For the most part it was a great rental. Im kind of in transition right now because Ive been using the Yellow brand for over 40 years but their customer service has pretty much disappeared in recent years. Im looking for another go to rental company and Ive tried Enterprise and another company. Enterprise has been pretty good but at this particular location I felt a little pressured to purchase their insurance. In fact I felt like the agent was trying to scare me into purchasing it. Hes stressed over and over that if there was the slightest scratch on the car they would charge a $500 deposit and $50 for every day the car is out of service. He repeated this about four times. It kind of made me nervous to even rent the car. His name was Jacob and he really didnt give me a pleasant feel about using Enterprise. Ive been using my own insurance when renting cars for over 20 years. I really didnt need the badgering or the lecture. Jacob seemed more like a used car salesman than a customer service rep. I believe he said he was from Scottsdale and didnt normally work at this location.When I returned an agent named Roberto helped me out. He was awesome. That is the reason for the three stars. If it werent for Roberto it probably would have been one star. Nevertheless I will probably not go back to this location or I may just start going to the brand That Tries Harder.Overall,The car gets an A,Jacob gets an F,Roberto gets an A,The location gets a low C because of Jacob.Also, it would be nice if you feel the cars gas tank before renting them. Its so inconvenient to have to go fill up your car before you start your trip. I realize its beneficial to the company because each renter brings the car back with a little extra fuel so they dont get charged but its not really fair to the customer.
Well this is not my first review for enterprise. I wrote a review for the Tempe Curry location and gave it five stars as well. Enterprise continues to be one of the best major companies I have ever dealt with and I would be very sad if they werent around. Customer service and personability of the employees at this location were also outstanding and I believe the employees deserve a lot of credit. The only thing that I can think is theyre hiring process must be very rigorous. Never disappointed. Thank you Enterprise
There was a noticeable scratch in the rental. I pointed it to the agent while picking up the rental. He said it was just a cosmetic damage. When I went back to return, he suddenly says that scratch was not there before and filed a claim. Definitely would avoid renting from here in the future.

