I was not impressed. I returned the car early and I did not get a refund for the time not used. I was told its the policy. But there is always something that a manager can work out to help the consumer. Nobody tried to help out or make good on the situation. She just said oh well
Choose another rental company. Arrived for my month long rental and was given a nasty dirty vehicle. When I advised Nate the car was unacceptably dirty, and should be cleaned properly especially because of Covid, he told me “ well in Arizona we don’t care that much about Covid and thats all we have.” He sent the vehicle to the back to be cleaned. The pictures attached is the car AFTER it got it’s supposed 2nd cleaning. Needless to say I cancelled the car and left. Terrible terrible service and now I know cleanliness does not matter to the company pre or post Covid. Take a good look at the attached pictures. Then decide if you will risk renting with them

Brand new car, speedy service, easy in and out, close to Mesa Gateway airport, no hidden costs.
Easy breezy rental. Being a gold member has its privileges. In and out under 10 minutes. The car wasnt as clean as I would expect, especially with Covid. Fingerprints on the screens, sand in the carpet, and smelt like smoke even though they tout smoke-free cars. The 2020 suburban was a nice sized vehicle for my family. If it werent for the cleanliness issue, this would have been a 5 star review, but cleaning goes a long way these days. The suburban had all the bells and whistles, plus it was a smooth ride.

I was in an accident, State farm had reserved a vehicle for me. I was referred to rapid collision. As a rental center. It took them over a week to get a midsize car for me. I still didnt receive a call back. From the rental center. Had to call again on Saturday spoke with Nate night was very helpful and getting a car for me finally a week later.to say the least I think this was very very poor customer service I never received any phone calls or any information whatsoever the status of my rental.

The owner is amazing. He helped get me in a rental and hes doing repairs on my car. Ask working with the insurance. They even dropped me off at home when I came with my busted car.
Hertz took a registration on-line for me. When I showed up they said they had no vehicles and would not help me get one. Aubrey was not helpful at all. Don’t use this company.

They couldn’t provide an answer. Somewhere betweenDesk staff asked to make a copy of credit card.Request refused as seemed unnecessary.When car finally brought up it was full of scratches and dents And not adequately cleaned. There was a used tissue in the back.Office amenities lacking :No waterNo MapsDid I mention “No Water?!”The whole transaction took ~ 40”Which seemed to way too long considering there was as only one other customer.
They people at rapid collision have amazing customer service. I always rent cars from here when needed. Always get what I reserve and always hassle free
This location is operated by a collision repair service as a Hertz Local Edition. Its a little inconvenient for an out-of-town renter, but the savings over renting at the airport (and avoiding Sky Harbors disaster of a rental car center) make it worth the inconvenience. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional -- which isnt always the case for a service run by an auto repair facility. Ive used this location two times and will use it again.
When I needed to have some body work done at Rapid Collision, Nate told me about the Hertz rental center right in their office.Sarah was very courteous and was able to quickly get me a car at a great rate (Rapids discount).When the work on my car was done a day early (Thanks Rapid), I walked in and Sarah took care of me right away and adjusted my final bill.I will recommend Sarah (and this Hertz location) when we have visitors, not just for the next time I crack up my car!

I would give them negative If I could. Hertz Rent A Car has really low standards to give a franchise to people like these. These people have no accountability for their actions. We booked a car six weeks prior to our trip. On arrival we were told they had no cars available. But, they were willing to get a car for us for almost four times more than what we were quoted from a different location.

Jeff is dishonest, said gas would be $2.75 a gallon and then charges me 10$ a gallon instead. What a bait and switch. I would never go here or suggest anyone going here at all.Tried to explain the situation with Hertz and Jeff, and the customer service is just bad. I will dispute this on my own terms.
One of the worst places I have rented a car from, the price they quoted was not the pice of the bill I received after I returned the car. I should have taken the hint in the beginning with how unprofessional Jeff was at the front desk. I will be looking elsewhere when I need to rent a car again and I would recommend everyone else do the same to avoid an unnecessary headache.

Reserved a car rental online through Hertz. The guy working here was extremely rude and unhelpful. Telling us Hertz isnt connected to his system and treating us as though thats our fault.I dont have any cars. I cant make a car for you.Absolutely horrible experience with a mean person.

The manager Jeff lied to me and I urge no one to ever visit this location again. Jeff told me I would be able to return my car with a few gallons missing and he wouldnt charge me 10/gallon. He lied and charged 10 per gallon and is fighting me with my credit card company over it. Hes a liar who lied for commission, BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst car rental my company has ever done. Jeff lied about charges that he refuses to budge on, and that I will have to dispute with CC company. I wish I could give a negative review.
