Great place, very professional staff, I really enjoyed the whole experience I never felt rushed and every question was answered very concise and detailed. I think all their used cars they become the owners cars for a short time and they drive them if they need anything they get it even the smallest detail or part.. I was looking for a Toyota 4Runner for a long time. But they are very hard to find and even harder to purchase . Im really glad I found AZ euros Dave knew what I wanted in the way of package and model trim did I didnt even know what I wanted... I just knew 4Runners hold their value and run forever.. but Dave looks for special models with all the right options . Dave found my 4Runner he purchased it online and had it shipped in cuz he knew it was a special... and in his description in the ad was true to form all the ride options Tastefully done adult driven. Immaculate spotless. Well when I found it I knew I wanted it I offered to put down a deposit ( theyve discovered it had an airbag recall and wouldnt sell it until it was repaired) but the staff so that wasnt necessary they would take it off of eBay so it didnt get purchased on the by now click. The next day they have it at the Toyota dealer doing the recall at which time I had Toyota to do a pre-purchase inspection which came back 100%.. and then Dave allowed me to go into the shop and go under the car hoist and look over the car every inch myself..TRYING NOT MAKE THIS TOO LONG TO READ but I just cant say enough good things about the owners and staff at AZ euros..... I want to say that I brought az Euros the basket case of basket cases. Austin was the guy I dealt with and if you ever do rebuilds or any auto work for that matter, Austin is the guy to deal with . Purchased the rare Audi RS4. The car is in great shape and was listed at the lower end of the KBB value. The guys were very knowledgeable and passionate about the cars they were selling. I worked with Chad Day, he was up front and honest about everything. I wasnt pressured into my sale, he didnt try to up-sell me to something else. They took care of most of the minor issues the car had beforehand, but the windshield was cracked. They took care of it out of their pocket and a couple days after purchasing. I will be going back to them in the future.

I have been on the search for a specific car for almost 3 years. Early on I realized that it would require a national search and some out of town travel. I found the car on line at AZ EUROS over 1200 miles away. My first contact was with Dave Hall. After several conversations I realized he probably had the car I had been looking for. Purchasing a car long distance requires a high level of trust for me. He was great at pointing out all the repairs that needed to be completed to make this an exceptional driver. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I sent him a deposit to show I was a serious buyer knowing the car probably would not last till I flew to AZ to see it. As we moved though the transaction I felt that Dave was giving me a very honest and professional opinion of the car. It was like having an expert working for you with your best interest in mind. Dave offered to have the car inspected by an independent inspector and provided a list of several he would take it to. I had the car inspected and the report pointed out the same repairs as suggested by Dave and AZ EUROS. I had the repairs made by AZ EUROS, completed the transaction and followed his recommendation for shipping. My car arrived 4 days later exactly as expected never having laid eyes on it. AZ Euros helped me import my Saab 9-3 into the US. To complete this process, I had to leave my vehicle with them for an extended period of time. Fearing door dings and scratches during the time my vehicle was with them was a real concern. Upon receiving my Saab back, there was NO scratches or door dings and they even washed the car for me. I had a good experience with AZ importing my car - quoted me on the import; kept me in the loop as things were happening; and no door dings upon return! Hey, life is good!

I really don’t even know where to start, I’m so thankful I found this shop. After moving to Arizona I bounced from countless auto shops and tuning / performance places before sticking to AZ Euros for everything. I picked up a 2011 Q7 TDI a few weeks ago and drove it 2000 miles home to my rust belt state. The drive was well worth it to get the TCM and ECU to finish adjusting after VW/Audi applied their fix. All the starts and stops for fuel combined with lots of highway mileage gets the DPF flushed out as well. The trip really made a good ride into a great one. Thanks!

I purchased my vehicle back in April which was a great buying experience in itself working with Dave. He got me all the proper paperwork needed for the bank and etc quick and easily. They serviced it and got all the proper maintenance done prior. Over all buying was 5 star. The vehicle itself has been a great purchase though Ive had a few additional maintenance issues that needed fixing. Ive taken it back to the team over at AZ Euros for the fixes. They are quick and knowledgeable when it comes to the maintenance and best part they dont over charge like Audi dealers or other shops out there. We called the day prior and asked AZ Euros questions about the condition of the vehicle ie rust, damages, etc. We were told there was not a spot of rust on the body and minimal rust on the suspension parts. We then drove 5 hours the following day to take a look at the vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I noticed extensive rust along the entire rocker. I felt blatantly lied to in hopes that I wouldn’t see the damage and after bringing up the issue, the salesman acted as though he had no idea. On top of that, we were also told that it went through extensive inspection by both AZ Euros and Volkswagen. Not sure how something like that could be “unknown” by the salesman.

UPDATE: Az euros fixed ALL issues in a timely and friendly manner on the weekend. They had my car towed and resolved the leak. The leak had been due to a bad replacement part. I have not had any issues since. I would recommend them to anyone!Initial review: I have brought my car in 2x and both times were issues. The first one they fixed something additional and I had a bill 400 more than expected without a call. I give them a second chance. I bring it in with an oil leak. Not big or causing issues but would see oil if car sits for a week, now oil on floor after just an hour! After 1500 I get back a car that is smoking like it is going to start on fire. Now I have a car that may be more busted and a weekend with no vehicle until I can get fixed.

