Ive been renting here for 2 yrs an RV spot to keep my food truck when I am not working and have had nothing but a Great experience. The live on site Lisa has been great and a very nice lady who would go out of her to help you with your storage needs. This is a very secure property with numerous cameras posted around the whole compound and as I said the Manager lives on site which gives you piece of mine that some is always very close to your valuables and keeping a watchful eye out for them. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs and it is 5 mins form the 202 highway which makes it very convenient.

Lisa and Mike are awesome. Place is super clean, comes with alarms and feels relaxed. You see the exact location and inside of unit in person before signing on the dotted line. Everyone was very professional and made sure every question was answered and all needs met before you leave. I was so relieved after trying two different places and being treated so badly by staff. This place made my move so much easier.

Mike and Lisa were amazing wonderful employees here of life storage. I was needing to get a storage immediately and I got a storage same day thanks to Mikes help his recommendations and of course hearing my out what I needed and what items I was storing so I definitely appreciate all his help. Lisa was a wonderful kind woman she and Mike were both very welcoming they made me feel comfortable I didnt have to feel like as if like I was doubting or hesitant about wanting to purchase a unit with them. The best storage place for the price in the area. Extremely professional and well-kept storage facility. Not to mention that the manager Lisa is absolutely amazing. She is always courteous, kind, efficient, and helpful. Anytime I know someone that needs storage this is the place that I recommend and she is the person I recommend they speak with.

Since being bought out the prices have steadily risen. As far as I know 24 hour access is gone. All the things these other reviews say must be from a couple of years ago. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. All the things I loved about this storage are gone.

Renting here for about two-and-a-half years. Lisa is the best storage manager Ive worked with, and her team is fast, available, and communicative. Which is awesome. Communicativibiltytativeness is what you want.

Great Storage, amazing prices and security is tight! I did research in the area and this place is by far the best for monthly rates/discounts not to mention, Miss Lisa Is Fantastic! I just moved from California and she was able to help me find a unit in my price range and was beyond kind!

Came for the first time to receive my gate code and set up automatic payments and talked to Lisa, who answered every single question I had, told me information about the storage compound, and showed me where my unit was. She was very nice and personable. Then i came back to put things in my unit for the first time and we were having trouble opening it and she saw us as she was leaving for the night. Showed us how to open it, and then came back again after we struggled to get the door open all the way. She went out of her way, after already being clocked out the first time and getting ready to leave, to reopen the front office, switch our unit over so that there were no issues, and didn’t complain once or think twice about it. I was chatting with her while we were in the office and walking back to the new unit and she was awesome. I’m a server so i understand customer service and going out of your way for customers with no complaints, and that’s exactly what she did. Super sweet, understanding, and very very helpful!! Definitely made our experience great and we appreciated her tremendously.

On day 1 right out of the gate I was making things difficult. I arrived late for registration. But the Manager Lisa did an amazing job of making sure I had everything I need and was prepared for move in. She gets 5 stars for that and to put the icing on the cake she went further. I was unaware of the lock-in policy at 9pm. She was very helpful by getting us out of the complex after the gates locked for the night and explained the policies so we would be prepared for the future. Thanks!

She helped me get the right size of storage for my needs, helped me apply discounts, and was super friendly!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!Quick edit: I rented the size for the amount I could budget for space per month. My storage rent went up recently, which hard to afford with the cost of living and not the best wages. They offered to move me into a smaller unit for less money but who wants to spend hours cramming stuff from one side of a lot to another in 120 degree Arizona heat in June/July. Nice staff, but once you give someone a price and they’ve been paying their rent, you should give them respect enough to grandfather them into the price.

I needed a last second storage facility but it had to have high standards. I was able to easily look it up on Sparefoot and I found US Storage Centers. Easily setup a time and had an immediate confirmation call from US Storage centers. Very nice woman helped me check in and showed me all of the security measurements in place. She also swept my new unit for me just in case which I thought was great for attention to detail. Great prices for a nice facility. I would easily recommend it to a friend in the area because its simple, easy and a nice facility for half the price of the same facilities at other locations.

I have had good customer service from the site manager Lori, even though we have had a disagreement when she 1st took over at this facility. I dont have the access I used to, but Ive seen 1st hand that she takes her job seriously, professionally and keeps good care and watch over the facility and operations for a safe and secure environment for everyone storing here. That is important to me.

My issue is with their online pymts - it doesnt show the amount due until the day its due, however if youre 1 hour late, they charge the MAX monthly late fee. If you pay multiple months, store billing info or anything other than std, they AUTOMATICALLY opt you in to their pymt withdrawl system (in fine print). A hackers dream. If I miss my 24 hr pymt window, theres no incentive to pay before the end of the month. Its a sneaky way to get $40+ more per month. I used to be able to pay 3 mos at a time with Az Storage Center.

The lady that runs the place is very helpful and nice! She gives all the information as it is and doesnt sugar coat anything about the units or how they handle up to the weather. Easy in and out 15 minutes.

I unexpectedly lost my job at the end of 2020. I decided to move down to Phoenix from Sedona Arizona but needed to secure a storage facility for my belongings until I found work. Lisa was absolutely fantastic. Lisa helped me secure a storage unit was able to answer all of my questions regarding a cool environment for my hundred year old furniture and helped me figure out the right Size storage unit for my needs. I highly highly recommend US storage solutions and Lisa at the country club facility in Mesa.

She is a great joy to work with, has great customer service skills shes friendly and very informative about all the units. Kathy has always gone out of her way to make the customers feel welcome and comfortable. Prices are very reasonable and storages range in variety of sizes. I beleave right now they have a 25% off your first two months. So come in and check this place out.

Stay far, far away from this place unless you like constant rate changes and increases. When I first viewed this property I was shown a storage unit that would not be available for a month or two due to a roof leak. The staff showed me a second unit that I could move into in the mean time and said that I could lock in my monthly rate. They very clearly stated that the rate would not increase when I transferred units. This was not the case, my rate went up $20 a month. I was understanding of this and decided to let it go.I received an email from the management team this morning notifying that my rate would increase another $25 on November 1st. I informed them that I would be vacating my unit before then as I am not comfortable with my rate increasing twice in the first 8 months of being there.I received a call from the management team telling me they negotiated my rate increase down from a $25 increase to a $13 increase, monthly. This is still $33 more per month than I originally agreed to. This equates to an additional $396 per year in rental costs after only being there for 8 months or about 2 months of extra payments.I would highly advise you to look else where for self storage needs. Their prices in the beginning look ok but they work quickly to raise rates. I will be staying far away from US Storage Centers Properties and will be advising everyone I know to do the same. Do not make the same mistakes that I did.

The owner Lisa goes above and beyond to create a positive customer experience. I had talked to Lisa about a storage space for my boat on a Thursday afternoon to check availability and costs. On Friday i drove by just to see the location knowing they had closed for the evening, as they close at 6 PM and it was 6:30. Not only did she come down to talk to me, she gave us a tour of the facility, and reserved a spot for me until the following Tuesday knowing that i was visiting a marina fora possible storage spot that weekend. As you can imagine, she won my business and i have been happy with all interactions since. Definitely would recommend Lisa and US Storage Center.
