12/19) and Tracy is the one that did my nails. First I’d like to say, I love how friendly she was and making conversation with me. Second, when it came down to doing my nails, she took her time with them and made sure she did her best. I’ll definitely be returning soon and I definitely recommend!

I have had the delight of coming to this spa a few times over the last couple of years. The first time I visited, Hannah took incredibly good care of my hands. Today, I was impressed with the way Johnny took care of my feet. My boyfriend and I haven’t encountered any other spa with this level of detail orientation.

Got the aromatherapy spa pedicure and it was great! Mary was my technician and she was very polite and kind. Took her time on the massage and didn’t try to rush through it. My toe nails came out great too!

First time at this location, and it was in and out, in the best way. Mary did my toes in the case so gentle and respectful. Meanwhile Neil did my nails and he nailed it with reference and made sure I was satisfied with what I was getting.

My technician did my nails perfectly. Just flawless. I will definitely be going back again and again. She also waxed my untamed eyebrows. She’s also sociable so it makes for a pleasant experience.

Kathy gave me a very good pedicure. I always have ingrown nails which she carefully took care of and she is very gentle. The wait is always worth it. The front desk lady was very professional and friendly.

I was sent from Nini Nail Spa because they were short staffed. Wasn’t too far of a drive and I was serviced right away. The only complaint I have was one of the nail techs was digging in her nose, wiped it on her pants and then began to service a customer without washing her hands. Because of that I’ll never go back but my tech was amazing. I tipped accordingly as well.

My initial visit was great (pricey) but I was impressed. So much so Id thought Id found my new nail salon.. however my 2nd and last visit occured today 08/15/21 .. i checked in @3:30pm and the front desk manager was PROFESSIONAL and thorough but after 2hrs I sit here irritated and frustrated. I waited for Karen for 2hrs only to be told that SHE WASNT AVAILABLE... So my daughters and I continue to wait so thwy atleast can be surviced.. But this will be my final visit to the NAIL SPA .. theres Not enough WINE OR CANNED SODA TO make up for subpar customer service. BEWARE !!

I wanted to get my nails done after taking a break for a bit and just Googled ones near me. I came across this salon and decided to give them a shot. I have now found my new spot! Mary did my pedicure and was so incredibly sweet and I honestly don’t think I have ever had such an amazing massage on my calves and feet while getting my pedicure. Her hands are amazing! The technician who did my nails didn’t have a name tag and I failed to get her name but she too was absolutely amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and not only is she fast but she did my nails perfectly! After my gel was done in the light, she grabbed some lotion and gave me a quick forearm and hand massage. I have not been to a salon that does this and let me tell you, I don’t want to go anywhere else now! Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!!

I never write reviews on a place even if I had a bad experience but omg this place!!!! First of all, they do not sanitize their tools!!! If the tools don’t come in a blue sealed baggy, their tools are not sanitized!!! I went here because of the reviews 4.5 stars…which means its a good place right? So as soon as we walked in, the place looks so dirty!!! But I gave the place the benefit of the doubt! I didn’t want to judge a book by its cover! I just went for a pedi, I’m not saying they’re all bad but the lady that my mom and I got did not do a great job! They didn’t cut my cuticles, the polish was clumpy and she didn’t even clean the excess polish around my toes! All I had asked for was for a basic pedi with white nail polish and they couldn’t even do that!! I also took my mom with me and she specifically asked for gel pedi and mani and they didn’t do that on her, they applied regular nail polish!!! I didn’t know until we left because she didn’t tell me until we left, if not I would’ve told them! They also cut her and didn’t clean around her toes and hand fingers!!! PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! I don’t know how they have a 4.5 star rating on here to begin with! I ended up going to my original nail spa (D Crown Nail Bar to be exact) to get everything fixed!!!!!

Went in for acrylics and I love the work they did! I had a very nice nail tech that knew what he was doing. He made sure I was happy with what I got and paid attention to every detail. Will definitely be coming back!

The nail techs were friendly but my acrylic nails did not last but 3 days and for what I paid it should have definitely lasted longer. The first one that broke was redone with no cost, but then a couple days later my nails were breaking off one by one. It was ridiculous that I paid $60 for my nails to break off a few days later.