Happy Day!Wanted to work with another company for a rental and found great deals for the week I needed a car here. They were helpful before I even reserved the vehicle letting me know what the deposit would be and the documents I would need. They called the day before to confirm my reservation. I arrived and Roberto was delight to hangout with during the process of getting the car. It was quick and simple and I was on my way. I am very thankful for you all!
The customer service representative, was having a bad day, was in a hurry, and gave us a $200 upgrade, we went from a feature rich SUV, to a gutless, featureless, mini van. It was the most disappointing car Ive ever rented. We should have been given $400 for us to take the van. Rep also did not even mention insurance to us. We were almost driving away before we realized he didnt offer it. Car made the whole trip without braking down two stars for that.
We rented two 26’ box trucks. The office has been great to deal with. One of the trucks broke down less than 25 miles from our warehouse. The truck died on I-10 in rush hour traffic multiple times while they were trying to exit the freeway. I called roadside assistance and they have been very difficult to deal with. They will not bring us another truck they said we have to wait for a mechanic on a Friday night. I was told that if I leave the truck they will tow it and send me a bill. Over an hour after my initial call and they still have no mechanic. The third person said that I don’t have to worry they don’t require and upfront money to fix it they will bill me. WTF we drove the truck less than 25 miles and they will bill me, really. So now we have unloaded our second truck drove it across town so we can unload the first truck and get that crew on the road. Now I get to sit with the truck until they find a mechanic. So long story short rent from Penske they have great roadside assistance.
My wife and I had a bit of trouble with our car on the road trip out to California. Nothing serious, just a flat tire. But we did not purchase the vehicle protection through Enterprise so when we called Enterprises customer service, all they could do was send out AAA with an air pump (thats not going to work on a completely flat tire). After that, the representative with Enterprises customer service rather worthless efforts to find a new rental car (other locations were supposedly out, though I question if he tried) led us to an Alamo that they claimed they contacted to swap cars. Well that was a lie and Alamo had no clue what was going on but at least was willing to help and fixed us up with a tire shop to swap the tires. I commend Alamo for helping and Enterprise has absolutely horrendous customer service through their call center.HOWEVER, long story short, the Enterprise located on Baseline is my primary location and after discussing the situation with the manager, Roberto, he not only turned the entire experience around but also gave me really good insight as to why I should be purchasing the full vehicle protection to avoid this scenario again. Roberto was so sympathetic and wanted to make sure we come back. And you know what? I absolutely will. I really felt good renting a car from that location because they care about our experience. A+ effort from this location and I highly appreciate that.
I rented a minivan to take my 3 kids across the country for a long road trip. It was worth every penny. I did a lot of price shopping before actually reserving a vehicle. Enterprise has the best price and made everything so easy. They had a brand new minivan waiting on me with all the bells and whistles that gave us a luxurious vessel to our trip. I don’t think I was at the enterprise picking up or dropping off for more than 5 minutes each time. Way to go enterprise employees!
Rented a car in January after losing my mom unexpectedly and everything was fine using a prepaid debit card, rented again to go to california for my moms funeral and and everything was fine using the same prepaid debit card came back to rent to go back for my my burial and the guy told me he couldnt rent to me saying the couldnt bypass something when I heard him on the phone with someone looking for the same type of vehicle and he told him he would find him something making me believe he gave my rental to someone else.
My experience with Enterprise is always excellent.....great customer service. Currently (May 2021) there seems to be a car shortage occurring....so I had to wait a few hours before they were able to locate a car for me -- other than that inconvenience my experience at the Mesa AZ Enterprise office location was excellent.
Damage to my brand new 2021 vehicle, insurance set me up with caliber collision and caliber collsion set me up with this enterprise. toyota camry rental for a week while other car was repaired. Returned the camry to the collision center in the same state it was rented in. There are chips all around the car, there were chips in the windshield. hours later i get a message from enterprise that they are filing a claim with my insurance company for damage because of a several foot crack in the windshield. its no big deal you have windshield coverage right? well handle with your insurance company all quotes from im sure the recorded phone conversation. well, i dont have windshield coverage and i dont agree to this damage and its not OK to try and file a claim against my insurance. Take pictures of your vehicle when you drop it off, mysterious damage may arrive after.... CAUTION
I would not recommend this location. WTH. Is a rental and they dont have more cars.

We have rented from this location a couple times now and on our last rental our vehicle wasnt ready just yet when we arrived. The whole process for finding, and reserving a car was super easy with Enterprise. Picking the car up, the associate was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the drive to Nevada from Mesa and back with no issues. The only thing I wish I would have done is get a bit of instruction with the Bluetooth and how to manage it with the maps as we both drive older cars without that. All in all it was a great time and a comfortable drive.
Excellent service. I got a pick-up on rent and was in and out of the store within 10 minutes with a nice truck and a free upgrade. Trevor was very friendly and helpful. Returning was just as easy and quick too. Would recommend.

