Very rude. They might seem like great people when you go and visit but they treat people and other businesses like they are above them. The lady was super rude for absolutely no reason. Learn to be kind to people around you not just your customer. Would not recommend this place.
Would not recommend this place. Super rude to people that aren’t customers. They need to treat people with kindness first.
Very professionnal and problem solver. Reliable too always find me. Decentselection of carLove it will b back over n over
They offer weekly bi-weekly and monthly car rentals and also provide rides to and from the airport and other locations around Mesa and Phoenix AZ

Nice place to rent a car if you dont have a credit card. They have reasonable rates.
Nothing in life is perfect... hence, used car But these guys are the next best thing. They will do there best and have leading industry prices. Thank you for being there when I needed you!👍
This place is great! They are a great way to do rideshare for a really cheap rental fee!and they have some great cars to choose from all at great low prices! A++++!
Tony and his team at Almost New Car Rentals have the greatest customer service out there! Something you would not get at one of those big corporate companies. I had a problem with one of their rental cars not starting. I called Tony and he said, “I will be there, to fix it or drop off a new car for you.” Mind you this was at 5pm. Thank you Tony, I didn’t have worry about calling off work the next day.
Tony saved me 700 dollars vs a Phoenix airport rental. Tony was very considerate and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Almost New Auto Rental.
Tony and crew are Awesome! Great vehicles! Great service! Great pricing! My go to spot in the Valley of the Sun for extended car rental! 5*s!
I used them years ago. I am using them again. Excellent service. Great family business.
Becareful buying a car here. Very sketchy sellers and ownership. I was sold a used car that had motor issues but the cars oils were overfilled to make it seem good when I test drove it twice. Little did i know the motor was slowly filling up with oil. The result, car stopped working just a few days after buying the car. Oil slowly leaked from an existing leak inside the motor.I tried coming to a friendly deal with charging them 500$ half the cost and i would put the other half on getting fixed but i had a very negative response. Please becareful when you decide to spend a considerable amount of money, especially when the owner or manager arent willing to find a solution but its not a surprise since they tried fooling someone with this car. They used the car as a rental for their business and I suspect once something went bad with it, they patched things up and put it for sale.GARBAGE attitude for a car dealership trying to make money off of fooling their own customers.i
John, the owner, was extremely helpful and easy to work with! I rented at 2008 Kia Sedona van that surprisingly came with leather heated seats, sun roof, DVD player, and power doors. It had 175K miles but still ran great and never stranded us. It was in very good condition overall considering the age and the miles. We rented the van for a week for only $208, which for a similar size vehicle would have cost us $600 through Enterprise or one of the big name car rental stores. My buddy also rented an 2008 Ford Taurus with only 112K miles and it worked perfect for him and only ran him $162 for a full week. If you are looking for a cheap rental and dont need a brand new car, this is the place to go!
Made it easy for me to get mobile
DO NOT USE THEM! 2015 was my 3rd year renting from this father and son business. It was the last straw. Previously I rented for 3 and 4 weeks, this time for 6 weeks. The cars were high mileage and 7-10 years old, and there were enough problems (excessive rattling, windows not opening or closing properly) that I needed to exchange them. The cars seem to be repaired just enough to function for a while. This past year in 2015, my first car was a 10 year old Kia Spectra with 129,000 miles on it. The first night I was driving it, I was sitting at a red light when, all of a sudden, the car started to rev fast and despite my foot on the brake, started to roll into the intersection. Lucky there was no cross traffic! I thought to put it into neutral, and the engine calmed down. This happened 2 more times before I could get back to my motel. When I called, they said they would bring me another car in the morning. That was very good service. However, the 2nd car was as old, had 135,000 miles, and rattled very badly from the driver’s side windows and from the dashboard. They also told me they checked out the first car and it was fine! I was shocked that they would then put that car back on the road (an accident waiting to happen). I asked for a replacement and was told they did not have any more cars available, but when one came in, I could have it. It took 3 days of driving this jalopy, but I was able to go and pick up the 3rd car. This was just as old, but had 174,000 miles on it. It also rattled, but not as badly, and the electric windows had problems. But at this point I figured I would just stick it out and never rent from them again. I just came across the papers and felt obligated to write this review. The father and son seem to be under the impression that they have good cars, and what they are doing is reasonable. They buy old used cars cheaply, fix them up enough to be driven, and make out like bandits. Their rental fees are comparatively cheap, though you get what you pay for.
John and Clint are Awesome! Great Rates and Service!