Haven’t had a chance to write my review because I was on vacation out of the country but I’m sure the nail tech can easily identify who I am based on the loud lemon lime color I chose….she told me it would be glow in dark and I had to pay extra which wasn’t a problem the problem was when it hit night time and my nails DIDNT glow on top of them not being shaped correctly and curving to the ground like a banana I definitely wouldn’t come back !

My toes look great and my feet feel soft, but my dip nails are crooked, some have bumps, there are gaps between my cuticle and the nail, she didn’t fit my nails right some are too big and some are too small. She did them while I was getting my pedicure, which I wasn’t a fan of.Just wasn’t worth what I paid for. I definitely won’t come back.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had with a nail tech in a long long while! The staff was warm and welcoming and they just really know how to make an ol’ gal like me feel like a million bucks!..and I didn’t get her name but the employee with the little nose piercing was an absolute doll and she helped make the evening so much more pleasant due to her excellent service! The experience was so-so for me. It was close by so I stopped in. There wasnt a long wait. The lady who did my nails was nice. After sitting under the dryer, I had to have a few nails touched up. Due to the way the polished was applied, the second coat looked withered. Not sure Ill go back, but it wasnt a bad experience. Also, as I suspected, they are offering a discount if you write a review. To be clear, I did not receive any discount for this review. Went here because I heard spider was good and my friend came and decided I should give it a try. Looking at the reviews I was excited and I thought my nails would look great. It went totally wrong and I am very disappointed. First of all the first time he left my nails very lumpy and you could see parts where the powder wasn’t even. ( I do not know the name of my tech. But he was on the left side ) he was very kind but the work was not worth the price. ($40 for dip) I told the man at the front and he sent me back to fix them. They looked a little better but it was still not what I asked for and the shape was not even coffin. I was frustrated so I left it at that. My friend also gots hers done and spider did not even clean all the powder she left on her, compare the sizes, ask her the length and he did everything In a rush cutting her skin. I would totally not recommend this place and I will not be coming back.update- First of all I NEVER said I LOVED them. I would never waste my time trying to defame a nail spa. Your accusations are immature and I am going to help other customers by letting them know how bad the results are AND how terrible the customer service is since you want to say things that are not true.

Just moved to Mesquite and was in search for a nail salon I googled and found nail spa let me just say I love Kathy she does an amazing job on my pedicures . Also Mary is great she did my daughters mani and pedi they are so kind !

Why say there’s not a wait time while I’m sitting here 30+ mins watching lady have a casual conversation not doing anything. Will never bring business back here again. And just literally ignored the other person that came in and sat down to wait.

First time i went was ti get a disney design for my disney world vacation and wasnt IN LOVE with the art work also a naik or two broke off with a week. Went once again because my friend saw chrome samples and I expected a lighter chrome like the examples but still very pretty and the sugar coat is very nice too but Im not sure if its suppose to look darker at tips or if he was just in a hurry because it was past closing time and he wanted to go home 🤷. Pedicure was relaxing and she was very kind. Unfortunately a week later and one nail broke today and my hair has been getting caught under nail by cuticle area for past 3 day so def will keep looking for another go to salon.

First, we were not greeted when we walked in, but when a white female walked in she was greeted and directed the sign in station immediately, that was the first red flag. Second, we checked in and we waited over 20 minutes and when one of us was finally called to go get part of our service which was a manicure, I went to sit down with a guy and he turned me down and said “I only do fake nails and not regular polish”. That was the last straw for me. We decided to leave and as we were exiting, they begged us to stay and told us that all of our services could be done at that same moment even though we had been already been waiting for 20 minutes, they only did this because they saw that we were no longer interested and were getting irritated. Even though we declined the offer the manager followed us to out car and told us to come back in. Horrible customer service. Never coming back.

We usually havent ANY problems with this business. Has been 5 stars until yesterday.During the pandemic, they really aught to enforce wearing of masks, properly. Over the nose.A woman, while getting a pedicure, spoke maskless in a group chat most of time she sat in the chair. Themale employee did nothing but compliment the client on her feet and ask questions about her experiences in the chat room. It was shameful and unprofessional to put your health and the health of other patrons at risk for a date or a tip@