If i could give a negative 5 review i would! Dont get scammed by them! I took my car in for warranty checkup through dealership and they use enterprise as rental company. On the day I dropped my rental car off to trade for a dealer car since repairs were longer than enterprise would allow for rental. They were informed car was at lot and to pick up per their policy. Their rental vehicles are left in an unsecured lot with no cameras (obviously so they can get away with what happened). No one from enterprise came to pickup vehicle or notified they wouldnt be coming. Only after the car was vandalized sometime that weekend since they failed to pickup stated Covid! Car was dropped Friday early afternoon and their location is less than a mile from dealership. All the tires were stolen and now it is left on me to pay for damages since they claim they have 48 hrs to pickup although it was left for almost 72 hours. Everything about this from the strange questions I was asked from enterprise to them tweaking their contract to fit their case, screams inside job!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! and if you have to verify that someone will be coming that day to grab vehicle if they have arrangement with dealership before you leave it. If I would of known they werent coming I would of insisted on taking car with me or paid for the insurance on it for the days past my rental agreement while it sat unsecured. Terrible company!!!
I was extremely upset with enterprise itself by not telling our companies fleet department that they should only made reservations for a truck or cargo van at a fleet enterprise after finding out very late in the day there was no vehicle (Truck or cargo van) at the location it was reserved at, i asked were there was one available and was just told to call every enterprise till I found one. You would think they would have a computer system telling them what and where certain vehicles are available? I did call around getting the run around for about an hour till I found this location. I cant remember the mans name in the fleet department but he was awesome reason for the 5 stars. He said no problem Ill take care of you i dont really have anything but one he could Clean up for me, great customer service. After all I went through this man saved the day. I didnt miss a days work thanks to him. Great work!
I can’t say enough good things about the folks at the Enterprise office on Baseline! Just the most professional, courteous, nice people who would literally go above and beyond the call of duty for you. I send all my friends and family to Enterprise. You should too.
Made a reservation with avis and the car they had for me was dirty and nasty. Immediately cancelled. I had even used discount codes with avis instead of checking around and enterprise still came out cheaper. With Enterprise I was able to schedule and pickup a 2020 camry within the hour. I would highly recommend them.
It was awesome!!! They had the car there for me and went thru everything very professional. I had no questions or concerns. Dropped off car still no problems..Will definitely use them again!
We rented a dodge caravan on friday till today the van was perfect and was everything we needed the staff that helped us in the renting process and return process absolutely great customer service keep it up enterprise...
Smoke smell so bad I couldnt drive it with the windows up. Its a 110 degrees outside and Im driving to and from work with the windows down and a mask on just to breathe. Im showing up to work sweating and my scrubs smelling like smoke. Ive been renting vehicles when needed for fifteen years and Ive always received a nice clean vehicle with leather interior. Now you get a base model, zero options, cloth interior, thats been significantly smoked in. Its gross and really poor customer service. Update: Enterprise contacted me the next day and exchanged the truck for a smoke free one.

Tried charging for damages to a vehicle that did not exist. Car was inspected and no flaws found. 2 days later received a phone call saying the car was damaged, tried making us pay even though we bought their insurance coverage.
Everything went off like clockwork. The car was perfect and the personnel were friendly and helpful.
Not sure if Enterprise business model has changed since the pandemic, I thought they rented cars. Had a reservation for 8AM, showed up at 10AM and Roberto the branch manager seemed to be surprised we were even there. Told us we either had to pay more for a luxury car or truck or wait for him to get a car from a different location and clean it. We were in a rush to do a long drive, so we just said forget about it and took our own car. Roberto didnt seem to care about losing a customer. Ill still use enterprise, but maybe not this branch and Ill keep this experience in mind.

I had a reservation scheduled and once I got there it took an hour and a half to get the car. I dont blame the associates, it seems like they are totally understaffed right now. For that reason I would not recommend using them. Once I did get the car it was clean and ran well.
Great staff, very helpful, my only issue is that I picked up a truck rental for work, had to park in the back lot as all front parking lot was full of rental cars, dropped off the rental at 7:30 to find my personal truck locked in the back lot, no signs stating that lot gets locked, so now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my truck. Maybe try keeping more rental vehicles in the locked lot instead of unlocked lot... Just a thought.
This is by far the best Enterprise in the east valley. Thats not to say they dont have healthy competition for the title. I travel often for work and whenever possible I pick up my car from this location. The staff is pleasant, kind, quick to respond and eager to make each experience as smooth as possible. My work travel would definitely be more challenging without the outstanding customer service demonstrated by the staff at the Baseline Road location in Mesa, AZ.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have rented from Enterprise before but the customer service and experience at this location have bar far been the best I have experienced. Matt and the team were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I rented a van from them for our family trip upon arriving I was given a Dodge Grand Caravan. Quickly I noticed it didnt have enough car seat latches for the 4 car seats I have. I went back in and Matt went to work. He was able to secure me a Toyota Sienna from another location to meet the needs I had. Upon returning the vehicle I was just out of the shuttle area to get a ride but Matt helped me get back to work. I have worked in the customer service world for a long time and this one an excellent example of how to treat your customers to keep them renting from you. Stellar Job Matt!

