Great employees’ Any issue is with life storage as a whole. I’ve had a storage unit for 3+ Years. We are loyal n polite. They have increased our monthly rate every 6 months since we started renting as I lost my father and have now taken over my parents mortgage. Life storage does not care to keep anyone for life. They only care to move you in and out as quickly as possible so they can charge someone else more. If you aren’t looking for short term storage this is not the company to go through. Your loyalty and $ means nothing to them. There’s no point in speaking with corporate as employees will tell you. You mean nothing. So I would recommend storing your things for one month while you benefit from their discount and then get the heck out out of dodge. Rather unfortunate because I do like their in office employees. Only reason I stuck around this long.

I can not even begin to explain how much store manager Debbie at Life Storage in Mesa has done for me and my family in the recent month...such a pleasure to work with and as often as I have required assistance for not only myself but now for 3 of my family members as well...has made such a traumatic transition in our lives seem almost normal...🤣 she is the sweetest and one of the most genuine ladies I have had the pleasure doing business with! She goes above and beyond for me all of the time...to the extent I truly feel like I can consider her part of the family and or a dear friend ....but its not just me she shows this outgoing service to all her customers no matter what and takes great pride in her store and facility grounds ...and I have noticed she knows all of her customers and refers to us by using our first names ...that is such a rare quality and comforting feeling as a customer with a need to be storing our valuables away from home! A wonderful and easy experience from start to finish. Two days prior to my move I was informed that my new apartment would not be ready for a few more weeks. I had to scramble to find a last minute storage facility and could not have picked a better place. The on site managers are really sweet, friendly and very professional. They helped take a lot of stress off of my challenging moving situation.

Debbie was wonderful to work with when I decided to move my reservation up a day. She showed me the unit, talked me through access hours and overall created a very organized and easy process for me. The facility, despite being older appears to be in great order and very clean from other storage companies I have worked with in the past. I managed to snag a unit with a new door, too!

I was in crisis, fight or flight mode when I first came to LifeStorage. I was a mess and in a poor state of mind Debbie Lamson, manager of facility, on Baseline and Stapely in Mesa AZ, excelled in customer service, working with me, providing several options to best suit my needs and budget. Debbie was so kind, caring and patient, as she repeated the information my brain could barely process. She was compassionate and made me feel safe, assuring my belongings would be safe as well. There have been a couple more encounters with Debbie and her staff, not quite as traumatic, yet it seems theres always some drama going on, I receive same level of service and respect.

I really enjoy all employees sandie and Debbie. They are very helpful and keep everything clean around the storage. I feel my stuff is secure and well watched over.

I normally have the pleasure of dealing with Debbie who by the way is AMAZING but when I went into the store recently I had the pleasure of meeting one of the fill in managers Sandy! It was a wonderful experience Sandy was attentive and friendly I loved her energy! Although she is a full in manager I hope to see her again she was absolutely WONDERFUL!

Thank you Life Storage for accommodating our needs during this hectic time. My significant other and I are moving to South Dakota and needed a climate control unit and a place to park and store my car. I called so many places before calling Life Storage and I wish I would of just started with Life Storage to avoid all the frustration. Other storage facilities either did not have a unit large enough unit or were very pricey. Anyway, I am just happy I found Life Storage and had the pleasure of meeting Juan. Juan was very helpful! 1. please read your receipts, rental agreements and do not believe anything that is said by those persons behind the counter...if you do not believe this, look at your rental agreements. Its even stated thatany promises, oral representations or agreements made by the managers will not be honored or given any difference.2. have all receipts given to you in person in real time and also sent to you email.3. Always read the arbitration agreement in term 27...it is to your advantage if you do as it states and are not in default.4. Set up your online account before you leave the facility on day one.5. Read over and re read each entry on that lease agreement especially your personal information. These agents tend to make countless typographic mistakes upon entry all of which contribute to the impossible task of registering your account online and the ability to set up auto payments. Even if you have just read the exact true and correct information to this agent, and she is typing in real time. NEVER ASSUME SHE IS TYPING THE CORRECT INFO INTO THE SYSTEM. ALWAYS REMEMBER, THEY WORK ON AN INSENTIVE BASED, MONEY SYSTEM, MEANING THE MORE ADDED FEES AND COST WHICH YOU UN KNOWINGLY OR UNWILLINGLY CONTRIBUTE IS SPLIT WITH THIS AGENT AND YOU HAD BETTER BELIVE, SHES NOT THE SAME AND HAS NO DUTY TO YOUR POSISTION..SHE IS NOT YOUR LANDLORD,. This was our first storage rental and we had the best experience. Customer service was great and location is very clean and well kept. We felt very comfortable deciding to store our items here! Debbie helped us get setup and was very sweet, very thorough, and covered all of our questions!

