Needed an emergency storage, and several were available, they are really reasonable (we checked other places), clean site, the unit is immaculate, perfect space for what we had to store. And the customer service was amazing, very sympathetic to our situation, very clear on pricing, and very professional. Thank you guys so much!

Found our garage was getting too full and needed a small unit for off-site storage of items we don’t want to part with, but don’t use everyday. Searched around and found Broadway Storage Solutions in Mesa AZ. Super close, clean, easy secure access, and sign-up was a snap! Robin & Larry were wonderful and personable. They made the paperwork easy and provided a tour of the complex. Great service and great location!

The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and easy going. The grounds are clean and well kept. I do not like the forced monthly insurance though. Whether to purchase insurance should be a choice.

Our move was quite an experience! We not only had to change from a smaller unit to a larger one, we also needed an area to store vehicles. Lina was great!!! She assisted us and kept everything straight while our over exhausted bodies tried to keep functioning logically. She was so friendly and helpful. Walked in and were able to get a look at the different units. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Nice and close to work and our home so very convenient. Easy access to and from the Broadway. No reasons not to give 5 stars.

Well let me begin by saying that Samantha is AMAZING! Not only is she sweet, shes very knowledgeable, super helpful, and really bent over backwards to help me in my stressful situation. My brother and I flew down from Washington State to try and take care of dealing with our younger brothers place. He passed away so we had to move pretty fast and Samantha was there to help me every step of the way! In fact her husband helped my brother unload some very heavy things that I couldnt handle. Im so thankful that we found Samantha & Bill! They are angels sent from Heaven! If you need a storage unit, this is the one to use! You will not be disappointed! THANK YOU!

Very nice people, very fair price!

Well there was brand new manager on site also the district manager and the corporate trainer. They were training new managers no one knew how to run any of the machines and it went very slow but overall they were okay.

The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The storage unit was very clean as was the remainder of the property.

Like most storage facilities. They are very tight together.Kind of a pain to get in and out of.Otherwise they are just regular storage buildings