Very Good Experience! Was my first time ever renting a car and had to get my first credit card to do it. I felt stressed about the situation but they walked me through it very clearly and straight forward. Excellent service by the agent! Very flexible reasonably priced insurance options made me feel very secure. Had an excellent trip to and from Wyoming to visit a friend.
Needed a rental due to a car accident, got a reservation number and told to pick up our car at 330. Get here at 330 to pick it and was told they dont have our vehicle. I said then what do we do, he said sorry gonna take a week or more to get one, told him we needed a vehicle now and he saud sorry. I said why would they make reservations for vehicles they dont have and we drove all the way here to get it and its bs. He did say a word just walked away back into the building

I have been an enterprise customer for years. Just rented a car from the 7th ave location last week. Mr. Robert Garcia at this location refused to rent me a car for the day. Just one bad employee can completely change my opinion of a company. I wont be renting from enterprise again.
Rented a p/u for 5 days... nice vehicle (high miles / 29K) that drove well to TX.Upon returning vehicle I inadvertently left a VERY IMPORTANT item under the back seat. I returned to the rental center to inquire. The truck was re-rented. The representative immediately called the new renter who did the right thing and returned to the center and delivered the item. It was then placed under lock & key. I retrieved soon thereafter. I attempted to reward the associate and was refused. All’s well that end well... As an aside a general manager w Enterprise called to follow-up. A nice gesture... ck
Let me start by saying, THANK YOU KYLA AND DANIELLE!!I had received a horrible email by another location(original reservation) saying they did not have the car I had reserved 3 months in advance. I was confused and accidentally went to this location in which the second we walked in they offered to help, even when the issue was not even their fault.They both called and resolved my issue within 5 minutes, to which, they could have just said “we are overbooked and can’t do anything”.They both saved our family trip and I am sooooo thankful. Once more, thank you both! You guys are AMAZING
Rented a van for 7 days to take family to disney for vacation. Was best experience I’ve ever had with a rental agency. Anna was the representative I had the pleasure of working with she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that all paperwork was accurate. Set me up with a military discount which I was unaware enterprise offered. Told me about how to prepay for fuel so I didn’t have to bring it back with same amount I prepayed at the current local rate rather then being charged top dollar to have tank refilled.I will definitely be returning to this location for future rentals.
The guys at Baseline office are superb. The service is always great. John and his staff are the most helpful and friendliest crew Ive dealt with. Ive rented over 25 autos from this location. The cars are always clean and John and the gang are a pleasure to deal with.
I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Rent A. Car for a few years now. My experiences with them have been good. In the last 6months or so, Ive been dealing with a manager named Matt. The cars Will be cars but it is this young mans attention to customer service that is above and beyond. His whole staff, John and the others do what it takes to make you feel that you are the only thing that matters at the moment and for that Im am greatfull. So thanks to Matt and the gang, you guys are aces.
They are really efficient. I was picked up at the car body shop for repairs. They told me I can drop the rental car back at Service King instead of taking it back to the rental car place, which saved a trip to the rental agency. Matt was fantastic! Thanks.

Great service! Rental process was smooth and easy but they didnt have the vehicle I chose online. However, the car that was recommended was even better for my trip. I would give 4.5 stars if I could because the only real negative was the car didnt have any windshield washing solution. Small thing but a bit annoying since I needed it on the trip. Overall, Enterprise will be my top choice for my future rentals.

