Linda had excellent service in that she understood my complicated need without question. I was thankful at the speed of the transaction as i had limited time to move. Upon moving the next morning, we found that we’d be short of space, and without delay, she provided me with a larger unit and pointed my movers to the unit before they started unloaded. Linda had an amazing attitude, even with my rambunctious 4 yr old throwing his rubber ball around in her office🤩 I am thankful i chose this self storage company amount the other choices online. The check in process was quick and easy! The representative explained everything to me and showed me my unit beforehand. She made me feel like my business was wanted and that made me feel good.

After looking into several storage companies, I found this place and instantly knew this was the perfect place for us to store our stuff. I spoke with Mike who was super nice and patient. He showed me several units and made sure I found a unit that worked best for our storage needs. Mike answered all my questions and helped make a really stressful time in my life a lot less stressful. Went with my mom to get a unit. When we walked up to the place..the lady came out and asked us if we were making a payment. My mom said no that we were wanting to get a new unit. The lady looked at my mom and said no youre not. The lady was in the middle of closing everything down when she still had 30 minutes before she closed.

Joe was the most educated person to help me. I have never rented a storage unit before. He made this a breeze. This place was very clean and secure. His explanation about the rules was quite helpful. I would not hesitate to use executive Square storage when I am in need.

I just recently got a storage unit here, as Id been looking for one for a few months now, and I found this location to be the most affordable. Upon further investigation I found this location to have fantastic customer service as well! I met the manager, I believe his name was Mike, and was met with a pleasant change of pace! Some managers in other companies and locations can be rude or disrespectful but Mike was friendly and a very big help when it came to answering my questions and addressing my concerns! Overall my experience here was very positive and Id recommend this location to anyone if they were to ask where they could find an affordable storage unit with great customer service!

Great Storage Facility - Linda is AWESOME!!

I have rented at this facility 3 times in the past 15 years. I removed all my stuff from there about 6 months ago because the last manager was horrible; she was mean, rude and I felt like she hated her job. I called the storage about 2 weeks ago and I was pleased to see a new manager was there. Michael is amazing and is so helpful! Im really happy with the service he provided me! Great change!!!

I have had an interesting experience with this particular storage space and the treatment that I have experienced renting a unit as of August 2017. I really didnt have a good thing to say about Executive Square Storage Solutions and the personnel who had been there since I started my lease mid 2017. That until about 4 months ago when the old manager left and Michael the new General Manager has taken over the past persons poorly run facility. I have to say that Michael the new General Manager has taken over here in a really radically great way that makes this the Executive Square Awesome Storage Solutions now. I would like to share that I am not only happy to store my stuff here for the long-term future but its truly an amazing transformation from my previous negative thoughts and feelings to a really awesome place to keep my stuff. I will absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in renting a storage unit and wants the best possible customer service and kind treatment that GM Michael will no doubt provide them. I am looking forward to being a long term customer at Executive Square Storage Solutions as long as Michael is going to be in charge of awesomeness!

Owner was incredibly helpful and worked around me to make sure we got moved in ok. Highly recommended. Also good wife roads for driving a moving truck into compared to other units I have used.

And did I make the right choice. Michael, who is the manager made everything go smooth and fast. No hassles, no problems, no delays. Price was right, asked if I needed any help with anything. Made my day.

So I have to say what a great manager we have now. To the people who have left nasty reviews youre obviously up to no good. She has made me feel so safe. I was robbed by a helper and he knows the things in my unit are worth money. If it wasnt for the great staff I would have been a nervous wreck. She always goes over and above to help me out she needs a raise within 1 week or Ill leave reviews every week. I promise.Such a big help and yes we had a rocky start but as I get to know her more and more I am so thankful for the Amount of security that comes with her. Give her a raise she needs it. And again to the fowl disgusting people that are leaving bad reviews they are obviously up to no good.

For a descent size unit its a fair price. $55 bucks. Not outrageous that comes with the other units around the area for the same size unit we have.The lady at the front desk needs a raise. Thanks for her help and keeping our units safe.

This storage facility is one of the best in the east valley for sure with great service and a unbeatable first 30 day rate at 19.95$. They wont charge you any surprise fees and are clear about their prices unlike other places and is a nice clean and secure facility. I am very satisfied.

Just wow! This place is a complete 180 from a year ago when my mom and I last rented here! The disrespectful, rude lady that clearly hates life and everyone in it is no longer there. We originally left because of the terrible treatment towards us. We needed another storage location recently and since we live so close we decided to check out Executive Square again and the new positive reviews with the new manager Michael made it easy to come back. Michael was kind, polite, friendly professional - everything that other bully wasnt. He has restored my faith in people once again!

Was a previous customer last year when the lady ran it & hated it. So rude & terrible customer service, she would almost shame you if you missed a payment. I was really reluctant to come back but the prices & location was just the most convenient. But now someone else runs it and we dealt with Mike who was AMAZING. Excellent customer service, was super friendly over the phone & really helped us with what we needed & ALWAYS called back & followed up. As long as he works here I have no problems coming back or referring people. Idk if anyone else still works here but if you can, ask to deal with Mike! 10/10. Will update as time goes on

Just left the office. The woman was extremely rude. Kept yelling from the back room as I was dealing with the young man in the office. He was very polite, however, they have a lot of hidden expenses that they do NOT advertise. I went in with the $19.95 for the first month coupon. The woman yelled from the back room that I couldnt use it because I refused their insurance, which they tried to tell me was required for another $10.00 per month. Renters and homeowners ins. will cover storage units. Dont waste your money.

The woman managing is EXTREMELY rude for no reason. She was angry because she hadn’t gone to lunch, so she told me to come back later. What’s more is her dog wouldn’t stop barking so I could barely even hear myself think. Get your dog out of there it’s extremely unprofessional. If she checks her attitude maybe next time they’ll get a customer. But they wont find business from me.

All these bad reviews must be people who didnt pay their bill or were rude to the staff to begin with. I have had a unit with them for over a year now and not once had a single issue. Granted it is hard to get them on the phone but they only have a few people who work there and im sure their duties include maintenance throughout the facility.

Went in to rent a unit a few days ago and the service was totally unacceptable. The person I assume was running the facility sat ssomewher in back and yelled at me and when they finally got around to coming up front they treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential customer . The facility is dirty and run down. And I was informed that I needed to return later because they had no clean units to show me. Honestly I I think that they just wanted to go back to whatever they were doing in the back and couldnt be bothered to show me anything . When I asked if I could walk around the facility to check it out I felt as if I had just said I was going to case the place. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. They wouldnt even give me any kind of price quote. These people do not care about your business you would be better served by going to uhaul .

The man looking woman is so extremly rude, they have rules after rules after rules that you are expected to abide by. They do not have to follow any rules. The roof leaks in two different units I had my belonging in. You ask a question about anything and the man/ woman starts screaming at you!!!! It does not matter how polite you are to it. It still has to have the last word. It even tells you if you don’t like what It has to say get out. Something is wrong with the manager It. If your not happy with your job, get another one, don’t take it out on people
