I went in to get a storage unit. Not having a clue what size I would need. The manager was busy and put everything on hold to drive me through the facility to see the various sizes. As it turned out I needed 2 units and he was so helpful.On the second day I cracked some ribs and my friend was unloading the truck all by himself and the manager came down and offered his help to unload. Never have I seen a manager do that. My experience at Az. Storage was great there was no stress. Thank you so very much.

Employees are great at facility, when my roommate and I first rented the unit it was great, it was clean, security cameras worked and gate worked, but it has gone downhill since, the gate has been broken for months now where it remains open at times, cameras are going on the fritz, and huge cobwebs inside our unit.

John is simply the best! Hes very helpful and always cheerful. His customer service is always friendly and professional. :)

Weve been renting here 5-6 years and so far, so good. They have addressed my husbands concerns to his satisfaction.Really liked Linda a lot who is no longer the manager, and so far the new manager has been able to deal with potentially upsetting problems without any drama.The transition has relatively smooth going as a customer.

Overall great place to do business with. I would recommend to family and friends. John is super nice and always willing to help.

One agent is earnest and friendly then comes Kevin. He is in no way a company man. He speaks to customers with disdain Look it up Kevin. His lack of customer service skills are worn like a badge.To Corporate: If Kevin is the new face of Arizona Storage Inns, whew what a waste of investment~To Kevin: You may have told me to pound sand today, thats okay cause your poor management and customer service skills will follow you where ever you go.Kevin: Your future is dismal and unless you bring about a change in yourself........you will always be as miserable are you are today~Good Luck

I have rented at this same storage 3 different times. There are closer and cheaper places to rent when it comes to storage units. But Linda is the reason I keep coming back.