Ana is lovely! She set me up quickly when another company wasnt returning my calls, and put me on hold for over an hr. I zipped over there since my car was headed to a shop. I have a daughter, 2 month old grandson to worry about! I have 1 complaint that I hope is rectified Monday-my $100 deposit has not been refunded in 2 wks! Help!
If I could give this place a negative star rating I would! Sisqo was very unprofessional and when he was speaking he would ball his fist. I have never seen such unprofessionalism like this. I will never rent from this location and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not coming here.

I have been using this location for years i always getvgreat service and John the current manager is the bomb.. I always leave a happy customer.. The only thing i wish is that 8 could get a loyal customers. Card so that when the winter visitors come to town i can get my loyal customers prices.

Here in Phoenix from out of state... Rented from another Enterprise location but seriously lost...saw Enterprise sign and went in for directions...John got me a map, came out to the car, explained in detail how to get where I wanted to go and even offered to jump in the car and take me there...( My destination could be seen from his office). Gold Star for John!

Vehicle was ready on time, clean and gassed. We had no problems with it at any time during our vacation. Whenever we have temporary requirement for an addtional vehicle, or a specific use vehicle, Enterprise is our go-to vendor. Bill Wells
I was happy about service but when I got the bill what I was told it was $37 a day which my insurance pays $35 a day which I was happy it would only cost me $2 a day.....but when I got the bill it was actual $48 a day....... service was good and car was alright but to say it cost this anount and actual cost alot more.....

Had to rent a car for 45 days and glad I ended up here!! There was some discrepencies with the bill, but the manager handled all of them quickly! Just left the rental at the collision lot, which was super convient!
I would sadly say you need to check prices online before going into this establishment. It seems they dont know the pricing online is cheaper than what they offer and they some how have no idea or are aware of the online pricing. I would not not rent a car here unless it was free

Time for a current review of this well-run facility!I picked up my rental from the airport as a loaner while my wrecked vehicle was repaired. This location was around the corner from the body shop and graciously allowed me to turn it in there instead of all the way back to Sky Harbor - nice!Took all of a 5 minutes to check it back in, and then got a ride back to my truck at the repair shop.Unfortunately I left an expensive item on the back seat of the rental and didnt realize it until later in the day. I called John and he was able to track the vehicle down and recover the item for me to pick up the next day. I cant express how much the item meant to me and the happiness of getting it back.All the Enterprise folks, this location as well as the Sky Harbor location (I wish I could remember her name there - I believe it was Demetri, Demitrius, thats pretty close) but they all worked together to remind me why I like using them exclusively.Thanks!
Ive used Enterprise all over the U.S. for business and pleasure. I have never had a better experience than I had with Gloria at this location. She is understanding and will make things right if there is a problem.

Sadly to say this time around I wasnt too happy with the service I received. There was no real concern to get me into a car that I was comfortable and happy with for my weekend and then I was told they would not come out and swap the car out for me...very disappointed!
I got the rental I needed. Not happy that they requested a $50 deposit when it was a rental provided by insurance. Customer service could use improvement. They were nice but fake.

Rented a car for our trip. Reserved it 3 weeks ago. We get there and they dont have the car we reserved there are 5 of us going and they are going to give us a Sentra. I tell him nope that wont do we need a mini van so he did find us one, but we had to go to a different location which was a inconvenience .

I am dissapointed at this location, rented numerous times at other locations always had a clean car and smoke FREE, I get picked up (which is Great) but the car reaked of smoke I ask the driver if that was my rental he didnt know. I get to the location and sure enough the VW was my rental :-( guy at the counter adviced that that was my car, and if I needed to upgrade I had to pay up more $$$, or a fee of $79 for something I dont even remember whatfor the smoke smell .... but was leaving town for vacation, had no time to spare ... I took the car since he wouldnt work with me and had the worst experience with the cigarrette smoke all trip, definately would look elswhere next time.