Weve had a great experience here so far. Debbie has gone above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating to us. We moved here from out of state and she made sure we got the unit we reserved and had access to it as soon as we got here. The space was very clean and check in was a breeze. I felt confident leaving my stuff there as well because its gated, there are cameras, and you need a code to access the inside storage area. Cannot state enough how excellent the customer service has been here, specifically thanks to Debbie.

Great customer service. My family and I just moved here from Fargo,North Dakota and they helped me figure out exactly what size storage space we needed. They let us use their truck to move all our stuff out for FREE along with 24 hour access which is great! Very friendly and helpful when it came to information about the city. Also they had dollies and even escorted us by golf cart to our storage unit. A very clean and professional business. While moving in and out they supplied us with free and ice cold water to drink. Lauren and Doug were very helpful and professional. Very highly recommend.

We moved from North Phoenix to Gilbert. Life Storage has been great to work with. We got a fair price for our storage Unit, a moving truck at no additional cost (aside from gas of course), and excellent Customer Service. The manager specifically has been great to work with. When we were ready to upgrade our unit she made that as convienet as she could as well. I strongly recommend this specific Life Storage Location!

I have rented from this Life Storage facility for nearly 2 years now. They are one of the few that has car storage units that are easily accessible and fairly new (2009)... I keep a performance show car(very expensive) and a race bike stored. I am always happy with the security and ease of access to use my vehicles. The storage facility is always tidy and clean. My thanks and appreciation go to the property Manager Debbie and Andrew. I always chat with Debbie. She is so kind and considerate.Recently, one of the sprinkler heads in my unit began leaking. I went one day to get my show car and found dried water spots and broken off rust on the hood of the car. I immediately notified Debbie. She was intently concerned, took a picture of the sprinkler head and sent it off to her on site maintenance worker. This was in the morning. By the evening of the same day the problem was remedied, and the sprinkler head was replaced. The dried rust on the pipe had been cleaned off as well. Even the floor of the storage facility had been swept. Debbie even let me park my car in her private spot since we were unsure how long it would take. The fire department has to be on site when the sprinklers are worked on as well as access to the fire risers. The following day she came by to say Hi when I moved my car back into my storage facility.In closing, I would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to Debbie and Andrew. I know and trust the security and attention they give to maintain this Life Storage facility, but also just saying Hi and stopping by to see how I am doing whenever I am at my unit. I am forever grateful to your conscience hospitality and service...

Efficient and friendly. Online reservation was simple. Wayne followed up in the morning to make sure I knew what to bring as well as reserved a van for moving my items. The facility is clean and secure. Simple, great experience at a very stressful time. And Wayne....thanks for help loading packing supplies!These guys just get better. I was able to use their van and they made arrangements for 24 hr access that day .Even noted I didnt lock unit right so secured the door! Highly recommend them!

I was really stressed out having to move last minute. The guy at the front counter was nice and helped me calm down and so did the person who called me before I went to the store. It was nice that at least one thing wasnt a total pain in the neck! I was really happy with the service I recieved and it looks like the space we got is going to work great!