I found out about Azeuros through a friend and decided one taking them a visit to get my mk6 gti tunes. Before hand I emailed them and Austin Phipps got back to me within 25 minutes. Austin really Knows what he’s talking about. I’ve given him every opportunity to upsell me in products they have and he never recommends anything that I don’t need, really good people there, treat you with respect from the moment you walk in. As far as used car sales go they are quite less than friendly. It was not an unpleasant experience until actually trying to talk and get information on the car. The salesperson didnt care about the codes the car had or any potential issues.This was the second time trying to test drive a car there. The first time the car had a failed turbo and I showed them the codes for it. They didnt care then so I walked away. Guess I should of learned my lesson and stayed away.Maybe it was just because its Friday afternoon...on the 13th. Maybe they were already convinced they werent going to sell to me. Regardless...its an unfortunate experience. All the other reviews make them sound like a godsend, but I have not once had a good experience from there.

Chad has been a true professional. He was quick to respond to us and provided in detail all the paperwork and inforamtion we needed to import our RV. He was very clear on what to do and helped us even save money with our import. I found Chad extremely knowledgable and I would say an expert on importing vehicles properly from Canada. His follow up after the vehicle was imported was impressive as he responded quickly to any email or phone call and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. I highly recommend Chad and his company.

These guys are awesome! I bought a 2013 Focus ST here a few weeks ago and the car was in great shape for being 5 years old with about 90k miles. It also had thousands of dollars of mods plus brand new wheels and tires for a great price! I had went to a few large car dealerships and after dealing with their shady tactics I was so tired of shopping for a new car. Alex was our salesman who was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience very easy. They dont try to tack on ridiculous fees like the big dealerships either. I live in the Midwest where cars rust. I have never bought a car out of state but will be buying From az autos when i can. The cars are in immaculate condition compared to Minnesota. Just bought my first European made car (Audi s4) and was reccomended to come here by a friend. I had a great experience and would reccomend them to any family member or friend.

I was heading out to lunch when I had a coil fail on my 2011 GTI. Made a quick call to AZ Euros and Christian told me to head over and they would check it out real quick. Christian and his crew quickly figured out the issue and threw a coil on which corrected the issues and was ready to send me off with no charge. After we discussed a few options for a long term solution rather then a quick fix, he had me back on the road with 4 new coils within an hour! I would highly recommend them for all your services and performance needs as most shops dont deliver this kind of service!

Let me say first that I’ve owned 9 Audi’s over the last 25 years going all the way back to a 1983 UR quattro. Almost all my Audi’s were purchased and serviced at Audi dealers in AZ and most of the were high performance models so I know a thing or two about the brand.I met the guys from AZEUROS while at the Fountain Hills “Concours in the Hills” car show this February. I was impressed with how passionate they were about what they do and how they treat there clientele.After talking shop (legacy S/RS Audi stories!) I mentioned I was looking for an Indy shop to install a Homelink garage door opener in my Audi S3 that was surprisingly missing this option from the build sheet in 2015.After a couple of minutes it was clear that AZEUROS would be the shop of choice for me. They speak all things Audi and it was clear they would install the module perfectly and stand behind there work.Austin took care of ordering the genuine part and scheduled my S3 in.The install matched the estimate, for both time and money, that was provided before the work was done and the finished installation was factory perfect.When out of CPO warranty and AudiCare service intervals I’ll be giving my Audi to AZEUROS for service and maintenance work. That says a lot for a guy who’s been use to dealer service for the last 25 years!

I purchased an 2012 Audi A3 TDI with 52k miles on it from a local dealership that took the vehicle in on trade. I purchased the vehicle “as is”. Well two days after getting the vehicle home I was cleaning it out and after I went to move it to it’s designated spot in the garage and when I went to start it the engine turned over and then turned off. I repeated trying to to turn the vehicle on and it would turn over and then turn off right away. I called the dealership I purchased it from and told them about the issue. The dealership had acknowledged that the keys needed to be reprogrammed before I purchased it so they said they would have it looked at and had the vehicle towed to their dealership. Upon looking at it they said they needed to send it to Audi to have it looked at because they didn’t work on Audi’s.Audi called me and told me I needed a new instrument cluster and they didn’t instal used instrument clusters so a new one would be $1800 installed. I then decided to call AZ Euros. I have had experience with them in the past and they seemed to be very straight forward people. I couldn’t have made a better decision. I had the vehicle towed to their shop in tempe/mesa. Upon arrival they told me the vehicle started with not issue and that it appeared I didn’t need a new instrument cluster. So To be on the safe side I opted to have them reprogram the keys anyway. They charged me $185.00. Yes you read that correctly. $185.00. I was elated to say the least. Very VERY VERY happy that I used AZ Euros for service over Audi and literally save over $1600. OVER $1600!! If you have an Audi or VW you must must give these guys a try and see how much they can save you. I will be back here for ALL of my service needs. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Dave and Austin a top class and extremely knowledgeable. I will be a life long customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is awesome. Brought my GTI in for a routine oil change not thinking of much else. Mike, the service manager, asked how the car was running and if I had any questions about the car. That made me remember I felt like the car wasnt delivering its power appropriately in boost. Mike knew exactly what the issue was and it was as simple software fix. Car runs and drives the best it has since ive owned it. These guys truly care about you, your car and your driving experience. I will take any performance based car to them for everything. AZ Euros did an awesome job installing wheels, suspension, shifter and engine tune on my VW Alltrack. Super friendly to work with, and took the time to test fit multiple wheel spacers sizes to get the fitment I was looking for. Highly recommend this shop if you have a VW, Audi, Porsche or BMW.
