Units were great, love the A/C and ease of access/use. Only reason for the 4 stars instead 5 is that, by the end of our stay prices for the insurance increased and prices for the units increased. There are plenty of other nearby places that have cheaper units. Outside of that, good customer service and nice new units.

It’s a great self storage place, I loved that it’s air conditioned, very clean and well lit! Friendly staff as well, no problems at all.

Red Mountain Self Storage & RV is the best storage facility in the area. I have storage here and at Public Storage. This place blows Public Storage out of the water. Its cleaner, its newer and Rachelle the property manager is amazing!! I love this place!

Clean well managed units. Staff was easy to work with and billing was easily done with good communication.

I was pleased with the cleanliness!Upon check out I was disappointed to find that I would NOT be reimbursed for turning my lock & 2 keys in! At least maybe 1/2 of what they cost me initially, but, NOTHING!!

Rachelle, the manager was super helpful today helping find space I needed for storage. She provide customer service far better than I had expected. She was very creative, courteous, personable, efficient and effective. Very impressive!

Unit 2221 is 10X5 unit, supposedly. After attempting to put things in from another 5X10 unit the things would not fit. After contacting the the manager we measured the unit and measured 10X4. I could not fit all the things in the unit.??

I came here after stopping in two other places and im glad i did. My wife is super picky but loved this facility. Its sparkling clean, very well taken care of and the lady behind the desk deserves the world.She was very informative, funny and never lost her smile. Way to go Kelli, Youve won our vote!

I worked with Kelly and had a wonderful experience. She was very knowledgeable and knew how to find me the best deal and had great advice and tips. She kindly took my husband and I around and opened different storage sizes to give us a better idea of what we needed. Very helpful, fast service, and clean environment. I held my spot and will be storing here!

The process at Red Mountain was easy and excellent from the first interface to closeout of our unit.

Attention to details are apparent here! The customer service and amenities are top notch. Angled rv spaces with a trickle charger are an amazing touch. Very well lit and the gm Kelli was very pleasant to deal with.
