***Edited to add*** I guess they’re completely full and they don’t know when, for my case, a smaller unit will be available for me to downsize to. As of early September they have some 10x10’s and nothing smaller that’s climate controlled. Kinda wish they had an idea of when one could be available. I might transfer to the place across the street.Great place! It’s clean and new. Wish it were open 24/7 (6am-8pm everyday) but you can’t beat the price! 👍 I’d recommend it. **if you’re lucky enough to get an opening** ;)

Just rented a large locker in the climate controlled building. The person we dealt with was very informative and luckily for us they had a ground floor unit available. We looked at the unit and I must say it was well lite and very clean. This is a great place to rent and it is less than a mile from our home. Thanks for taking care of our needs!

This storage unit is in a great location, right next to a Goodwill so you can drop off anything you no longer want or need. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ive been sharing a unit for several months and just got my own, prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend this storage for any short or long term usage needed

Absolutely great! The front staff was so hopeful in helping us find exactly the perfect storage for our needs. They even had locks available for purchase and the whole process was quick and easy. I especially love how friendly they are. Our storage space has new epoxy floors and plenty of room to maneuver a large car and trailer. Plus the price was very reasonable.

The storage units, office, elevators ... the entire facility is kept super clean. The staff are all friendly, extremely helpful, and take their time to make sure all of my questions are answered and requests are fulfilled. Lori is always a pleasure to work with. She’s so patient, explains everything in a simple way, and works hard to find alternate options if a service I need is already booked/reserved for other customers.

We needed a storage unit for the first time in our lives since we sold our house and it was going to take a few months for our new house to be built.My wife had never had a storage unit before and were unexperienced.Due to proximity and the fact they were climate controlled, we thought we would walk in here and take a look.First of all, for the largest (10’x20’) unit that was climate controlled, it cost lower than we were expecting which is always a plus!!!!The woman working the office was super friendly, courteous and hospitable. We never once get pressured and she was never trying to up-sell anything. She gave us the facts and offered her expertise on how much space we would probably need.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage location!

These guys bent over backwards to give my dad a storage shed to fit his needs and close to the front so he wouldnt get lost driving in the facility.

A++!!Looking for a storage unit of considerable size, I found Lori at Signal Butte RV Storage to be the ideal spot. These are beautifully laid out and extremely spacious at 15x30, and not too common to find spots this large with a door! They also have an enclosed 15x45. These units are well-lighted on the inside which is another characteristic not found in other properties. The floors are coated in epoxy, which isnt just for looks but also locks out the moisture bare concrete produces; good news for direct-to-ground contact items like boxes, metal, etc. Late gate hours and friendly staff round out the overall benefits package.

I had called several storage facilities before choosing Signal Butte Self Storage. Most weren’t very polite. When I called and spoke to Lori, she was very polite and professional. She explained the rental policy and provided me with all the information I needed. I went in today and she was just as polite and friendly. She made the rental process smooth and easy. Called twice to make sure they had storage and prices and then looked around and they were the best priced for the money. Then I drove there and the units were great, clean and well lit. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

I really like this using signal butte storage. They are always very friendly when I come by and always ask if you need help. When moving in, it was a flawless.

This place has been awesome to deal with and has made our transition to Arizona so much easier. The whole staff is willing to help, Jake is exceptionally great. The new A/C units with 24 hr access is great and so convenient. All around a good business to deal with.Highly recommended

We’ve been with Signal-Butte Self Storage since the beginning of 2008. Jake has been the best. He’s always professional and treats us like family. He knows us by name and that’s important to us. We’ve rented U-Haul trucks from this location also. The transactions of renting the trucks have been smooth, easy and quick. We highly recommend this self storage business.

Was one of the 1st people to use the new storage building and needed 2 units. Prices were vary fair and never had an issue. Also used their moving Uhaul trucks a few times and those rates were good as well. Very clean units still after 7 months and moving out.

Secure storage. They are still building New storage areas because the current areas are always full. AC units are never available, so hopefully the new units will be AC controlled. Prices have gone up 20+ every year.

I came in to look at a moving truck. Jakes umbs store manager did not greet me when I walked into the property. Which is understandable because he was awaiting another person at the time. So me and my son sat down and waited. While we were waiting his dog continues to jump on me and my 4 year old son. Cute puppy. But the fact that Im already stressed out about moving I dont really want a puppy jumping all over me or my son. He was constantly yelling at it to come and sit down and it was not listening. Any ways its my turn. He ask what size truck I needed and I said Id like to see a 16ft and and 20ft cause Im not sure. Never getting up from his desk he simply pointed out the window he didnt provide me any information. Even scheduled me a reservation with out giving me the price. So I asked for the price. And because my budgets tight and its 40 cent a mile after the initial price I asked were the drop off would be so I can figure the exact amount. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt know were the drop off location would be till after I pick up the truck. Already frustrated with the lack of customer service I left. It was a very poor experience. And the store was poorly stocked with moving products. I also needed matress covers for a full size bed I didnt see any but at that point just wanted to get out of their to so I left with out asking.

Great service initially but later charged for service I specifically declined before renting truck. Waiting for refund 3-5;days.