I went in to get a dip manicure on Tuesday. I typically go for a more experienced technician however there was only one available during that time. He admitted himself that it was his first day, and despite the inexperience, I decided to give him a chance. Within 24 hours, all of my nails had cracked down the middle and some had chipped; not only the dip layer but my nails themselves. After calling that night and speaking to a woman, I was told to come in for them to be redone entirely the following day. My coworker and I decided to go in this morning as she was eager to have her manicure and pedicure completed there for the first time. Upon arrival this morning, the older gentleman (the boss) was dismissive, ill-mannered and disparaging. Both he and the technician were adamant that I must have lifted something heavy to have caused the damage. In all the times Ive done dip manicures, never have they worn down in less than a month. Much less 24 hours. My coworker elected to leave with NO services due to the behavior exhibited by both the boss and technician. After sitting and waiting one hour, the younger male hostess arrived and was initially very polite. He happily agreed to have Spider, a more experienced technician, repair the damage with the agreement that I return for a FULL redoing if they once again chipped. After an additional hour of waiting to see Spider, the younger male became upset that my coworker wrote a disappointing 1 star review despite receiving no services. I explained that the lack of customer service and the insolent behavior she witnessed from his boss, was the direct cause for her decision to leave. The hostess then became increasingly angered and refused to honor their 7 day guarantee. Never have I experienced such a lack of customer service. Especially in a situation where the fault was in the poor craftsmanship and not the client themselves. I urge that you be very selective with the technicians you choose, as it is evident that there will be no option to repair faulty work. I will no longer refer family, friends, or coworkers. I will easily find a more reputable business where they proudly back their work and accept mistakes where applicable.RESPONSE TO LT:It is difficult for you to understand the behavior we witnessed and were subjected to when you were only there for the second hour of my visit. No, I know the different between the tip of the nail and the nail bed. Per my review, I specified that the nail itself had chipped (but then again, you looked at my nails twice, so you should know). As far as threaten, there are no threats from our part. You use your responses to reviews as an opportunity to belittle customers that otherwise recieved unsatisfactory customer service and nail services in general. I stood at your counter as you yelled at me like an infant over a review my friend wrote after a horrible experience. If she walked out of your salon and felt the need to write such a review, perhaps you should consider that the behavior of your staff is at fault. Nonetheless, Ive had my nails repaired by an eager and polite business. Whom, surprisingly, agreed that the work completed was subpar and not the standard for dip manicures. But then again, you stated that yourself prior to refusing my services. Correct?

This was my first time coming to this location and there the beat in the area. Neil did a great job on my nails and can do alot of good designs and excellent at shaping your nails. Lamb also did a good job on my feet. I will be returning. Both stayed after closing with a smile on their faces.

The wait at this place was horrible. They were calling the other salon to see if they could get people in over there. It was very overcrowded, we left and went went to a different salon down the street.

I absolutely love going to this particular nail spa...The new young lady at the front desk is AWESOME...I have had my nails done by Neil and Christina and Spider and I love them all....I did notice that I’m never offered anything to drink so maybe the next time they will offer me something to drink but other wise this is my go to place for my manicures and pedicures...Thank You Nail Spa!!!!

Today the pedicure lady wanted to pressure me to get a higher end pedicure, I Sidney in for a basic and she end up doing a poor job !It makes me mad that of I am saying classic 25dl she says no good for you: I replied saying: is good for me.She didn’t do a good job at all.There too many options around here to go to for a pedicure.

For her birthday, I took my girlfriend here for a pedicure and a full set. The nail lady who did her acrylic nails was Rachel. My girlfriend was extremely happy with her nails and started to follow Rachel on Instagram@rachelhuyenpham. This salon seems to specialize in acrylic and nail art. Also, its nice, clean and has plenty of parking space. Highly recommend!!!

My mom and I got our nails done couple weeks ago by NINA . She was best of the best. We got so many compliments on our nails. I wish every nail technician will treat their customer like the way she treated us. She is super duper sweet and nice. The way she shaped our nails was amazing! I came back to see her but I dont think she is still there. I was disappointed because I was planing to take my mom and my sisters to come and see her. I hope some how Nail Spa can get Nina back to us. I recommend this place to everyone. 5 Stars for a wonderful service by Nina. Love her!

Highly Recommend HANNAH She Was Absolutely Amazing!!! I got the 39 dollar package and it was so worth it. I got over and hour of nothing but scrubbing and massages. Hot wax and and stones were included in that package. This is definitely my new weekly me time!!!! Amazing clean atmosphere with nice people all around starting with the receptionist.
